Quick Roofing

We had an amazing experience from beginning to end. The roof is beautiful and great care was taken to make sure even the smallest details were addressed. Things I would have never thought about! Steve took great care of us and went way out of his way to be accommodating. Thanks Steve!

I was very impressed with Quick Roofing, they worked with me and the insurance company to make sure everything was covered and they were always punctual and in contact. The crew was excellent and really knew their roofs. They were also very friendly and willing to explain what was going on. My roof was replaced quickly and looks terrific. I have no hesitation about recommending Quick Roofung to anyone, they are wonderful.

Every aspect of replacement of our roof was very smooth and professional. Ever person involved was very informative as to you he next steps in the process from opening the claim to the final walk thru. Donnie, Johnny and the crew chief(can't remember name) were always available for any question that I had. I would and will recommend Quick Roof to my friends and family.

After initial estimate--could never get a return via email (prefer everything in writing) to complete the service order for fulfillment, despite several emails to both the Lubbock Sales rep and Midland service rep. Even emailed in directly to the website and havent received a response. They were "recommended" by my insurance company. Update 7.19 Still havent received a call or email since back in early March, despite the review below. Likewise, they said there would be additional charges, in which I would need a full estimate to give back to the insurer since their bid was coming in higher than the damage assessment.

Everything I requested/communicated to Quick Roofing was per the insurance company protocol, QR should be up-to-speed with their referring agencies. Update 10.29.19 Fact remains that in the roofing industry, having a paper trail is recommended and best practice for the consumer, when fraud is rampant at all turns. After consulting with my insurer, that applauded me with trying to safe guard myself, even with a "managed insurer" in their umbrella. Ultimately, I went with another company that provided all of the requested info and had a great line of communication with local representation.

Hired them to do the Replace the roof and siding and garage door that was damaged by hail, they started the last week of august. Roof and siding was done quickly and well done, but they never finished the job. Finally after no more response from them I had to look for another contractor to finish the job for the garage door. So much for a sign contract to do the job. 2 week of October and still no response, Would not recommend

Landon is great to work with very professional. I needed a job done in Midland and if anyone is from this area they know how long it takes to just get a quote he drove down next day had everything we needed in a couple of days. Great to work with gave us a few options so we able to choose what was right for us. I highly recommend. Midland/Odessa reach out for sure worth it.

Great work! We called and Will answered all our questions and got us taken care of quickly. Guys were professional and cleaned up job site. Will definitely give Will a call if we ever need work done in the future.

We had recent winds of over 80mph and everyones roof was damaged in our area. Our insurance tried to blame our wind damage on everything but the wind (manufacturer defects, workmanship, etc.). It was 80MPH! Quick Roofing was there to help explain to insurance and get our claim taken care of. Then they followed up with the best roof and the best price. Quick was the only company with a great price that could complete ALL repairs without cutting any corners! A big thank you to Quick Roofing!

Quick Roofing? Yea, too quick to install and collect but not very quick to come fix their errors. My mother's (71 years old) roof was blown up by wind. She called quick roofing (1 year old roof) who told her to call and make a claim with her insurance. (Probably because they ran into town after the last hail storm and chased business and left as soon as they were done) So she did (makes your insurance go up even of they don't pay) and they said it was from overdriven nails (Air gun set to high) and would cost $700 to repair with a $1000 deductible.

The adjuster said they should fix it due to workmanship error. Well, good luck because we have called and called and called. No answer. Today I sent an email to random email addresses to see if I can get a response. In the meantime it has rained multiple times and likely caused more damages.

We had a very good experience with Quick Roofing, from the initial meeting through completion of the job. Steve Halpain was very helpful in selecting the shingles, replacing the damaged screens and other incidentals. He followed up regularly to make sure everything was completed as planned. Overall we were highly pleased with the whole job.

Quick Roofing is so amazing. I had my roof start leaking in the middle of a storm. Called them hoping that they could get a tarp over it temporarily till the rain stopped. They got the area tiled (in the rain I believe) before I ever came home! Absolutely wonderful, caring people! Highly recommend them!

I just had my roof done by Quick Roofing and many of my neighbors have followed suit. I highly recommend this company!

The only thing they could not do for me was to tell me there would not be anymore hail nor end the drought ( but they will try). Expect professional courteous resolutions to any issues as they arise.
