Natal Air Conditioning

We purchased a brand new American Standard a/c system, and after maybe one year of good use, we have experienced almost daily, if not weekly shutdowns of the system (all seasons). It loads up with water and I need to drain the line with my hvac all the time, despite maintaining it with regular periodic liquified line cleaning solution and filter changing.

We don't even leave the system running constantly, leaving it on automatic and lowest at 74 to 76 degrees. We have a second a/c system purchased from someone else for our house over 7 years old and not a single problem. When I call Natal to tell them about the issues with the 3 year old system they sold to us as new, they always say it's just due to condensation. Obviously, there has to be more to it than that simple explanation/excuse.

They even sent a guy out to look at my system twice, did the same thing I do, and charged me $200 each time. Beware of Natal, in my opinion, they should honor their customers' issues with newly purchased and installed systems, and at least determine the root cause of the issue, without giving the same excuses and charging more every time for someone to come out and do nothing more than I already do. Very, very extremely disappointed in our purchase from Natal despite their otherwise pleasant sales people.

There are no filters that fit the unit my mom had installed in her house because the size is incorrect

Have worked with Natal for many years. They are reliable, trustworthy, excellent at what they do and offer, willing to problem solve with me, and they ever provide personal focus and support when it comes to customer service. We've had a history of tricky issues with our various AC units over the years, based on where we are positioned within our condo building and having to utilize a shared water source with the building. Natal has been able to get to the bottom of these issues every time.no stone left unturned. I rely upon Natal for all our AC needs!

The technician that came to our home was very prompt. He explained everything in detail to my grandmother and I. Most importantly he had patience with my grandma being on oxygen and having to explain things more than once to make her feel comfortable. We didn't even need to get another quote. Albert made us feel like we are in great hands and we will be given top customer service.

Fast forward to this morning when I called to go with the proposal given, the lady on the phone was very pleasant and is getting things done quickly to move forward. I am happy that we called this company and will be recommending them to people in the neighborhood!

Way back in 2012 my neighbor recommended Natal A/C for repairs and installs. It was at that time I had the opportunity to meet with company owner, Squib. I found Squib to be as honest as the day is long and extremely knowledgeable. Over the past 7 years Natal A/C has sold and installed several systems in my personal home, my rentals as well as the homes of many of my friends. I can't imagine calling another A/C company. Time and time again, Natal has proven to be completely trustworthy and the provider of excellent work.

Dec 30th 2020 - Called Natal after Googling HVAC service companies in the local Deerfield beach area. I have a split A/C that was recently installed (5 mos ago) in a Guest Suite that is tenant occupied and the tenant was complaining of some odor coming through the AC. Called Natal and spoke with Ann or Anna and she said she can have a technician come out the same day or the next.

I clearly asked her "So the technician can come and take a look at the issue and then determine what needs to be fixed and what the corresponding costs would be? And that there would be no charge for him coming and taking a look?" - She (Anna) responded, "Yes he will come and review and give a FREE Estimate" I was happy and booked the service. The technician comes and takes a look and tells me the only thing is a bolt wasn't tight enough on the outside of the AC unit causing a small leak of the refrigerant.

He said it will be $60 for an lb of the refrigerant.is a say go ahead. Next, he gives me the bill and includes $95 for a SERVICE FEE and my total bill is $155. I told him NO that's not what the person on the phone said and then I call her and NOW all of a sudden she's like."I NEVER said we do not have a service fee" I reminded her of our conversation the day before but it was getting too frustrating.so I paid the cost.

There are plenty of companies that will come and give a FREE ESTIMATE and not charge you $$$ for just coming and inspecting.my main issue is that the communication was very poor and I felt duped.

If you need A/C service, call them! Natal Air Conditioning is great. We have been using them for years. They have both residential and commercial air conditioning services. We recently installed a new system in a residential rental property. Natal is very attentive, communicating with you every step of the way, competitively priced, timely, and the techs are always very thorough and professional. We were quickly back up and running. Highly recommended!

I used there services for my unit and my mothers unit in Cypress bend, Pompano Beach and never disappointed. I have received both professionalism and courtesy service from the back office to the team in the field. I have called on occasions and received a tech a few hours later. I did purchase a new American Standard a few years back and works like a charm. When mom's unit goes at her house, there will only be one call made to Natal A/C!

Natal came out to our house immediately after I called to temporarily repair our air conditioner until they could replace the fan motor. They then made me happier by calling the manufacturer and got warranty to pay for the permanent repair! Squib is awesome! Best ac company!

Had a defective thermostat when I arrived to my condo last week. Called up Natal and they had a repairman quickly identify the problem, change out the the thermostat (still under warrantee )test everything and all was good to go. I will continue to count on these guys and HIGHLY recommend them for all my a/c needs. Thanks Natal!

Gary and the people at NATAL did a great job and under cut the competition. My air condition started to struggle on a Saturday and Natal installed a new handler and A/c unit. Nikki knew everything about the unit I needed for the square footage and corrected the Unit Lind. put in In 2003. Now I feel confident that I can save money on my electrical bill. Thanks again mi. This was a very stressful experience working with natal they told me several times they would show up with their crane and I had to wait over a week and tell my tenants to just deal with it I'm trying to see if they would least reimburse my tenant for a couple hundred dollars for their inconvenience because now I have to give it to her out of my pocket and this is because of NATO's lack of business ethics I do not recommend them run the other direction.

These guys won't rip you off! They came out to the next day that I called for service and provided me with several options. Of course one was to replace the AC unit however they were not at all pushy about it and even stated if we do the repairs they will adopt the amount of the repair if we decide to buy a unit in the near future.

We had our air conditioner and our duct work replaced by Natal. We are happy with the results. We heard about Natal through coworkers. It is a small company- the owner knows all of the employees.

Not trustworthy at all. I called Natal for annual routine service in April because they had installed my unit last year. The guy came, did whatever service they do, said all was fine and charged me $190. Shortly after that I began to hear a rattle in the outdoor unit (compressor) so I called Natal. The guy came and before he was even at the unit he said, "You could need a new compressor.

Rain and storms damage these things." I said, the unit is only a year old; how could it be gone already? (And the A/C was working fine in the house.) He spent 10-15 minutes taking stuff apart, then came to me and said, "Just like i thought, you need a new compressor, but it's under warranty." I was flabbergasted that I would need a new unit in only a year.

Then he said, "You only have to pay $600 for the labor." I told him I wouldn't pay anything for a unit that was just a year old. I insisted I wasn't going to pay anything. He said, let me talk to my office and he went back to the unit while talking on his phone with them. Five minutes later he comes back to me and says, "It was only a loose wire. I fixed it. You don't need a new compressor."-- Sure sounds like a scam to me. Do not trust this company.

Overall quality is top notch. I am an absentee landlord whose tenant called stating the AC was not working. I contacted Jennifer at Natal and she scheduled one of her techs to go out. The tenant is hard to schedule things with but Jennifer took the bull by the horns and worked it out with the tenant. She made a difficult situation easy for me being 1600 miles away.

I had a direct mail coupon for a free service call. It seem like a good opportunity to trying them out. However, they seem to make up a price for the work that he performed so it wound up costing me $275 to have them replace a six-inch piece of wire that had burned out. They were prompt, but I think I would likely try another contractor first if not an emergency.

They came out to my house the same day I called them and fix my A/C. They also installed this cool new WiFi thermostat that I can control temperature of my house from my phone.

After getting several quotes from other local businesses, Natal was recommended to us by a friend, they quoted us a fraction of what the other places quoted, even to just come out, they came and fixed our A/C in about an hour and a half, they showed us the parts and were refreshingly honest and inexpensive compared to recent previous experiences with other vendors.

I called up Natal they were quick to respond to the service call placed. The technician who came out was very polite and respectable, he explained how the system works, explained what I should look for the next time.

Just bought a new home and the a/c wasn't working well. Called these guys and they sent Gary out. He checked the system and my house, he said the unit wasn't large enough to cool the area I was trying to cool.

June 16, 2015 Owner called me and accepted the being at wrong by failing to install the AC within the required code restrictions. (3 feet away from all electric panels) I paid $250.00 instead of the original $450.00.

After some difficulties at first, I have been contacted by the owner Squib who was a gentleman and took care of the problem that I was not happy with. I am very happy to see that in this country we still have a honest company that will make sure that their customers are happy and it's not only about making money!
