Darren Lewis was my salesman at Advanced Windows. I had been needing new windows for years and was overwhelmed on where to start and what to do. He walked me through every detail and made the process so easy. I feel like he went above and beyond what his job entails. He followed up with me throughout the whole process to make sure I heard from the office or installer based on the timeline given.

He kept me in the loop on what to expect from the time he came and measured my windows up until they were installed. We had a wonderful experience with Advanced Window Products and I could not any happier with our windows. From sale to install everyone we have worked with has been fantastic. Ken our salesman was very knowledgeable, gave sound advice and I never felt like i was getting "sold". Like everything, we knew our order would be delayed due to supply chain etc.

Advanced kept us informed and when the windows were ready, they were installed promptly. Our installers, Dave and Nolan did a phenomenal job, were very polite and timely. We were pleasantly surprised to see how neat and tidy they were, we didn't even have to vacuum anything. They took their time and were very efficient. We have an older home and had original single pane windows. I am so pleased with how much quieter and cozy our house feels. Thank you, glad I don't need windows anymore but would use this company again in a heartbeat.

Update: They finally replaced the cracked glass, but a few weeks later there is now condensation on the inside of the new glass. so clearly it still isn't done right! This company is not what they used to be. Pandemic has everyone struggling, but Advanced windows is not putting a priority on quality control. My sales contract is dated Feb 25, 2021 and I am still waiting for the windows to be even ok, given up on getting what I paid for.

They started using a new glass supplier due to supply issues. After waiting until June for my initial install the windows that were installed had multiple aesthetic defects such as bent spacers, scratches in glass, as well as chips and scratches in frames as well. They did come to replace the glass in my 2 picture windows due to the issues and I waited until 8/31 for that. 3 days later woke up to a giant crack that has continued to spread so my front window is now covered with tape.

Still waiting for the glass replacement for that. On top of those issues the new windows seem to let in way more air, dust, etc then my old windows from the 90s! Ended up being a very expensive mistake going with Advanced windows. Only positive is that my installers were very professional and seemed to do a good job installing an inferior product.

I wish I would have read more reviews before making such a large purchase so I could at least prepare for the hassle of working with Advanced Windows. I ordered my windows in May 2021 and they were very clear about the 4 month back order so that was fine. Windows were installed and 2 were ordered incorrectly and 1 was broken. These were re-ordered and replaced 2 months later.

There was then a missing trim piece that I had to call and find out was already in stock which brings us to our last install appointment. 50% of my window openings have some type of gash, most down to the metal framing of my window frame. During my sales appointment I was told all damages except for stucco/brick are covered-not true. After needing to call in 5 different times the manager stated "This happens so often we're unable to help".

They did end up agreeing to cover a small amount that should cover the supplies i'll need to fix my walls and pointed out they have a written blanket statement in tiny print they don't cover damages, nothing specific, just damages. Everyone I've worked with directly has been nice, I do wish they could deliver on the 'professional' service. Overall, I have new windows that work as shown in my sales appointment. Disappointed and frustrated with the lack of professional service when I paid $13K for windows and "professional service".

I worked with Jeremy on my home's window replacement project. Unlike all of the other bids I was getting, I never once felt pressured or hustled during the sales pitch or after. Advanced Windows lets their product, prices, and service do the talking. I've only just initiated the project with them, so I will update this review after the installation. So far I am very impressed with their service and professionalism.

The main reason we got new windows was to withstand the high winds we get in our area. Our prior windows whistled and hummed every time we got wind. I was so excited for our first windy night with new windows but to my dismay we still have whistling. I called and of course they advertise how great it is that there's no middle man to get to the lifetime warrantee but all that does is make it easier for them to deny any problems. i wait for weeks for a service guy to come and then he adds some glue and foam pads and promises it will do the trick. He's come 3 times now and the window still whistles.

They also left a mess after installing and damaged several areas around the windows. We also have a new clicking noise when the wind blows that wasn't there before getting new windows installed. Very disappointing.

Todd was fantastic - he explained everything, especially the length of time it would take to get the instillation. The quality of the windows is great and it has changed our room completely. We loved them so much, we bought another window in our kitchen. When the door was installed, the door latch didn't lock, but they came right back out and fixed it.

My experience with Advanced Windows was very positive. The salesman Todd was very knowable and gave us very good information to make a decision of the type of windows that would be best for us. The installer Brad was very thoughtful and explained what he was doing, and answered all our questions. Brad arrived on time and installed our windows much faster then we expected. Brad explained how to care for the windows and how they worked. He did not leave until all concerns were met and all the areas inside and outside our house were clean.

Rob is awesome to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the products they carry. I purchased siding from him. And I absolutely love what they did for me. This company is so great to deal with. Very responsive. More than happy to address any concerns and fast to resolve any problem that may arise. I highly recommend Rob and Advanced Window Products.

2021. We were referred to Advanced Windows. The Sales man was a salesman. Okay. We waited for the windows. That's understandable since the pandemic was in full swing. Okay. The windows were beautiful but the way they measured the windows and installed them was not professional. I didn't. Realize that until we had another company do windows for us at another home.

Oh my gosh the difference in installing and final look. The Advanced windows put a cheesy plastic filler on the inside of the frame. ("to make up for the inaccuracies of the measuring and 'normal' installation"). The other company that did the other house didn't use any such thing as the windows were perfect. A day and night comparison. Remember you get what you pay for.

If you want good windows but poor installation use Advanced Windows. If you want Great Windows and Professional installation use someone else. Search the web. Do research on how they install and if they use their own installers or contact out. Use the one that has their own installers and measures correctly.

We used this company to do all of our upstairs windows and had such a good experience that we had their Sales rep Ken come back to help us get our downstairs windows replaced. Real review from a real customer. Rob M. Was my sales rep. What a knowledgeable and transparent employee. Ask for him if you want someone you trust in your home. Due to production delays, we waited a while for the windows. But on installation day, and amazing team came out. Justin, Kurt, and Chris were our installation techs. They were polite, professional, and fast.

And fast may be an understatement. These guys could install windows with their eyes closed. The price for the windows was reasonable and I will.be working with them in the future and you should too. Save yourself the time and do yourself a favor and just go with advanced. You will not regret it.

I just had 10 new windows installed from Advanced and they look amazing. The installers, Justin and his team were amazing! They were so polite, answered all my questions and were fast and efficient. I was more than impressed with their work ethic. And everything was cleaned up when they left. Thank you!

I had them install 28 windows, around 8 years ago, the installation and the windows have been very good! I was looking to do more windows and possibly a sliding glass door? I called a number of times no one has bothered to get back with me! They must be very busy I understand, I just would of liked a call back for a possible returning customer.

The initial process was off to a good start. Then the installers showed up. Not much respect for my home. Never cleaned up inside or out. They damaged my window sills and had saw cuts inside on my window openings. I had 3 windows that were ordered incorrectly from salesman. Took another 2 months to get correct ones installed. Was told by salesman that installers would fix the damage and that never happened.

Sad I have to spend $10k and get this crappy service. There are many other companies out there and should've researched this company more. Folks read reviews and sadly you will have to babysit this company if you choose them. Communication from this company is horrible. They are quik of course to convince you how good they are and quik to take your money. Beyond dissatisfied.

I had new windows installed today and I could not be happier with the finished outcome! I live in an old house built in 1892 and the old windows had the original wood exposed underneath the siding, which was not a pretty site. But after installing the new windows, they also frame up the outside so that nothing is exposed and it gives it a more esthetically pleasing look, which is so much nicer!

The windows themselves are so cool including a pop out on the lower pane for easy cleaning and super durable flex screens that pop in and out with ease. They are such an upgrade from what I had! Thank you to Janetha for getting me a speedy quote and as fast as possible lead times and thank you to Justin and Kurt for a seamless install. They quoted me 3 hours and were done with a few minutes to spare and left everything better then they found it. Really respectful, friendly guys! I would recommend this company to anyone! We had an entire house of windows replaced. 24 windows and not small! Our salesman Rob was very helpful with explaining the differences in windows and helping us select the right kind of windows. The staff at Advanced Window Products kept us informed along the way during the production period. When it came to installation, WOW, what a great crew. Justin, Chris and the rest of the crew where fast but very efficient. We would HIGHLY recommend using Advanced Window Products.

My wife and I were looking to do some much needed updates to our home and were recommended by a friend to look into Advanced Windows. Once we called to set up an appointment our sales associate came to the house for measurements and to explain the process. Adding the demo of the window material was a nice touch to get a hands on glimpse as to what we were buying. ***Our sales associate was on time, professional, and very courteous.

That was in Oct 2020. Because of the pandemic causing supply issues we didn't get our windows installed until today, which is totally understandable. The real amazing factor was the installation crew. Jason and Kurt were on time at 0800 ready to go. Both Jason and Kurt were extremely courteous and patient, answering any questions that my wife or I had with the windows and the installation process.

Before they began working they also had great foresight to ask that the cars in the driveway be moved so they wouldn't get damaged. They also took the time to go over window maintenance and talked to us before a few windows were installed if there were some hinderances in the way. ***Jason and Kurt were friendly, on time, professional, patient, and very courteous. Just the experience with the installation crew alone makes me highly recommend Advanced Windows for all your home or business needs.

This company installed windows in my next door neighbors home; they proliferated our lawn with their supplies and blocked our driveway :( No consideration at all :(

My window installation has been delayed twice now due to COVID-19 and the fires in California (that's where they manufacture the windows). However, the company could have have done any better handling this unfortunate situation. Their customer service did a good job updating me without spamming me with a bunch of emails and phone calls. I am excited to get these windows because I hear they are the most quality windows one can purchase in the greater Salt Lake region!

*I live in North Salt Lake* I feel like I was overcharged. Partially my own fault for not following through and getting multiple bids. I had worked all night and was tired and allowed the sales guy to pressure me into signing right then. (Something I know better than to do.) I would just say don't fall for the "I've got to check with my boss on this price" game. Going back and forth to his car to "call his boss" then after signing the papers the sales guy answered his phone, it was his boss who expressed surprise that he was signing a deal.

He was embarrassed as he hung up and told me he had multiple bosses. I feel like a fool for falling for that. When they bid the job they missed one of the windows. When they came to measure the guy mentioned it to me and said he would take care of it. He didn't. So it wasn't made or installed. I called that same day and was told it would be taken care of.

It wasn't. I called back and was given the run around about not knowing what I was talking about and not realizing that there needed to be another window. I was also told that I would have to pay for this window out of pocket because they had already issued me a loan for the windows that didn't include this one. The guys who installed the windows were AWESOME!

They were my favorite part of this whole experience. They were on time, kind (my boyfriend had had a stroke and they asked about him and talked to him when he came by one day), and were efficient. I'm getting ready to move (wasn't going to, but I'm getting married to my boyfriend who has recovered nicely from his stroke) and I can't seem to get them to come out and finish the job. My windows were installed in August and it's now October. Frustrating. The windows look amazing and seem to have all the bells and whistles.

I forgot to mention on my last review that the sales Rep Rob said my house would be warmer. In my bedroom I now have to use a space heater from the afternoon to bedtime. I never had to do that with my old 30 yr old windows. Way over done sales pitch that noise would be reduced. I still hear cars rumbing past my house at 7 in the morning, and dogs barking loudly, much louder than my old 30 yrs old windows.

I would not trust them. even if they say they have a lifetime warranty. It took them 2 times to install my windows. saying the first ones were not up to code, so I dont trust the second install on all the windows is up to code either.

Rob is amazing! We previously had Hansons come into our home to give us an estimate. It was a 4 hour long nightmare. Imagine the worst car salesman on enough steroids to addle the brain. That was who we were dealing with. I'd rather deal with drafty windows than go through that process again. Then we met Rob. The difference between the two experiences is like night and day.

He walked us through the entire process in an hour. There was no pressure. He wasn't condescending. And Advanced Window's prices came in at a fraction of what the other guy quoted. I'd recommend Advanced Window to anyone. Well, almost anyone. My worst enemy should go see Hansons.

I found AWP through research for the best possible window, not yelp reviews and frankly I don't believe some of the bad reviews, if you bought windows from them, you would know that their process is very easy and accurate. Go look at their windows and how they are made stronger than everyone else and they can have a better lifetime warranty. I had my windows installed Jan 28th.

Old windows would be 15 degrees colder than room temp. New windows are 2 degrees colder than room temp. That is a fact I personally observed with a infra red thermometer. I also love how much more sound deadening they provide. I bought the super higheffecientcy double pane. I am very happy with the product quality, the installation was top notch and the overall price.

Do not use this company! We had them out for a bid. It all sounded good. Gave them a deposit over $5,000. Then 4 days later, when some questions arose because we had not been originally, properly, explained the process, we asked for our deposit back. We were no longer comfortable with the transaction. We were willing to pay for any product (glass) they had purchased.

They hadn't even ordered anything yet. The refused to even give us a partial refund. We have now been in litigation for months, with our attorneys coming to an agreement, and Advanced Windows not following through. At this point we have to give up because we are about to spend more in lawyer fees, then the original deposit was for. Do not let them take your money and carefully read the contract!

We recently had our window's replaced and LOVE them. We immediately noticed a big difference in the noise and also there was no more moisture. The original install was great but we asked if a couple of the windows could be reset. They came and approved our request and the few window's we asked to be reset were done right away without any issue.

We had a great experience, up until AFTER we paid from the invoice we were given. We received a call saying we owed 500.00 for the lead paint safety measures they had to take. What is VERY unsettling is our sales man said the lead paint test was free. we said "Great"; especially since we had only bought our house 3 years ago and have paperwork stating we have lead paint.

He never told us about a 500.00 charge. However, the 500.00 wasn't for the test, it was for the safety measures they took. I did not get a straight answer when I asked about this. I would love to know what "safety measures" were taken. I saw no drop cloths put out to catch the lead paint and they wore no masks. They did, however, take the windows away, but I assume this is done with or without lead paint.

We feel like this is a scam. No one ever told us of a 500.00 charge. BEWARE ask about the lead paint charge. If the 500.00 would have been included in the quote and we knew about this charge my review would have been 5 stars our windows look beautiful.

Rob sold us windows and they are FANTASTIC! Then I referred a friend and we get referral money coming our way! The Windows at Advanced are. advanced, spectacular and amazing! I love the way that they clean with ease.

Wow is not enough to express our gratitude for this awesome company. Billie came out promptly to give us an estimate! financing approved us for the install of beautiful new windows for our older home. The windows were over 30 years old and the cold in our home was quite unbearable downstairs. We needed to add our front door side by side windows and it was a quick add on.

Final measurements made within a few weeks and 8 weeks total we just had them installed today. The crew was polite prompt professional and absolutely amazing! I will be spreading the word out and I need to say the best prices out there. We love our windows, thank you Advanced Windows for making our home even more beautiful.

We live in an older home on a busy street, and the old aluminum windows we had were in desperate need of replacement. The new windows Advanced installed helped so much with the sound and made a huge difference when the temperatures dropped outside! They look so good too! We recently had our windows replaced and it was a great experience. The windows were built custom to fit our openings exactly. They built quickly and installed within the quoted time frame. The office staff and installers were courteous and efficient. We have already noticed a change in our utility bills thanks to the efficiency of the windows, and our home looks great!

So far, so good. We had new windows put into a rental condo a month ago. We had no issues with the initial sales/consultation call at all. Very personable and easy to talk to and ask questions of. Compared with 2 other companies. One wanted to charge us $20,000 for 10 windows with only a 2 year warranty. Advanced Window Products was affordable and the quality is excellent. Yes, the windows are new and time is the determining factor, but as of today we are very happy with the entire process. Installers were prompt, clean, and professional.

The worst window company ever! Go somewhere else, these guys will rip you off.

Install was finished on my new windows today. Already I can feel and hear a difference! This is the second home In which I've used Advanced to replace my windows. Loved the first ones so much, there wasn't really a question of where to get them this time. Chris did a great job on the install.

We are very impressed with our new windows! They glide so easily and are very well-built. Rob was an attentive sales rep. that gave us a lot of goof information and didn't hound us to purchase. Our installation team (Clayton and assistant) were professional, thorough and did a great job. it was a lot of hard work.

We have 12 windows and 1 slider that need to be replaced. We've been looking into replacing them for a while and we recently had Rob with Advanced Windows come demonstrate their window as well as provide us with a quote and information regarding the product as well as the installation process.

Jeremy from Advanced Window came today to measure for our new windows today. He was right on time and was very professional and respectful of our home. I sure do appreciate the whole Advanced team. A little shout out to Rob our salesman, I really can't say enough about him and how awesome he has been in answering my questions even the ones I've asked him before and forgot I asked.

Replaced all windows and had custom sliding glass door made too. Nice to have energy efficient glass in the house now. Would recommend and the price was very good too.

The price and quality of the windows were the best in town. I've noticed a solid 4 degree difference in where I have to keep the thermostat on day one. There was some slight damage to my walls on the installation, but with a 70 year old lath and plaster house it seemed inevitable.

We met Darren at the Home Show and he was great. He came yesterday to give us an estimate on windows and patio door. Very professional and knowledgeable and no pressure. We purchased them yesterday also.

We've only had our windows for a couple of weeks. Ken was great to work with though and was super nice. They came a little later than what we were told, but we weren't necessarily in a rush, so that didn't affect us.

Excellent service, excellent price, excellent installation, excellent follow-up. We could not be more pleased with these windows. Had over 2 dozen installed and made a Hugh difference in keeping out the winter cold and summer heat! ( used I 89 windows on west side of home and lowered inside temp of room 15 degrees ) They know what they are doing. Ask for Ken. He is great to work with!

I made a appointment, no call no cancel, i waited for 40 minutes before i left my rental unit just to get a estimate. I called and told them what happened and it happened again. If you really dont want business then tell people instead of wasting peoples time especially mine!
