I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nick and Air Experts. I came back home from a business trip (after my flight was cancelled 2x) only to find the a/c at my house was not cooling properly (Friday). Elizabeth got me on the schedule the next day (Saturday) + Nick came out to investigate. Coils were frozen so Nick came back the next day (Sunday) and replaced the damper.

House feels great - nice and cool! Nick was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I've been using Air Experts for years and will continue to do so. I recommend them highly! Thank you Nick + Air Experts for another great job well done!

Our AC stopped working and Air Experts technicians were helpful throughout the process. The technician was knowledgeable and clearly explained the diagnosis (and even took pictures). He showed us possible fixes along with the prices and did not push to try to sell us anything but gave his opinion as to the best course of action. No pressure at all. Honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced! I was also impressed with how Expert Air has plans to work within any budget. Great company!

We had a new unit installed for our second story two years ago (2020), we had fabulous service from the start. Two days ago (June 2022) said unit failed, Air Experts responded quickly, the technician, Drew, arrived early, was very knowledgeable, knew what it was immediately and was proactive when it came to avoiding further issues (things just aren't built like they used to be. customer service and trustworthy technicians are crucial). The whole team took care of us to get us back up and running in less than 24 hours. this is why we continue to recommend Air Experts to friends and family.

Justin, who gave me my estimate and worked out the financing also helped me through-out the whole process to make sure I was completely happy with my installation. Cameron, who came and completed the installation did a great job. Good product and happy customer. We were very pleased with the service received from Air Experts Heating & Cooling. They are very responsive, professional, and honest. They do excellent work at a good price and provide high value. We had them do a check up of our HVAC system. They also did some repairs on the heating unit. The technician explained everything and answered all our questions.

The staff are very kind and professional over the phone. They send you a text and email to remind you of your appointment and also when the technician is on the way. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the service that I received from Air Experts Heating & Cooling. I called for heating service in the very early am, and a Service Tech (Oscar Angeles Duran) was at my home approximately 6 hours later. I called due to heat on, but no heat. Oscar Angeles Duran was both friendly and professional, he quickly diagnosed my issue, and discussed the resolution with me.

Most importantly, Oscar Angeles Duran adhered to COVID safety precautions by arriving at my home fully masked. There are numerous Heating and Air companies to select from, I am very confident that I made a wise choice in calling Air Experts Heating & Cooling. Five Stars!

The service tech was great, very prompt and communicative. Where I felt a good bit confused is that I paid for a part that was under full manufacturer's warranty. Air Experts was going to get fully reimbursed for the part from the manufacturer, and then they also charged me for the part, so very unusual, and not what I'm used to. Normally I pay for the service call and labor, but not a warrantied part, so not too happy with that. Seems like double dipping to me. I have a service plan with them as well, but I didn't feel like I got any benefit from that at all.not a good first impression.

I had a routine inspection completed. Good service and enjoy the call and text of letting you know who is on the way. The servicemen have been very nice, respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. Always willing to show me what is going on and what to look for. Service: HVAC maintenance

Air Experts Heating & Cooling was excellent with their service. They got me in on the same day I called when my heat shut down. Mark Fachorn came out earlier than expected, was very knowledgeable on the work he did. He followed all COVID rules with mask and shoe covering. Was very helpful and kind. I set up a two visit a year with them because I was very impressed with their service. I will recommend them to anyone that needs heating and cooling services.

I've used them for a few years and they provide good service at a fair price. They call and text you before arriving, so you know which worker is providing the service. All of the different servicemen have been respectful and kind. The best we've had so far though is Eric Johnson.

We had Kyle Krieger come to unclog one of our drain pipes that was causing a backup of water to the main drip pan. The call center was excellent and was able to have our routine maintenance for the year at the same time. His shop vac malfunctioned but he was able to use ours and took 15% off the fee as a result which was an unexpected but very much appreciated plus. We've always had a great experience with this company for our HVAC maintenance and they continue to do a great job each year. Thanks!

Torrie Jones has been our service rep for many years. He is always professional and very good at air and heat system maintenance. But he goes over and beyond the call of duty to provide proactive customer service. After experiencing an unhappy sales meeting with a Raleigh Heating and Air sales rep, and we decided to repair the old system, and look for another company to purchase a new one.

When Torrie arrived with the part to repair the old unit, he insisted the unhappy experience was not a norm for his company. He encouraged us not to invest in the old system. He immediately called his office and scheduled a meeting that day with a senior sales rep. We purchased two new units, and those systems have run beautifully for two years now.

We also have two air systems which are also performing beautifully and we have not had any service calls in the years we have been under maintenance contracts. Torrie Jones is definitely the kind of employee who goes the extra mile to ensure his company deserves a 5-star rating!

I was very pleased with Torrie, the tech who performed a heating system tune-up on my system and with the reps I had spoken with on the phone. They arrived on time, wore masks and shoe covers and efficiently handled this annual task. Interestingly, they did not do the install in my 3 year old home and the company which had installed the system when the house was built was not interested in these routine service calls. I wanted to get established with a company I could trust and I am happy that I chose Air Experts.

They are right on the job. They are punctual, curteous and informative. My technician of choice is Mark Fahorn. He is the best one. Too many good things about him to mention, just awesome.

After nursing my old system through the past two winters, I knew it was time to replace. Sales rep was very professional and personable, and I was comfortable with his recommendation and price for replacement of not only 20 yr. old furnace, but also slightly less old but very inefficient air system.

Air Experts replaced our old combination heating/air unit with a new split furnace and air conditioning system. The combined unit that was replaced was located outside our house. Air Experts installed the new, much more efficient system in our crawlspace. They also sealed and cleaned our ductwork and installed new thermostats.

I got 2 new furnaces and A/C units. Air Experts are a great company to work with and are all about the customer service. They are professional, timely and honest. All 3 of those qualities are hard to find anymore. Of all the companies out there to use, this is the only one worth your time talking to. They treat their people well and it shows.

Our furnace died. We had to decide if we should repair the old furnace or replace it with a newer one. The salesperson took a lot of time to investigate the way our HVAC system is set up in our home. He explored options for correcting some small duct issues that we have upstairs in our home. The entire process was very smooth from beginning to end.

Had my air ducts cleaned today by Bill, he was beyond polite, and went above and beyond cleaning and sealing our vents. I highly recommend this company to others.

In a previous review I was very critical of the situation they left me in. After spending $2k, I was faced with another $1k problem less than a week later. They contacted me and sent someone back out here, who I thought was very good and straightforward about the problem.

I switched from Comfort Wizards to Air Experts today. Mike A. a very knowledgeable technician came by to do a seasonal tune up and check. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. I ended up signing up for a 3 year, twice a year, service agreement.

I had Air Experts service my 11 year old damaged heat pump after a nearby lightning strike occurred, with possibly an arc blowing out a capacitor and frying the wires connected to it. Their technician Kyle was on time and very professional.

Air Experts replaced my 20 year old gas pack with a new gas package unit (furnace and AC unit). I got 3 bids for this work. I chose Air Experts on the basis of their pricing and the warranty on the gas pack. The installation crew show up the day after I informed Air Experts I wanted them to do the job.
