D&L Garage Doors & Locksmith - Repair, Service and Installation

Our garage spring snapped last night and they were able to send a technician out by 11:30 the next morning. Hector was very polite and explained the pricing very clearly. I've never had to repair a garage door before so I wasn't sure what to expect cost wise. I ended paying nearly $400 for two door springs and $175 for the labor. He had everything he needed in his truck and was done in about an hour and a half.

I'm not thrilled having to spend that kind of money on a repair but am so grateful they were able to get it done so quickly. I would definitely reach out to them again if I needed any other garage related repairs.

My garage door was damaged from the storm and would not open. They came out the next day and installed new tracks and a motor in a matter of hours and were so kind and worked around my schedule. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Daniel, our service tech was very kind and communicative. Did a great job installing the door. We appreciated someone following up with us to make sure they understood the design style we were looking for. Only downside was the manufacturer took twice as long to produce the door and the communication could have been better, albeit all this happened over the holidays.

Torsion spring broke on our garage door. Called D&L first thing in the morning. They scheduled a tech to be out same day. Tech called when he was on his way. He promptly had an estimate ready and had all the parts to fix our door plus upgrade some other parts. The tech finished in a timely manner and our door is working better then ever. D&L service was amazing. I notice the spring had broken in our garage door, I called few places and they were all backed up for at least few weeks. D&L were able to come and see our door next day, our technician was Ceara. Ceara answered all my questions and very helpful how to maintain our garage door and the service was quick.

Superb Service! Our garage door opener developed a bizarre problem. It would work whenever it decided to work. D&L sent Vlad out to diagnose the issue. Vlad was thorough and explained everything to us regarding the problem. We contracted with D&L to put the new opener in for us. Megan was great regarding working out the financial details and the scheduling.

They are great about answering the phones (even when it is late in the evening) and responding to our concerns. Cearra did a great job with installation. I had the technician on the time. After 5 minutes of diagnostics he explained that there is a small issue that is free of charge. Something with the sensors that is easy to repair. He could charge us more, but he was honest and he didn't charge me at all. Next time only this company.

My car garage door broke this Monday morning. I looked on Yelp and saw D&L company as having the highest ratings around. Now I see why. After I made a call within 4 hours our garage door was fixed! Our problem was: broken spring and all cables were replaced. Anthony replaced the springs and cables, all in less than two hours and it works great - and much smoother than before. Anthony was extremely nice and professional. I feel the price was reasonable. I totally recommend this company.

Wow! Great service and Richie was so nice! He was to my house 20 min after I made the call. My security screen door lock had broken inside the mechanism so no one was going in or out that door until it was fixed. He had to drill it out to get the broken bits out. Replaced it with new parts and we have our freedom back! Thanks Richie!!

My tech was Richard or Richie and he showed up as promised, very quickly. My issue was that I had a padlock jammed on a wooden gate which was my only access to getting hay to my goats. He showed concern for their well-being as well as their safety since they were very curious and had noses right in the way of him cutting metal. We managed to draw them away from the gate long enough to get them out of harm's way.

Richard was so courteous and showed concern for not only my goats being safe but also for not damaging my fence.

The repairs included a variety of issues, such as: realigning the door, replacing 3 hinges, replacing the torsion springs and realigning the guide track. Anthony was able to come out to our property in a few hours. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Anthony was very well informed and able to clearly communicate what we needed to correct our door issues.

My garage door only opened a little and got stuck. I called D&L on Saturday and was able to make an appointment with a live and friendly receptionist. The technician came on time (as expected between 9 am - 12 pm). He immediately found the root cause and provided me the estimated cost and completion time. He also gave me options, and advice on pros and cons.

Highly recommended. I had to replace one of the handles on my car but wanted to keep the original key. I was greeted instantly, and the gentleman walked out to my car with me. He found the simplest solution and explained it completely to me. I was in and out in ten minutes, and they gave me an incredible deal. I will definitely go back the next time I need a locksmith!

I recently had my locks replaced on all the doors in my house. These guys were more than great! First off, they had the keypad deadbolt I was looking for. I'm just tired of the old traditional look for a door knob and deadbolt. I went ahead and got a keypad deadbolt instead. The guy who the sent over to my home was great! Very clean, professional, knew what he was doing, and showed me step by step how to use my new keypad and if for some reason I need to reprogram it, how to do that as well.

After all was said and donethe bill came to $175. I used a coupon code I got off here on facebook for an automatic 10% the total bill and they even waived the service call so I only paid $128.50. Not bad considering the keypad was $75 alone. If you ever need anything that has to do with locks, I highly recommend these guys! Apparently they also do garage doors as well, the technician that was there gave me some coupons which included another 10% off and free service calls and some other stuff too. Awesome job!
