Great service! Called and talked to Brian one day and had someone out the next day. Josh and another guy showed up. They both worked at the same time and was done servicing both units in about 30 minutes.

Rude unprofessional service. They didnt even bother showing up for the estimate meeting they insisted on, cause apparently they are super special and dont know what their services cost. I waited a week for these people to get back to me with the information I needed, made sure I was home specifically for them. Didnt even stop by.

Working with Prostar has resulted in an extreme amount of stress and anxiety on myself and my family They sent an inexperienced technician to our house who had never worked on our unique type of hydro heat system. He inaccurately diagnosed our system and Brian who was not present during the diagnosis, followed-up with our home warranty company stating a water leak caused our circulating pump to fail.

All the while for over 25 days telling me they never said that to the warranty company. Yet the warranty company stated they had voice recording from Brian stating he did in fact say our system had a leak which caused the pump to fail. We hired another licensed HVAC technician and he confirmed what we knew all along, the pump stopped working due to old age: there is no active leak.

All in all, Prostar caused our claim to get denied, we lost over 1600.00 in rental income since our basement rental could not be used with no heat and we had to pay out of pocket to get our circulating pump fixed. And when I tried to clarify all of this to Brian, once he learned it was me calling, he hung up on me and never called me back after I requested a call back.

Be VERY careful if you have a home warranty and they send Prostar for service. You may find yourself in a very similar predicament of false inaccurate diagnosis leading to warranty coverage being denied.

Prostar has always handled both our homes with anything needed and has always been there. Brian is the nicest guy and is always willing to help to fix things. I know one time an older lady AC went out and the parts weren't going to be in for a few days and he went and bought a window unit to put in the window so she could have some air. Now that is looking after your customer's first class.

I would recommend Prostar when it comes to HVAC work in a heartbeat. Quotes are fair. They are super professional. They work fast! I recently connected with ProStar Services to install a ductless split unit in a finished room above our garage. For over 25 years, we've been looking for an optimal and cost effective way to heat and cool the area with no luck. However, Brian and his team visited with us to discuss all the possible options and gave us the confidence we needed to make the upgrade.

We couldn't be happier. The ProStar team showed up as communicated and worked in a diligent, professional, safe and considerate manner. I barely knew they were here as I was able to continue my remote work. At the end of the day, the team had installed the unit, cleaned their supplies and left us with an awesome addition to our home. To top it off, Brian personally came to visit a few days later to check on the system and to make sure it was operating properly. This team is awesome. I would recommend them to any and everyone. I called this company back in June when our AC started leaking water out of the bottom and it was running down our roof. Seemed like a serious issue to me. They were very polite on the phone, came the same day and fixed it.
