*** Update and change in rating** I got a call from their leader. He totally listened to everythign and understood my point of view. Net result= issue fixed. Great follow up and customer service it all depends on technician you get. I do have them for my maintenance service at my home. But last week, I asked for their service at my renta, wrong diagnostic, wrong service.

When I called back to say AC still didn't work, suggestion given was another tech visit for more diagonostic for 200$s. So we called another reputed company. within 15 minutues guy told us the problem was Thermostat tripping zone and not starting the AC at all! I have my entire AC unit replace by Raleigh Heating and Air/Air experts and I have mainteannce plan with them. Now its making me question the entire service. trust is broken!

Johnny came and serviced our a/c today and recommended a product that would improve the air quality in our home and we had the plasma pure Ionizer 600 installed. Thank you Johnny

The service given today was AMAZING! My heat decided to go out on a Saturday night/ Sunday morning so when I called at 8am Sunday I assumed I would get a voice mail system and have to wait till Monday. But instead, the call was answered and I had a service tech at my house by 10am and a sales rep at 11:30am. The unit will be replaced and all will be back to normal in 24 hrs and that is beyond amazing! Ty guys for all you did for my family and I and know you have a customer for life!

Caution! Price given can be misleading! Its stated as cost of repair but its for evaluation. So instead of coming ready and doing work, its a price for the evaluation! Also compared prices and with this system you pay more. ** Actual plumbers may be good here but prices given the now corporate structure where you talk only to the sales ruins the integrity and increases the prices. I was with Raleigh Heating and Air for many years and happy. They inspected both my heat pumps twice a year and repaired when needed. A couple years ago the local owners sold the company to Air Experts. In October my downstairs was inspected the technician found problems including low coolant (R410A). He then told me about expensive repair options and suggested I should consider replacement.

He further told me my heat pump was 13 years old and its about at the end of its expected life. The technician really didn't seem know too much about heat pump control. He told me when the outside temp drops below 36F the heat pump automatically starts the Auxiliary or strip heat when heat is called for. It was 26 this morning. I'm a nerd and know my heat strips weren't needed this morning (I've made lots of improvements to reduce my energy usage).

He lost a lot of credibility. Now back to the coolant leak. A different vendor added coolant and "stop leak" to my system and it ran great. I don't know how long it will last but its much better to delay the replacement costing well over $8000.

Tried too aggressively to try to get us to replace the HVAC unit instead of repairing our exiting one. Repair cost was quoted very high and they said parts have a long lead-time. Went with another smaller company instead. It only cost me $300 and they had the repair done next day in the morning.

Excellent company to keep your unit "healthy". They installed our unit almost 10 years ago and (knock on wood) it's still going strong! I think the reason for this is the fact that we have had them come by each season (heating & cooling) to clean it and give it a thorough check up! I can't stress the importance of this enough!

Horrible service. Was a client for years, recommended them multiple times but they got too big for themselves and forgot about customer service. Highly disappointed.

The technician (Nick) was polite and courteous, as was everyone I contacted in the business. They did charge over $400 ($395 for the replacement with a $59 service fee) to replace a single condensate pump. Which seems high.

We were very impressed with Raleigh Heating & Air: responsiveness, courteousness, professionalism, very efficient work and knowledge. Our AC stopped working in a very hot Saturday night. We called to many AC company for emergent services. Raleigh Heating & Air was the first company calling back. The front desk staff was very nice and patient. The onsite diagnosis trip was scheduled immediately.

The technician team arrived on time in Sunday morning and the issue was completely checked and suggestion of replacing the damaged unit was give in details. Code Oliver came the afternoon and explained the replacement very clearly, answered questions professionally and gave the proposal. The new unit was ordered quickly. The installation team came on time two days latter and the new unit was installed, tested in few hours.

We have comfortable environment again. The technicians explained the use of new thermostat, installed CO detectors to meet new codes, repaired broken PVC pipes and cleaned the working site completely. We are happy to have Raleigh Heating & Air to help us and will use their services in the future. Thank you, Raleigh Heating & Air!

We just had excellent service done on a Sunday. They called us back promptly and came out. a few hours later. Fixed our problem quickly and charged us a reasonable price. Could not have asked for better service. Thank you so much.

I was very very impressed with this technician's work, follow-up, dependability, and knowledge. I had to have 2 parts ordered and it meant a lot that the same tech came to install each part when they arrived, since he was very knowledgeable about the problems I was having. That has never happened before with any other company and it made a huge difference since the problems I had were very unique to my house. I was educated by the info this tech shared and feel I am in much better hands going forward. 5 stars!

Sean was prompt, very professional, and followed up with me to update me on how my AC system is working. He also suggested a UV light to keep the coil clean in my system which I appreciate. So far everyone I've interacted with at Air Experts has provided exceptional service and gone beyond expectations, and I'll continue my service plan with them and would definitely recommend them!

This is a dryer vent used as duct work installed by Raleigh Heating and Air with spray foam. I contacted them after I had them do a full replacement with brand new duct work, I complained it was not done right. and the boots are not sealed or fitted right and fall down constantly and this is a dryer vent! They used a dryer vent for parts of the job.

It's not taped and not sealed either. They told me it's not there fault or problem and blamed the issues on rodent damage because rodents got inside the duct work. Well the rodents got into the duct system because they didn't seal or tape and did not use the proper equipment. The owner refused to call me and refused to look at it after there own.

They have replaced both of my HVAC units and I couldn't be happier. One unit about 6 years ago and the other a couple months ago. They were very friendly and informative. Kevin priced out all the options for fixing my old dual unit (15yr AC unit and 27yr furnace). Then After Justin priced out a complete replacement, which is the option I chose. Their pricing is competitive and they took the initiative to get me a rebate from the electric company and registered my product for me. Top notch service and installation work, including new disconnect box and pad. I wouldn't choose anyone else! Thanks for the great service guys!

Sometimes when the unexpected happens, people (and businesses) show their true colors. A hiccup in an otherwise routine HVAC installation offered a perspective on Raleigh Heating and Air's business values. Due to some confusion in finding my home, work started much later than expected. Despite this, and despite my insistence that the men, who had been working nonstop without so much as a lunch break, could come back another day, they stayed late into a Friday evening to deliver on their promise: installing a new HVAC.

And not only did they keep their promise, but they upgraded the system, at their cost, because that was what they had in stock. I originally chose Raleigh Heating and Air because of their price point and salesmanship, but would strongly recommend them because of their excellent values and customer service. They truly went above and beyond expectations.

When incurring such an expense on home maintenance, I am fortunate to have landed with a company with the honesty, work ethic, and integrity of Raleigh Heating and Air. By all means do your HVAC research, but keep in mind the qualities, often difficult to quantify, that matter most.

We hired Raleigh Heating & Air to replace an air conditioner at one of our rental properties. The unit they replaced it with was damaged during install, and was not installed properly. When we called to complain the company sent someone out and inspected it and apologized, and replaced the unit with a new (better) one, hired a painter to paint a wall that was damaged and gave us a discount on the overall price with sincere apologies.

They told us they had terminated one of the employees who did the first install and the other was receiving disciplinary action. Even though our initial experience was not positive, I was happy they were able to rectify the situation and make things right for us.

Just finished up a new geothermal install in our house to replace propane. Raleigh H&A came in with the best price and were the most knowledgeable in their sales and design of the system compared to others who quoted our system. Peter did a great job answering all my questions, and the main installer Brian obviously has a lot of experience with geo.

David was efficient, patient, thorough, and left me feeling like it was the right choice to go with Raleigh Air Conditioning and Heating. He is a superb representative of your company. I decided to take the contract with you because of your great customer service from David and from Victoria, with whom I spoke twice.

My AC stopped working. Mike C. came out to look at the unit. Determined the what the problem was in about 15 minutes. Fixed and had things back up and running with in an hour. Mike was helpful and friendly, like having a friend come over to fix your AC.

Raleigh Heating & Air has been earning my trust for years, providing solid, honest service on my original builder equipment. When I started losing refrigerant and decided to upgrade to quieter, more efficient equipment by York, I felt comfortable having Raleigh Heating & Air provide and install the new systems.

Lucas R. was our technician today and was very professional. He showed up on time, wore booties in the house, explained everything he was doing, and answered all my questions. Very friendly and personable, he gave me some additional ideas to improve our filtering, both inside and outside.

We had to replace our old A/C unit in March 2016. Cody did an excellent job of explaining the process and what unit would be most beneficial for our home as well as the office staff was diligent in scheduling reminders during the process.

When I called, Diane was very courteous on the phone and scheduled a technician to come to my home on the same day. Ken was the technician they sent and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix replace the motor of my inside heating unit in no time and restored heat in my home on the same day.

We have a 6 week old baby and our heat went out. By the end of the day our heat was working again. The tech Torrie was knowledgeable and was willing to go into as much detail as I wanted. Torrie was willing to call his boss to ask a few questions in order to get the issue resolved faster.

I wish to thank you very much for two things: First, our home AC quit on Monday 6/21 AM. We are both in our 70's and we have a grandson living with us. We were utterly miserable and Raleigh Heating and Air was The only service business out of six willing to help us as early in the afternoon. It was now 8:30pm and our house was finally cooled almost back to normal.

The response for replacement heat pump was timely and at a good cost. The Techs, Willie- Steven & Jason did a efficient and timely job of removal, installation and startup. They provided information needed for startup and operation of the unit. The city inspection was satisfactly. Would recommend to others.

I was very pleased with my services today, especially with my technician, Torrie. I've never had to use a service technician on the weekend, so I was nervous about how much it would cost and expected a long wait. I was pleased with both the amount of time it took (2 hours, start to finish), and the price. Torrie was very friendly and clearly explained everything to me.
