Ponderosa Garage Doors

We contacted Ponderosa Garage Doors to fix the garage door on our shop. The person with whom we spoke was very friendly and helpful. The two young men who came were courteous and knowledgeable and completed the needed repairs in a timely matter. The cost was reasonable - which we really appreciate since we are on a fixed income. We will gladly recommend Ponderosa Garage Doors to anyone who needs garage door service.

From scheduling my appointment through the service I received you absolutely could not ask for better service. Ken with Ponderosa Garage Doors & Repair was so very pleasant and helpful. Ken arrived to fix my garage door. Then he programmed my garage door openers. Then he programmed my keypad. I only called about the garage door. Ken went above and beyond my expectations. I hold him it was like " Christmas in June."

The gentleman from Ponderosa was able to stop by the same day I called thankfully as the spring on the door had broken. He had everything he needed on his truck and was able to fix and improve my rails/wheels/spring. I have had Ponderosa replace the garage door openers and service the doors at two different residences. I can't say enough positive things about the service. Honest, works with my budget, and responds quickly. Most grateful that they were able to repair a door that I was told by another company was not possible. There is no other company that cares like old-school people care, which is very rare these days.! So if you need any overhead door work don't even bother looking around, this company is the one you were looking for when you made a mistake calling the other one.! Ken, the owner, informed me of the brand new nylon rollers that now come with bearings instead of bushings, and that they were on sale.

I bought them and they are so quiet and durable I won't have to worry about that again! He also replaced my latch lock, leveled the springs, now the door fits better with no light coming through, it will also save me money on heat. As this is also my media room! The room that I only invite my sweetheart Diana my sweetheart!

Very good people who know what they are doing, courteous and with incredible customer service. They called me a few days after the latest job to ensure everything was working to my satisfaction.

My garage door had not been working well for quit some time. It finally did an impromptu disengage from rails when we tried to fix it ourselves. When calling Ponderosa Garage on a Sunday for help they did call us back and set up an appointment. The technician was on time, friendly and most of all non-judgmental on us trying to fix it ourselves and making it worse. Best of all! My garage works! Highly encourage them and their work before you make it worse.

Ponderosa Garage technician, Nick was excellent. He was scheduled to be at our home between 8-9am and the scheduler said he would call 30 minutes before arrival to let us know. He called at 7:59am to say he was 20 minutes away. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Installed a new motor without issue. Readily programmed all our remotes and cars. Very diligent, personable and friendly. Would highly recommend this company and especially Nick!

Tension spring in garage door broke on a Monday. I call Ponderosa the same day it broke, they were out to fix it first thing Tuesday morning. Ken, the owner, has pride in his work! I highly recommend Ponderosa Door.

Teal was an excellent technician! I called the night before and we got service the next morning at 8am! Teal was professional, polite and skilled at replacing our garage door motor. And he was done in less than 2 hours! This is the second time we've used Ponderosa and I highly recommend them! We can open our garage door again with the motor!

I was contacted within an hour of my request on their website. Ken the owner took great care to schedule, follow up and install my Lift Master opener. Payment was easy and my garage door works great! It was a seamless experience!

I thought I had to replace the whole system and the technician was honest with me that a tune-up and a couple of parts were sufficient. Saved us about $300!! Very pleased!

Ken responded within a few minutes and arranged to stop by the same afternoon to see what needed to be done to repair the garage door. He explained all the options and estimated costs, then arranged for the repair to be done the following morning. Very quick, polite, no-pressure customer service.

Our garage door would not open. After calling a half dozen businesses, no one could come for three days. Pondrosa called me within 5 minutes and was here before the end of the day. The door is repaired and we are very pleased. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of repair.

Ken came to our house and met with us personally. Told us about his products, experience and services. Made the appointment to have the door installed. Even though they arrived a little late, they installed the door as agreed. In a nut shell, he said what they would do and they did it in a timely and efficient manner. The folks at Ponderosa are extremely responsive and professional. Our new door is fantastic and looks exactly like the one it replaced, which keeps our HOA happy. We hope to never have to replace the door again but if needs must, we're calling Ponderosa without hesitation.

Came home from vacation late Sunday night to find a broken garage door spring on oversized door. Contacted 3 people. Ponderosa contacted us in less than an hour on a Sunday night and were here by 10 am. They have most springs with them but ours are oversized and told us it might be tomorrow. They were able to open a super heavy door for us to get our cars out.

They called us back early afternoon and said they got our springs, came back and door was fixed, lubed and working by 4:30, way less than 24 hours of us contacting them on Sunday night. In this day and age it's hard to find such exceptional service. Thanks to them and recommend Ponderosa.

I'm really impressed w/ Ken's work along with his colleague Cori. They are very professional, clean and tidy. And here's the best part, they relentlessly look for better ways to provide the best solution for Customers.

The repairman was informed and easy to work with. This was for my Dad's garage door and he said the repairman was one of the few people he's met who seemed to know what he was doing. That was quite a compliment from my Dad who has had multiple strokes and not able to arbiculate well. Quite a few screws had fallen out of the door over time.
