Great customer service and good product. We've had all our windows replaced over the past couple of years by Accent Windows and very pleased with the windows and customer service is great. Our last installer Tom is the best caulking guy in Cache Valley. Highly recommend him for installing!

2 beautiful new doors! Working with Jim at Accent Windows was great - he came out looked at the 2 locations we wanted entry doors replaced and gave us some great options. We ordered the doors and now have them installed. A huge difference from the old 70's doors that were there before. The install guys did a great job and cleaned up well afterward. We love doing business with local business owners.

I had a great consultation with Jim. He was very friendly and professional. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The pricing was fair. I placed my order on November 2nd, and it was installed on March 23rd. It took more time than I expected, but perhaps it was due to COVID and the supply chain being behind. The guys who installed it did an excellent job.

The only criticism I have, is that they could improve their communication. I felt like I wasn't "kept in the loop, " when it came to my order. I had to be pro-active, however the office manager was really helpful.

The customer service & communication was horrible at Accent Windows. The order is handed off to the the office person, after ordering, which is a problem as she would never call back even when she stated she would. I had to follow up every week after the door was delivered to them for an install date. Also, their measurements were wrong for the glass, so it took more time to have that fixed.

The final product & install was good for our glass door, but I've gone with another glass company for new windows for my entire house. The new glass company has outstanding customer service & communication, which I would expect considering the money spent.

I never write reviews, but these guys deserve a great one. We tackled a big renovation right in the middle of covid and we needed a solid contractor to replace 22 windows in the entire home. Since this was a big piece of our budget, I spent weeks talking to vendors and getting bids.probably got quotes from like 12 different contractors. But after chatting with Jim, it was pretty clear right off the bat that he was gonna be our guy.

It was so refreshing to talk to someone who knew their stuff, had been in the industry forever, gave great advice, and didn't act like a sales guy. I even called my wife to tell her I finally found someone I could trust ha. And then his bid came in as one of the more competitive ones too. So we pulled the trigger, and oh so glad we did. We had some delays on the project due to covid issues with the manufacturers, but Jim's team and Jessica were so great about keeping us in the loop so we could manage logistics on our end.

They went above and beyond there - they would put us on the installation schedule just in case the windows arrived early, since they knew we were pressed for time. And when the windows finally arrived, the install crew was there just as planned. And great install work too! Got the job done in 2 days, despite having to replace 22 steel-framed plate glass windows in an big old house. Wow.

I didn't think it would go that fast. And they cleaned it all up, and didn't leave a trace. Came to check it out after it was done and it was just like a before and after picture - surreal to see such a dramatic difference so fast, and so nice to not have a bunch of cleanup after the fact. Chatted with the crew and they all vouched for Jim as pretty much the best company out there to work with, period.

There was one window that we realized need a little adjustment on the trim, and they came out and took care of it fast. I've worked with probably 15 different contractors on this project alone, and honestly I would only go out of my way to recommend 2 to friends and family. Accent windows is one of them. Seriously you won't find a better outfit. Legit expertise, great staff to communicate and keep the project on track, fantastic install process, and crazy competitive pricing. It is SO nice to have a go-to windows solution from here on out.

The service was really bad, got to stay on this company. We put a deposit down for windows and a sliding screen door on September 3rd, 2020, after I met Jim at the home show. Jim said it would be 8 weeks before install so the first part of November. In December after not hearing anything I called, to see about our install. The receptionist had no idea who I was or what I had ordered and told me she would get back to me.

The receptionist never called me back, a week later I called again and the receptionist said our window frames were in but they had not gotten glass for them and it would be a few weeks. I called again a few weeks later we got an install date for January 29th, 2021. On January 27th, 2021, surprise, Jim came out and installed our windows and door, my wife and I moved our kids to different rooms so they could still do online school and would not freeze.

Near the end of the install, Jim told my wife he did not have the sliding door, but he would figure it out, and an hour later he was back with a sliding door from who knows where and installed it. From order to installation was only 16.5 weeks, which was more than double the time frame promised. I am pretty sure we still would be waiting on our windows and doors had I not called and checked on our order.

Our windows and sliding doors ended up looking nice. However, from a customer experience perspective, our experience with Accent Windows was not great: Jim quoted 10 weeks for our project and it ended up taking 21 weeks; I did not receive promised proactive updates (I had to keep calling Jessica on dates I was told I would hear back from them, but never did); I asked for a discount after so many back-and-forth conversations and missed deadlines and was offered a tiny 1% 'good faith' discount; installation took place in separate sessions, due to missing materials, when I specifically requested no install until all materials had arrived; I have two different sliding doors installed for some reason; and finally after we paid our balance in full, we were told that we could not get a receipt for 3 business-days (seems odd in today's technology age). Overall, 21 weeks later (11 weeks over quoted time frame), things worked out okay, but this experience was rough.

Last year in 2017, I had a few people give me quotes for windows. The gentleman who came to my. Home was easy to talk to and great to work with. Needless to say we ended up hiring him for the job. When my windows arrived he installed them quick and efficiently. We have been very pleased with the product and the service. So pleased, that when our Granddaughter accidentally broke one of the windows that we had not yet replaced, without a second thought we called back and now look forward to a new set of windows, again. Best service - Best Quality - Nicest People - two thumbs up.

We are extremely happy with the windows and service provided by Accent Windows. We had several windows replace, one of the windows was changed into a bay window that required a lot of extra time and care. I was happy to see all the windows done in one day and the workmanship is just beautiful. The new windows have saved us a lot on our electric and gas bill (especially the west facing ones). Fantastic quality, work and customer service.

We went to the home show to look at different options for replacing our 20 year old builder grade windows. We had a few different companies come to our home and give us quotes and we ended up choosing Accent Windows. The windows were installed when promised and look beautiful, including the stucco repairs to match the new windows. I cannot wait to see how well they perform through the different seasons. I met Jim Hall at a home show in Davis County and asked him to give me a bid on the front window that needed to be replaced. He gave me a good price and he said the window would be replaced in three weeks. Three weeks and two days later the window was installed. The installer arrived at the exact time he said he would, and the window was installed beautifully.

My experience was great with Accent Windows. They are easy to work with, even though I was in Texas and my house was in Utah. It worked out great. They were very professional. They were upfront with me. He made sure everything was listed before hand, so there were no surprises.

Jim Hall the owner of Accent Windows came to my home and did an estimate on a bay window for us. We were very impressed that the owner would come and give the bid himself. That gave us comfort in knowing that he took bid and valued each customer. The quote was very reasonable and we went with Accent Windows. They showed up on the day that they said they would and on time.

Accent Windows came to my house approximate 2 ½ weeks prior to replacing the windows to take measurements and provide an estimate. They cam to our house when they said they would be there and provided a reasonable priced estimate to do the work. They called the day prior to installing the new windows to set up an appointment with us.

We wanted a bay window in our kitchen area. There was a good size window there already. It was not a big enough opening for a good size bay. We got estimated and we received and one was from Accent Windows. We heard about them through our parents. With all the companies that came out. Jim Hall was the most professional and talked to us about all the options that we had.
