Terrible customer service; from the sales reps to their management, this is one of the WORST showrooms I've ever dealt with.

Really great they got me to dock 1st thing, unloaded quick. Receiver lady was mad about making copies of BOL, but still very nice

Dennis Magaro and Epic Windows and Doors SLC did an AWESOME job helping us with replacement windows for our Alta condo this fall. Despite the pandemic, he managed a tight schedule for installation before the snow fell. Dennis recommended excellent contractors for both installation and finishing. We chose Kolbe triple pane windows and our condo is MUCH warmer and the windows are beautiful. I would highly recommend Dennis, Epic, and Kolbe triple panes. Very grateful!

It has been completely satisfying from beginning to end to buy my windows from Epic for a new home under construction in southeastern Utah. I had noticed the beauty of wood windows in my friends' Santa Fe and Sun Valley homes, and I believed they would perfectly complement my Nexcem wood-chip ICF walls. A friend in Santa Fe recommended Windsor after extensive research, so I was thrilled to find Epic's showroom just 20 minutes away in Park City. Lou patiently educated me on the fasteners I would need for the ICF openings.

He also provided insightful style advice on the colors and proportions, which was vital with 22 colors to choose from! For a small splurge over good quality vinyl, I will now enjoy the beauty of natural pine frames and sashes throughout my home for years to come. Windsor's contemporary profile perfectly complements my home's streamlined southwestern style, designed to feature the spectacular vistas out every window.

I upgraded to Ultra Vue screens so there will seem to be nothing between me and my Four Corners views. I especially love my matte black patio door hardware, which coordinates with the kitchen hardware, and my builder was impressed by its quality when he opened the box. Everyone on the Epic staff has been superbly knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive.

Delivery date was exactly as promised! Thank you, Lou and John and everyone in the office for taking such good care of me. I will have many happy years to appreciate my beautiful Epic windows and your gracious help to make them possible.

I have worked with John Valdez at Epic Windows and doors on a few of my last custom home projects and enjoyed my visit to the SLC show room to see all of the lives that Epic reps. John Valdez has a great knowledge and service for the window lines he reps. I highly recommend a visit into the showroom to see all the products, especially the 10' bifold on the floor.

Looking to replace 5 residential windows during a remodel. Went in during business hours which aren't great. Couldn't find a soul. Was eventually helped. Wanted to purchase Windsor windows. Sent my plans via email and never heard back. Called and individual was apologetic. Sent him my plans while on the phone.do you think I ever heard back? Nope. If the job is too small, just say so.

I did ask that question and was told no of course not. Place is a disaster. Beautiful building and nice new website. If you don't want to sell product, I'm happy to buy it somewhere else---I just hate having my time wasted. Don't worry, I am helping others by telling them not to waste their time with Epic.

These guys are the worst. Ordered almost 100K in glass last June. We were told 4 to 6 weeks for glass to arrive and 7 days tops to install now 6 months later and Still not all complete. Have to call regularly to get an installer to show up for a few hours then they disappear. I believe their Price is high. Service is low. Responsiveness is non existent. Before you order from epic. Think again. My biggest mistake of our project was ordering thru Epic glass.

This place is a great resource for builders and architects. They have a very serious product line, ranging from solid and practical builder options to premium luxury brands, and the architectural and sales staff are very good at helping you choose the right product. Nice folks, too. I frequently take my clients here to see the options and set a budget.
