Luckily for our Fayetteville neighbors, our NATE-certified technicians are well-versed in current HVAC technology and skilled enough to work on all types of equipment.
In addition to traditional roof-top AC units and standard electric, gas and oil furnaces, we also install geothermal heat pumps and split systems. Our expertise in design, consultation, installation, and service has earned us an outstanding reputation in our area.

Mike arrived within 30 minutes of calling, he was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He got my unit working quickly and explained everything thoroughly and didn't charge an arm and a leg like other companies I've used in the past. Bass will definitely be my go to now! Service: A/C system repair

I will definitely use this company going forward. We had an ac unit not working at a rental property and they came right out and noted the issue was a minor glitch. The ac was working in minutes. The reason why I will always use this company going forward is because the technician was very knowledgeable and he had integrity. He could have exaggerated the problem but he did not. So I am happy to know this company has integrity and highly trained technicians in their business. I am so happy I found them. Bass is my go to company now!

Hal was friendly and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and didn't take advantage of us by charging us for things we didn't need. He had the parts on truck and our ac was working in 30 minutes. He came at a time that was convenient and called when he was on his way. If he is typical of Bass employees I highly recommend them.

Mike was absolutely amazing! At the "consultation", he was very considerate of my lack of knowledge and broke things down for easier "consumption". He even saw me installing a ceiling fan and noticed I was a little perplexed. He helped me with those directions too! (Ceiling fan looks great and works beautifully!) When the day of installation came, which I might add was only 3 days later (extremely grateful it was so quick!), he called to approve the timeframe.
Super grateful for that call. Well, long story short, a.c. is running great! My father is very happy. I am very thankful. So grateful to the point that I even signed up for the bi-annual "silver maintenance package".

Needed their assistance with locating a wire to use my updated smart thermostat. They called me first thing on Monday for a full check up on the wires to ensure the new system wouldn't have any issues. Glad they came because now I can use my smart thermostat for energy savings. Plus these crazy cold mornings and hot afternoons are perfect for ensuring your pets don't get too hot by the time I get home from work using the old thermostat. Definately recommend the service, plus they offer military discounts.

I called the call center at around 7 PM and talked to someone within a minute, and I was informed if after 30 minutes had gone by then call back. I received a call back about 10 minutes after the first call and was connected to Jason, the on-call tech for the night. He was very knowledgeable, and after I explained the situation he told me about the price to come out after regular business hours and what the problem most likely was. Then, I started asking him about how I could find out the voltage/ resistance of the specific part on my unit that might need replacement.
After about 5 minutes of being guided, I was able to locate and inform him about the part. I will definitely be using their services during their regular hours with their regular hours pricing, but if I was in a pinch I would definitely have had him come out.

I have used this company before to service and repair my A/C and have always had good experiences, but the best service I got was a couple of months ago. I was having trouble with my thermostat and the manager of the service department was who I ended up speaking to about it. He was able to help me and answer my questions over the phone and I didn't need to have anyone come out. I highly recommend this company. I now live in Georgia and if I could, I would still call them for all of my A/C issues.

Willy and Mike were great! Friendly, professional and showed up on time. Answered every question I had with no issue :). Both gentlemen were careful with their walk through about bringing mud inside the house, careful with the ladder not hitting the wall or ceiling. Very Thorough with their work, gave us honest and helpful advice and information. Will definitely be contacting them again when future business is needed :).

Jason arrived at my condo and before even beginning the diagnostic, provided me with critical information about my AC unit that will help me make decisions later. As he investigated the problem(s) with my unit, he kept me informed on the problems and provided me with multiple options based on my preference. He did not pressure me into buying anything that I wouldn't need. Overall, he was very professional and friendly, and if I ever have issues in this area again, I would not hesitate to contact Bass and request his services again.

I had service done on my heating system last year and I was very satisfied with the service. There were a few problems that the technician could not figure out and once the supervisor was brought into play the prblems were great tag team going for the championship and neither were satisfied until the match was won and the.solved. Stacy with Bass Air Conditioning was very responsive to every question I asked. She put me at ease with getting a new unit. Very positive through the whole experience! Kenny, the technician, was very thorough with everything. Explained everything in complete detail and made it made sense. I will only use Bass Air Conditioning from now on!

I am very pleased with how professional our maintenance expert, Jason Bass, was. He explained everything in a simple way to be able to understand the issues we were having with our AC unit. He went even further and contacted the Residential Manager for us in order to talk finances for a new unit. Eddie Simmons was very professional as well. Overall very satisfied with the service. Thank you!

Yesterday was my first time using this company. I called in and told them what was needed. They were able to send Eddie Faircloth out the same day in the afternoon. In about an hour, our AC unit was up and running. I spoke with Victoria in the office and she is awesome. She was kind, friendly and very helpful. The prices for the diagnostics and the fix were very reasonable. I would highly recommend using their service. I will call them back if, I have anymore problems.

Just had an experience I wanted to tell my friends about: Came home from vacation to a house that was 90 degrees! Called several local HVAC companies and only one could come out that day. $90 fee to assess the situation and found out the motor in the heating unit was bad and was tripping a breaker not allowing my a/c unit to work. They charged me $911 for the motor (which I was told included the installation service and their warranty on the motor) then charged me $312 for a two stage thermostat.
Their website states that they will work out payments / credit with you, etc. but would not let me pay them in three days (Friday)! I told the receptionist that I felt taken advantage of and that I had NEVER had any problems with credit & paying bills, etc. I paid the $1132+ bill before the guy left which, by the way, included a 10% discount, and I still do not think my energy efficient two-stage unit is working properly because my temperature in house is still at 89 degrees and the dual compressor unit is not even on! I've attached an internet photo of the exact motor they sold me for $911 What do y'all think about our friends at Bass Air Conditioning Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning Service?!? I personally have learned a valuable lesson and have learned who NOT to call in the future!

Being a Military family we need to be able to have a company that we can trust to take care of our needs. When we purchased our Unit from Bass in 2016, this is exactly what was promised to us. However, 6 years later we are already having some maintenance issues. We contacted Bass, since we put trust in them to continue to take care of our needs, only to find out this is completely untrue.
They have a labor agreement, which expires 1 year after you purchase a unit, which does not make sense due to their being a 10 year warranty on the model itself. Therefore they want to charge us $90 just for a tech to come out and reverify what was already done by another servicing company we had to go with after the first price they gave us for a mere tune up.
Not to mention there would be an additional cost of labor. I was quoted a starting price for someone to come out and correct an issue on a unit they sold, that had its own warranty for 10 years, but is not working properly of $215. I am appalled that this is taking care of customers. Another company, the one we called in to help, gave us a much better price AND an additional safety feature for storm season for a total of parts AND labor a little over what Bass wants to charge us.
They may have cost efficient A/C units, BUT the company is NOT worth the price. In hindsight, I would have paid more for a unit with a much better company. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone ESPECIALLY military families!

This company is so confusing to work with. We were quoted $1,000 on a geothermal system and had the work done but the technician verbally told are renter that they had fixed what they could fix and he would get back to us about a further problem he saw. No one ever did get back with us but we got a call asking for payment. We said that the problem wasn't entirely fixed yet, assuming that there was some miscommunication and that we would get the rest of the work done and then have one invoice.
I certainly thought that was a reasonable assumption. But instead the manager yelled over the phone that we did not understand how the system works and that we needed to call a plumber even though their website says they work on geothermal systems. We've now received an invoice by email that is $400 more than the original invoice with a statement that it's for work they never planned on charging us for in the first place.
How is this a way to run a company? And how can I believe that that $400 fee for work they weren't planning on charging us for is legitimate after the way we were treated on the phone? We would have happily paid to have the work done particularly when the technician said he's going to go back and find someone that can do the work and get back with us. I can't understand why this has gone the way it has.

Next day appointment. Turns out that it was just a frozen coil due to my not changing the air filter soon enough after a construction project in my house that produced excessive dust. The tech thawed it and monitored pressures and did a leak check. Pretty easy solution and he made sure there wasn't a big mess from the service (runoff from thawing).

Eddie and Kenny are top notch technicians. They answer my calls at any time and respond quickly and professionally. These two techs keep Snyder Memorial Baptist Church HVAC system running smoothly. They are the best and I am more than pleased with all they do for us. I would recommend them to anyone! You should give them a raise and maybe clone them.

Ok, I don't understand the first reviewer giving this place five stars. The experience sounds pretty bad! Good customer service is one thing, but it's the job they do that's the most important. My experience was much worse, and what you'd call mediocre at best. Sloppy work, messy, and a complete hassle. There are plenty of better options in Fayetteville.

Upstairs AC was not running normally so we called Bass and got an appt right away. Hal addressed our issue-leaky coil. We called back a month later to have it fixed. Hal came over working all day in the heat and stuffy attic to fix our coil. He was fast, efficient, quiet, and extremely pleasant. Hal also explained everything he was doing and why. Our upstairs is nice and cool now!

Want to give a big thumbs up to Ricky A who works for Bass AC Company. Very knowledgeable and professional in his service to our family this week. A pleasure to talk with and answered all my questions and got us up and running with our new air conditioning unit. I have had service provided by Bass AC for over 20 years and every technician has been the utmost professional.

I have had a service contract with Bass for many years and have always had excellent service. However, the technician that came to home today to check my duct work is exceptional. He was polite, informative and knowledgeable. He exudes the character of Bass that has lasted for all the years I have been a Bass customer.
