I had techs come to my home to fix my ac. The first tech came to my home stated it was fixed but advised my rental company it was not. Days went by with no contact. They finally scheduled to come out again last min at 4:45 pm. They worked up until 10 pm which my son has school in the am they were going to have to come back. My upstairs and steps was a mess.
They left garage in my backyard from the unit they replaced that wasn't cleaned. They asked to use my vacuum which is now messed up due to the items they were trying to vacuum. They stated they would be back to finish the installation and bring they cleaning equipment to clean up but that never happen. I received a call from management that they would send them back after their company received a call from my rental company and my case being closed.
They arrive, I let them in and into my room to get dressed for work. After a short period of time I didn't hear them, opened my door, looked outside and they were gone. Never said a work to me about anything. Never cleaned up their mess from the backyard my stairs or my loft. I had to sweep everything being as though the items left on the floor were to large to vacuum.
I had to break the the wood they left in my backyard in to small pieces so it would fit in my recycle bins. I'm glad my AIR CONDITION is fixed but the mess I had to clean was unreal and that is why they are receiving this review.

I contacted Carlton's Heating and Air after my AC unit went out on a 90 degree day, it was not a good situation to be in. All other companies told me a week out but I called them told them I work from home so my son and I are here most of the day and it would be hard to make it until next week. Crusie Parker understood my situation and moved some stuff around and came to fix it after 5pm that day! Couldn't be happier AC unit works now and now they do preventative Maintanence on my system so I'm sure I won't be in the same situation again!

No call, no show. I was attempting to be a return customer because our furnace is in need of repair. I called on Wednesday, January 12 and they offered me an appointment for 8am-12pm the next day, which I gladly accepted. The next morning I waited at home until 12pm. No one called or showed up, so I called their business and was told that my appointment was actually for 1pm-5pm.
I knew this was not true, but figured it was a misguided attempt to cover for their team, so I accepted this, rearranged my other commitments for the day and waited an additional 5 hours. To my disappointment, still no one showed up. I called them again at this time, and the person who answered took my information and said I would receive a call back.
I did not. I would have understood if the business was booked and unavailable, especially in this cold weather, or if an unforeseen event had arisen with a team member and we had to reschedule. What I do not find acceptable is that (1) I wasted my entire day at home waiting, when I could have contacted another company (2) they had the audacity to lie about my appointment time and (3) they did not give me an explanation or even respond to me afterwards.

Our Gas pack was almost serviced Oct 18 and heat exchanger was defective. Today is Dec 1 and the wires are laying on the ground and screws all around. The exhaust deflector is also on the ground. Parts to repair the under warranty parts are either being delivered by the end of last week or still on permanent back order. I have yet to received any calls from them about any progress or any suggestion as to how to get heat restored.

Had the best experience yesterday with John. He was very friendly and knowledgeable on what the issue was. He wasn't in a rush to leave without resolving the issue. He was very professional and explained to our family what the issue was and we slept very good because he fixed the issue. Even speaking with the female over the phone scheduling our tech to come out was very friendly. This company clearly knows what their doing and you won't go wrong choosing Carlton heating & Air conditioning.

Carlton Heating and Air Conditioning responded quickly to my call and sent a technician out ASAP. John arrived promptly and was ready to work on our AC unit. I was surprised to hear he was the owner and responded to service calls. He was very knowledgeable, down to earth and made it clear that he was not trying to force us into replacing our unit as many other companies do. He got our old unit up and running in no time! We signed up for the Peak Performance Maintenance Agreement. They have a customer in us for life!

The crew was extremely polite and professional. They worked very hard, answered all my questions and were never rushed. I had a new AC unit installed, a new furnace and new duct work, all for thousands less than other companies would have charged. After the job was complete the owner, John showed up at my door to ensure everything was done professionally and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Was a great touch. This team made the process easy, fast and efficient.

I can't thank you enough for installing our new unit in the midst of a heat wave. The gentlemen that visited my home were kind and considerate. They worked tirelessly to install our new unit. We have had a cold room in our home and I thought we needed another floor vent. I got John Carlton to come look and he agreed another vent would solve my problem. The crew came out 2 days later and did a very neat job installing the vent and within 2 hours the job was done. We have been very pleased with the room now being the same temperature as the rest of the house. Good price and good service.

Have been very pleased with their service. First time using Carlton Heating, had 4 month old and AC had gone out upstairs and temp in house was 85 degrees. Everybody I called before Carlton Heating said could not get there for a few days. Carlton Heating said would be there in an hour. Carlton Heating got it fixed. Have been using them for almost 6 years now.

I used Carlton Heating and Air recently and have to say that not only was their service outstanding, but I called on a Friday night when my Air Conditioning unit shut down and had a technician here by 11 am the next morning. The technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My air was back on in no time. They were very reasonably priced.

My heat went out yesterday morning and Carlton Heating and Air Conditioning was at my home within a few hours. My blower motor died so had to have it replaced. He replaced it the same day. We used a coupon and got $15 off. We also got a maintenance contract. Very happy with their professional service.
