Be very careful who you do business with! Our first window supplier ran off with our 50% deposit (16K) and basically went MIA, despite being recommended by the distributor. In comes Accolade to the rescue to get our windows ordered and installed. Daniel was a dream to work with and everyone had amazing customer service and communication was great! HIGHLY recommend!

Working with Accolade has been great! Daniel and Stuart took so much time walking me through the pros and cons of different window options. Justin and Stuart worked hard to make sure install went smoothly. The installer Steven and his crew were very respectful of our home, they worked hard to keep everything clean, and were super friendly to have around.

And finally the post-install follow-up has been really impressive. Justin inspected each window to make sure no detail had been missed. I went with Milgard fiberglass windows, which are just so pretty and have made such a huge impact on the comfort of our home. The Accolade team is awesome, you'll be happy to have them work on your home!

I was really jaded from an experience with upgrading windows on another home, that when I needed windows for my current home, I was not looking forward to the process. I was especially concerned because I had over 45 windows to upgrade. I read the reviews and decided to try the Accolade team. What a difference! They are really committed to customer service. Stuart worked with us on a plan to upgrade the windows and was extremely knowledge on the products.

He gave us a reasonable quote that worked within our budget. I was so pleased to work with a team that was so upfront and honest. I would highly recommend them. Speak to them before a project and you will see the difference.

We love the new look of our house after using Accolade Exteriors to install hardy-plank! The owner was very attentive to details, and worked with us to understand our needs. The crew showed up early every day and did a great job cleaning up every day. There was some extra painting and wood-work that had to be done, and it just looks fantastic. We also got an exterior door installed 2 months later and had the same great experience as the first time. We plan on using them for windows as well, sometime in the next year.
