I contacted Eco-Green Air Tuesday June 1st to ask about having an outdoor natural gas fixture modified. I was told by Bob Hutchins, the operations manager, they could do the work and it was scheduled for Thursday June 3rd, between 10 and 11 A.M. Thursday came, when I got home just before 5 P.M, my wife told me no one showed up or called. She didn't. call them because around the time they were supposed to be here she found out her mother was in the hospital and had to make several calls to get more information.
I contacted Bob to find out why, was told the tech had jury duty and no one found out until 2 P.M. I find it hard to believe that his early appointments didn't call to find out where he.

To Whom it May Concern: Attached are the photos of what was done to our home by eco green. Eco green came to my home on two different days. The first day one worker came to assess the issue. That worker cut a. small square sized hole in my wall in the living room. On this first day, the worker wanted to place the drain on the side of the home. I declined initially and asked that eco green assess the situation to determine where the leak was coming from because he did not know where the leak was originating.
We decided that the eco green worker would come back the next day with another worker to run a test on the HVac drain lines to see if that was where the leak was occurring we have 2 drain.

I cannot say enough good things about Alan, Bro, and his team. They were prompt, professional, and the price Alan gave me was more than fair. He provided me with multiple options and walked me through the pros and cons of each, explaining what they would and wouldn't help with and what made the most sense for our situation. Bro was also incredibly patient and mindful of my very rambunctious puppy, making sure I knew when the gates were open and closed them when they finished.

I can't praise Bob and Bro enough. We came home from vacation and our air was out. They made an emergency visit to get our air up and running due to my husband's health. Bob kept me updated as to when Bro. would arrive. Bro was professional and very courteous. Can't say enough about how much we appreciated their service. Will definitely call them when we have problems in the future.

I wrote a long review about how great it was working with Bob over the phone and Alberto and Tyler in the field but my computer rebooted in the middle of the review. So I will just say here that Bob found the right products to remedy our situation at a great price. Alberto and Tyler did a fabulous job taking out the old and putting in the new.

Bro Krungglai is the best installer in Raleigh. His approach is to build it to last. He wants everything he installs to last 30 Years. Of coarse, manufacturers are not playing from that playbook, but none the less, Bro's installs show his deep pride in his work and his creativity in formulating ducts and units in such a way to prevent premature aging.
