I would recommending Clear Choice to do your roof inspection and repairs. Their staff are very professional, and they do what they say they will do. Talk about fast. We are so fortunate to have found Clear Choice! After the hail storms in 2016, we had another roofer replace our roof - one of those that come knocking at your door. We thought we had been diligent in hiring them but after the installation, it was clear that they didn't know what they were doing and had misled us about their status. We had an Owens Corning shingle installed on our roof and to receive the extended warranty the roofer must be an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor - which is what Clear Choice is (and what the other guy lied about).

Clear Choice and a representative from Owens Corning came and performed an inspection of the newly installed roof and verified and documented our concerns. Clear Choice then removed the improperly installed roof and installed the Owens Corning shingles as required. The worked with us to customize our roof and add metal roofing to the porch and overhang, upgrading our home.

They did an excellent job, were clear and responsive in their communication and stellar in their clean up. We've had a few issues since due to high winds or storms and Clear Choice is prompt and professional in their response! Clear Choice is our only call for our roofing needs and we highly recommend them!

Just wanted to extend my appreciation to Clear Choice Roofing for supporting the community and Boy Scouts, in particular, by donating roofing materials to my Eagle Scout Project, an Information Kiosk at Pace Bend Park. A recent rainstorm with high winds damaged my roof. Clear Choice helped me negotiate with my insurance for a fair claim, and then came and replaced my roof in one day, and it looks good! They cleaned up nicely around the property. Have to admit it was noisy (I work at home), but really not so bad that I felt I had to leave. Good job! I had a very poor experience with Clear Choice Roofing. My husband and I put our condo on the market and during the process reached out to Clear Choice for an estimate on a very common roof repair (leak near the chimney). We were assigned a sales rep named Kevin. Kevin never returned my phone calls and told the potential buyer of our home that we needed a complete roof repair. It was clear he was after the "sale." I would not trust this company nor will they earn any future business from my HOA.

We recently had Clear Choice Roofing replace our roof after damage from a hail storm. From start to finish, they were professional, very responsive, and a pleasure to work with, and the quality of the work and professionalism of the installation team were stellar. They also coordinated seamlessly with our insurance company. This is an excellent company, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It's a roofer's market in Austin right now after the winter weather and hail we've had this year. Clear Choice will ghost you and not return calls if there's any doubt that your insurance company will pay out for a new roof. I get it, there's easier money to be made on clear cut total roof replacements. But they won't tell you that and will instead let you figure it out on your own. They were very helpful and responsive before it became clear that the insurance company was going to dispute their original assessment.

I must share that after meeting with several roofing companies over the course of a few weeks and fielding estimates left and right, our experience with Clear Choice was by far the friendliest of all of them. Clear Choice was the first company to reach out and to schedule me in for an estimate. Gavin, the owner, showed up at the time promised and gave us an honest, no-nonsense estimate.

He walked us through what the entire claim process would look like and left us with a terrific impression. He was prepared and professional. We would've hired him on the spot if we didn't have some more extensive damage needing to be done beyond the roof replacement that he admitted was not part of their services. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a simple roof replacement. Gavin is terrific.

I have used Clear Choice Roofing before for a previous house I lived in and for my current house when we first bought it. They have always been very professional and they do great work. Danielle made every part of the process so much easier from scheduling supplies for the job, to the color of the shingles, scheduling for the job to be done, and sending me the invoice for my insurance company. The entire process was very smooth. I can honestly say that they did a great job, and I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

Working with Clear Choice Roofing was awesome. My estimate contact was Mike, and he answered emails and texts at all times of the day or night, even though I never needed him to. He was concerned about service and they matched another company's pre-steel-tariff estimate after the tariffs were in place. They also assured me they knew how money would work through the insurance and mortgage companies before I even asked.

They worked with me on my schedule, starting exactly when they said, and finishing at their earliest estimate. They even worked with my plumber to make sure some venting repairs could happen while the roof was being redone. And I have a beautiful copper colored metal roof now. Yay! Unexpectedly, both their bank and my bank changed their policies about three-party checks AND my insurance company dropped the ball twice on getting my claim money to me (apparently an employee left the insurance company and didn't poss their work off).

Throughout all this, Clear Choice was polite and considerate about payment. Eventually, I had to meet Carrie at my bank to get the check deposited so I could pay them. It was messy, but they were always professional about it. If there was any thing I wish they'd done that they didn't do was to let me know that I'd be picking up bits of roof detritus for a while out of my yard.

My father-in-law's roofing company in another town told him, "we're going to do our best to clean up everything, but you'll probably be picking up pieces that we missed for a while." That's been the case in my yard for sure, but it's just small bits of plastic and roof tile that I happen to see.

After dealing with hot summer heat in our home for two years, we realized it was due to less than optimal insulation in our attic. We contacted Clear Choice Roofing and after some initial estimate work, trusted them with the job and saved us some time and money. Our home stays MUCH cooler now and we couldn't ask for a more professional job. The price was just right too.
