Used Next Plumbing today for repairs to both of my bathrooms. I was very anxious about what the repairs would entail, would they be honest, would I be ripped off? Let me tell you, I will not use any other plumbing repair service. I will use Next Plumbing and Tony Yauger (my technician) for all my future Plumbing needs and will not hesitate in the least to refer them to anyone in need of quality and expert Plumbing services. Tony Yauger was such a pleasure to work with!

He was well groomed, neat and clean. He respected my home and followed Covid protection guidelines. Tony was very professional and has a wonderful personality. He diagnosed the issues quickly, explained options that best met my needs. He welcomed questions, explained every aspect of the job so that I could make informed decisions. I felt comfortable, empowered and genuinely respected.

He reviewed costs, explained and showed me the company pricing structure for transparency and to help me make informed decisions. Tony truly enjoys and takes pride in his work and genuinely likes and respects the company he works for. He did not try to talk me into unnecessary repair work, products or services. The project costs were reasonable and fair and sensitive to my financial concerns.

Matt was here and was so sweet. Very professional and sweet as pie. I can't afford a kitchen faucet right now but he was able to reconnect my old kitchen faucet back to the granite. Prompt, knowledgeable service from Tony who gave us options that included repair or replace. We decided to replace and had option of buying the replacement ourselves, which we did. Tony came back same day that we purchased the toilet, at end of day, which we much appreciate. We're happy with the result and total cost. This is our second experience with Next Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing problem or renovation.

Nick was the Plumber and I could not say enough great things about Nick and Next Plumbing. He was very honest and gave me several solutions to repair my problems. Nick helped design another repair and was polite, honest and provided me with the full cost before even starting the job. Prior to this job, I called Next Plumbing because I could not shut off a leaky heater at 9:30 at night.

Because someone was close to me, they sent someone out right away to shut down my water at no charge and prevented a huge flood in my home. If your looking for an honest company that treats you with complete respect than do not hesitate calling Next Plumbing.

I had a foul smell in my home for a couple weeks and could not figure it out. Next Plumbing came out and was able to locate the problem quickly. I had a broken pipe in the wall! Checked the disposal and pipes for blockage. Called company for first time. Told them my problem and that I would not be available until a certain time frame. They gave me a 2 hr window and Scott was there right on time. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He checked every thing out and made sure there would be no more trouble. He said there was n/c.

THE NEXT PLUMBING SERVICE was EXCELLENT and I have already recommended them to friends and in my gated community. Their plumber was very efficient, knew how to tackle my plumbing problems promptly and did not cut corners.

We called Next Plumbing after calling another plumber, leaving a message on their answering machine and never receiving a return call. The Next receptionist did a great job of helping us set up an appointment for the next day and telling us what to expect.

This was a big deal I purchased. The plumber came out and did a whole-home inspection of my pipes and faucets. I also had them replace a shower faucet while there. The service went great! Showed up on time. Completed the inspection and faucet replacement quickly and left no mess behind. I would definitely use them again!

The service was prompt and efficient. William was friendly and had a sense of humor which is always a plus.

Install new disposal, fix stopper on sink, work on running toilet. I called on a Sunday. I got a person who answered the phone and actually scheduled at the same time.on a Sunday no less! Great feature. Two technicians came out and they came at the assigned time and date. Scott Garner was the lead technician. Work was performed promptly and met all expectations.

Conscientious skilled plumbing personel. Plumbed my old shower pipes through a small faucet opening, rerouting water for a new tub spout and faucet. I never would have thought this project could have been accomplished in such a tight area.

There was no hot water in shower. Scott rebuilt the pressure valve for the shower fixture. The employees that I interacted with at Next Plumbing were professional. The plumber Scott was pleasant and obviously a very knowledgeable and skilled plumber. Scott was also very responsive to all my questions and informative.

Replaced leaky pipe in atic that was going into the garage. They were able to come within the hour and did a great job. We are getting an estimate to re-plumb the house along with other work. I am very pleased with the service and price.
