I had new flooring installed by a different company. The install was unprofessional and shoddy workmanship. Obviously I was terrified to do this again but John and his crew understood my apprehension and made sure I was informed all the way from start to finish. I truly do not think I could've had any better experience than what I got from John and his crew at Majestic.

I've already reached back out to them to do some more projects in my home and when it comes time I will be using them at my mothers house to replace her flooring. When you find the best there's no reason to look anywhere else.

John of Majestic Flooring is an absolute life-saver! We had our house remodeled by another company and the hardwood floor installation and staining was a disaster. The boards were wavy and the color was not what I wanted. I had several companies come to give an estimate to fix the flooring, but John impressed me so much with his knowledge and professionalism.

I was going away on vacation and asked John if he could fix and re-stain while I was away and he agreed. I wanted a deep, rich brown floor and picked the Ebony color. While I was away John kept in constant contact with pictures and progress of the floor. When the stain was done, I wanted it darker and asked John if he could add a second coat of Ebony. John cautioned me that it may be too dark, but I insisted. Well, it turned out GREAT! Exactly what I wanted! Thank you John! I appreciate you so much.

I worked with John and his team from Majestic after purchasing a new home and needed to sand and refinish the cherry hardwood. John was very quick to respond and provide great competitive pricing! We were on a short time frame to have the work done before moving in and he worked with us to have get us scheduled and get the work done quickly even with all the other projects he has. John was one of several flooring contractors that I called for a consult on a few minor repairs. A full refinish would not have been conducive to my family's work-from-home environment, and John was the only contractor who was able to accommodate.
