Daniel was very professional and personable. I appreciated that he called to update me when he was running behind on the job before mine. Once he arrived he was very thorough at diagnosing the issue we had with our AC not blowing cold air. His service was reasonably priced and the repair parts we need are also reasonably priced as well. We'll be using Comfort Air for all our HVAC needs moving forward.

My experience with Comfort air has been good from the start. They seem to have a good crew, and are fast at getting someone out if there is an issue. Excellent service by Daniel. Very thorough and professional. Explains exactly what could be the problem and fixes in addition to fixing causes to prevent repeated occurrences. Highly recommended for anyone needing repairs. Signed up for premium monthly maintenance for reasonable price. Includes discount on parts and no charge for diagnosing problems.

I used Comfort Air to take care of a couple of items that came up during a house inspection. Comfort Air came out within a couple of days of contacting them. They arrived on time and did the job promptly. I'm going to use Comfort Air moving forward for my HVAC needs.

We received quotes from 3 other companies but decided to go with Comfort Air. They listened to our needs and wants. Dan listened and provided a quote on what we asked for. Our installers were very respectful of our property and installed everything very nice and neat, cleaned up after they were done. We also had our dryer vent cleaned. The technicians did a great job.

We were notified of them being in route as well as of their arrival. Also got a notification once the service was complete. We also had a fan installed in our garage. They worked with us with our busy schedule and made all the jobs work with our busy schedule. Overall great experience! Will definitely use this company in the future. Purchased a maintenance club and will continue using them to maintain our system.

Also purchased an air scrubber with our system. My kids have seasonal allergies and with the air scrubber they don't suffer from allergies as bad as when they are outside. Definitely recommend this investment. Finally will have clean air in the home even with wild fires.

I did my due diligence when it came time to replace my 30 year old heat and AC units. I received multiple bids from several vendors and also reached out to friends to see if they had any recommendations. Comfort Air was a recommendation from a friend that had used them for the same installation service. Comfort Air surpassed other vendors in areas of communication. Johnny came out to give me my quote and took all the time needed to explain to me the process and answer my many questions.

The entire process was seamless from start to finish and I'm so happy that I chose them! Install was in December and today Ben came out as my A/C wasn't working. After looking at the unit, Ben explained to me and why it was not working. He then informed me of the work that he did and how my system will run going forward with regards to the fan. Ben was quick, friendly and efficient.

Just completed install moments ago for a new AC in my home. Johnny was my sales and quote person, he did a great job explaining all the options and recommended what would be best for our house. Alex did the install and he was professional, informative, and answered all my questions throughout the day. They did a very clean install, it was impossible to tell they were here other then the big new shiny condenser unit in my back yard. I will be recommending comfort Air to anybody needing a unit installed.

Rob Sale was great, he worked hard to ensure our system problems were sorted. Our home was unfortunately one of those horror stories where everything that could go wrong did, but Rob managed to get us back in working order and we've had zero problems since. I cannot applaud his dedication to excellence any higher. While i hope I never have to go through the a/c issues i had again, if i do i will be requesting Rob specifically.

Our installers (Aleiksei) arrived early to our residence and easily removed our decrepit, non-functioning system/compressor, and installed our new system/compressor extremely quickly and efficiently in the same day! They packed up our old system and left their workspace clean and tidy when they were finished. They were extremely capable and friendly.

We are so happy to have used Comfort air! From purchasing the system to installation the time passed was minimal before our system was scheduled for install. The installers were extremely capable and we feel very confident that our system will work perfectly for years to come!

This company constantly runs ads about the quality of their service and the best prices in the Valley, they really should re-think how they interface with customers and potential customers. I called twice, I wanted an estimate for what the trade calls a mini split, the first time I called the person taking my information couldn't move forward because she couldn't find my address (this has never happened with anyone else either when booking an appointment or when entering my address in a navigation system), so I ended the call.

I tried again, this time I was put on hold. Not a very impressive or auspicious start. I give up, I just wish Mr. What's My Line would either get off the TV or do a better job supervising the help.

Service and install were amazing! The turnaround time from consultation to installation was a mere few days. Our consultation rep, Dan, was professional and communicative. Aliaksei S did installation with his team and they were extremely hardworking, conscientious (took shoes off when coming in the house, put cardboard down under their work van to avoid and oil drips on our driveway, cleaned up after themselves) and honest (forgot to install the air scrubber we paid for and returned without us needing to ask to complete the job). Couldn't ask for better service! Highly recommend Comfort Air for the Vancouver/Clark County area!

Made my appointment online via Yelp messaging and whereas the person making the appointment was just okay, the technicians made up for it. They arrived within the estimated window and were done within a half-hour! They cleaned out the dryer vent and mentioned that once my air ducts become dirty again in a few years, they'll clean my dryer vent at no extra charge. Thank you, Comfort Air for keeping me safe! Great quoting process, installation, and service teams all around! Strongly recommend. Quote - Just after the record breaking heat wave we needed to get quotes and most other shops were on a major backlog to install or even provide quotes. Comfort Air was able to get us a quick, and incredibly competitive quote in a really easy and transparent process.

Install (Thanks Fidel!) - Comfort Air got our install scheduled surprisingly fast (compared to the other shops who had quoted), and were able to start and finish the install same day! Issue Resolution (Thanks Vic!) - The unit ran great (quiet and efficient), and got our house down to its comfortable level within an hour, but then wouldn't turn back on!

The thing had just stopped working!. I texted Comfort Air and they sent a tech first thing in the morning who was able to find and fix an issue that didn't even relate to their install, but was causing the issue with the AC.

We shopped bids, my husband talked with two of the long standing HVAC companies competing with this one, researched on the internet, and now after all the service we required it is more than obvious that we made the right choice. From Bradford to Robert, our technicians were professional, honest, and highly trained. As long time residents and community advocates, we recommend Comfort Air and are extremely pleased such a high caliber company is now in Vancouver, WA.

I called to see if I can have someone come and take a look at my ac unit and person on the phone wants to charge me 299 dollars for after hours charge. wtf No thank you

Been looking for well rated HVAC company for years waiting for the right time to put in a heat pump system in my 20year old home. Had relationship with Vic for years on the commercial side and decided to give them a try for my small residential project. Was surprised at how responsive their team was to my small project. Within I week I had a competitive bid and within that week I had a competitively priced unit in my home within a week!

It took one day to do the job with a h/e gas furnace and heat pump. With high demand for product Comfort air made it happen due to retrofits can be a pain. Glad I purchased from a local business that felt like family organization and paid off in the current market we are dealing with. Highly recommend.

This company was responsive to quote requests in Yelp & was able to provide service within a day as opposed to 1-2 weeks which others were citing. Our technician Branford observed Covid precautions, was courteous & knowledgeable regarding our issue. Service was provided as promised & for the quoted amount! Will certainly call them again for other HVAC issues at home!

I got quotes from 4 companies and this one is the best price, warranty, quality and customer service I have found. Very professional, respectful, kind and reasonable. It was so easy to schedule and get it done soon. They are excellent with communication and could give us an exact time for the quote instead of a window of time. Wore masks, removed shoes, all that was actually quite rare among the quotes I received.

The install was quick and painless. They don't get too pushy with additions and upgrades. They even sent us two brownies in the mail upon install. I highly recommend them!

Comfort Air is the literal best. They got me in right away in a heat wave, and then I ended up having a chemical sensitivity to the coil cleaner they used during maintenance, but they went WAY above and beyond to remedy the situation: they did research on how to get rid of it by calling the cleaner manufacturer, they came out multiple times, and they bought a new machine just for my situation that was specifically designed to remove the substance from the coils.

They never once expressed doubt or frustration that the chemical was still present and harmful for me, even though they couldn't smell it anymore. I felt heard and exceptionally well cared for. If you have MCS, this is the company for you. They stood by their work in a very, very real way and were responsive, kind, patient, and fair. I will be a Comfort Air customer for life.

One of the worst companies I've dealt with. I have been waiting for over a month for an estimate that makes sense. I had to take 2 days off work for them to supposedly get the information needed for the quote. The pricing I have received is 3 times the cost of the equipment. Ridiculous.

I really appreciated their quick response with a quote online, and scheduling a fast appointment! Technician was knowledgeable and helpful, and I got the written report within an hour. I am truly impressed with their service!

We have plenty of choices in Vancouver for HVAC system installation, maintenance, service. When our 25-year-old (original) furnace was on its last legs, I had a number of sales folks come out, look over the project, give their opinions. Charles at Comfort Air was first-rate, clear, and honest about what we should go to, not necessarily what we could go to.

Four years later, Comfort Air's service program ("Comfort Club") has kept both our furnace and AC units in top shape. We recently had Bradford come by (he arrived early--who arrives EARLY for utility work these days?); he worked around our two Labrador Retrievers without a hitch. Amanda and Christina in their office are excellent re: scheduling, communications.

I have nothing but high praise for comfort air. Our furnace went out during the coldest week of the year, right before expecting super cold weather and snow. I have a baby that is sick and needed something installed right away so that our house wasn't cold. I had a new furnace installed, up and running, with an electrical inspection, within a day of initially calling them. We are so grateful!

I was hoping to resolve issues before it came to this, but after trying this company many times in multiple ways without response- I'm left no other choice. How they have such a high rating on here is a mystery to me! My AC stopped blowing cold at the worst of summer, so I was delighted when I called Comfort Air & they were able to come the next day! Quoted 119$ diagnostic fee.

The tech came and checked everything, found nothing wrong -because I had fixed the problem myself the day before (clogged condensate line) & he stressed the importance of regular maintenance. At the end of the visit, he presented a bill to us for 119$ as expected, but told us about their maintenance program "Comfort Club" (silver). I RARELY make decisions like this on the spot without researching first, but he made it sound like it would be cheaper if we signed up during our call instead of later, so we did. 179$ for membership and 89$ startup fee. Today's diagnostic drops to 59$ as a perk of enrolling.

I foolishly paid CASH. An hour later, I browsed their website to find that it was in fact no cheaper to sign up now vs later, there's zero mention anywhere to found about this "startup fee", and diagnostic is supposed to be 49$ - i was charged 59$. Then I discovered their "specials" page, where you can get $40 off diagnostic, making it only $20 more than a non member.

Then there's a $99 one time maintenance coupon! That means that I just paid$268 for what could've only cost me $200, what a deal! Sure pays to join this sham of a club! Had the tech not put me on the spot & given me misinformation, I'd have had a chance to learn these things! In light of all this, I requested to cancel my enrollment within the hour & only pay the diagnostic. that was over a week ago now & not a word back, so I guess they're keeping my money - stealing it! I will go out of my way to make sure no one else falls into their trap if I can help it! Learn from my mistake and STAY AWAY!

Got back to me very quickly from my Yelp request for quote, quick to schedule and were on time. Technician did a very nice job, and put a professional "soft sell" for an upgraded inspection, which I purchased. Were very thorough in their follow up inspection - I am happy they are servicing my A/C unit and look forward to having their help going forward.

Called at the end of the business day to get a quote for cleaning my air ducts. Spoke with representative Katie was was very accommodating and friendly to work with. Lucked into getting an appointment set up for the next day which was about two weeks sooner than two of their competitors I'd called that day. Technician Ben came out to perform the service. He was the epitome of professionalism. Very efficient and did an excellent job. Would hire him and work with this company again for any future HVAC needs.

We were having problems with our commercial building HVAC system, heating and cooling. Our old vendor assured us that our problem was at the furnace.you need a new blower or you need a new controller and if that won't fix it we'll need to replace the whole unit!.

Just bought a second home with HVAC and called Comfort Air to ask for a quote on what it would cost for an initial servicing of our system. Their answering message stated that they were unable to answer the phone because they were vusy, and to leave my name and contact information and they'd return my call a.s.a.p. That was over two weeks ago and still no return call.

This is a great example of losing business before even having a chance to earn it. Not to mention how I will share my disappointment with C.A. to others who ask if I could recommend an HVAC company.

I was very pleased with the installer's efficiency. He worked alone but still took the time to explain how it all worked. It was very clear this fellow had experience and knowledge and knew what he was doing.

My air was broken. They were able to get me in sooner than scheduled. They came, did a good job and left. I got a lot of estimates and this salesman was the best to deal with.

Tony was the young man who serviced my system. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended installing the Air Scrubber Plus to my system to make it even better. He didn't have the part with him that day, but was here the next day and installed it for me.

I recently left a bad review because I was frustrated that our new AC unit had broken twice since we owned it.(which was less than a year!) but I am changing my review because although it has been a frustrating year dealing with the problems.
