The good news is you've come to the right company. We have very highly skilled craftsmen that take Pride in what they do. We don't use sub-contractors and pull permits on installations. But, the real difference is in our management. If you have a problem with our installation we stand behind our work. If it's not done right we'll make it right.

I have been using Pride for years to repair and maintain my 2004 unit. They have always been honest and reliable. Unfortunately for me it came time to replace the unit, as it was just more cost effective and efficient. Pride did not disappoint with reasonable prices and zero interest financing plan. I'm super excited to be nice and cool this long hot summer. Thank you Pride!

Brand new Nov 2020. a week later- my master bath and guest bedroom ceiling soaked and destroyed. Several trips out- still leaking. After weeks of trips- they finally said it's fixed. Then more of a run around with the repair company. First repair was a horrible job. Came back again and redid to still not what we had ( 100,00 renovation was all done).

Here we are 17 months later- and the unit still leaks- ceilings destroyed again and now mold. This company from top to Bottom should not even be in business- pompano location not one supervisor- ( brad) or operations manager ( Tiffany Jackson) will even pick up the phone to call me back. Spoke to 1 person who said labor warranty is up after a year. Total disgrace. Lost tenants- and ruined my ceilings. Do not call or use this company.

By the way, Ithis is the first negative review I have written. Not my style, but people need to know! We spoke with Dan today the Service Manager. My mother is 86 and was told her entire AC unit, Blower & Thermostat needed to be replaced. They did all the work. She has had breathing problems since the install which kept getting worse. We called them to find out how much it would be to clean the fan/blower unit approximately.

They would only give us a $69 Service Fee to come out, then to quote the price if that or what it needed. We have tried to have others clean it, yet know one services the unit they installed, which may be installed wrong. Now they want to take advantage on someone who has already paid them thousands of dollars, to just inspect and let us know how much to expect to clean or etc.

This is NOT the way to do business. All they care about is your $ in their pocket. I gave Dan every opportunity to service us and make things right. he interrupted me 5+ times. Said he was on the phone way too long. Anything but take care of a customer. (Who refers transparent, stand behind their work & choices, customers, often) This IS NOT one of those businesses.

**DO NOT HAVE THEM INSTALL AC UNIT** THEY INCORRECTLY INSTALLED OUR NEW AC UNIT IN JULY 2018. THE BRILLIANT TECH PUT THE WATER DRAIN PIPE GOING UP! EVERY FEW MONTHS THE DRAIN BACKS UP, LEAKS WATER AND SINCE WATER DOESN'T FLOW UP, WE'RE STUCK WITH NO AC FOR 2-7 DAYS! WE'VE BEEN ASKING FOR ALMOST 4 YEARS TO HAVE THEM COME AND PERMANENTLY FIX THEIR MISTAKE! WE'RE STILL WAITING! HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE NEW SUPERVISOR TO CALL ME BACK SINCE MARCH 3RD! HAD TO CALL AGAIN TODAY AS THE AC STOPPED AGAIN AND WAITING ON A CALL BACK FROM THE SUPERVISOR; AGAIN!

Michele is amazing, but every other person I have contacted is awful. I asked for a manager and they connected me to a man named Ken. The most unprofessional of all! 5 service calls to repair my dishwasher. I purchased a replacement contract and was told they will give me $100-$125. You can't by thee hoses for that amount. He told me I need to read the 'fine print' on the back of my contract, which I did. However, I didn't find anything that told me that they would not actually replace my products.

Help me Howard is next! I've also had a plumber out 5 times to fix my shower knobs, and they can't seem to figure out that problem either. Very sad and disappointed. They will be losing both of my homes.

Pride A/C has sent multiple technicians over the years, but Orlando Diaz's performance was so exceptional that a review was warranted. Today Orlando came to service our air conditioner. He did an outstanding job. Orlando is highly professional, courteous, with excellent customer service skills. He explained in detail and showed in pictures what was the problem and how he fixed it. This was a great experience and we are very grateful for his service.

I became a Pride member as soon as I moved to Florida last year and have been thrilled with the customer service and the level of expertise and kindness of the technicians. Michael (employee #2027) came to my unit recently because of a problem with my refrigerator. I had met Mike once before when my kitchen light switch was not working properly. Mike proved to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Both times he correctly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. I am so glad that I have a contract with Pride. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Mike for being outstanding.

They say they do plumbing. Had them come out to give me a quote on water heater replacement which cost 99$ refundable if I go with their quote. After several days delay and much badgering the guy calls me back and tells me they are declining to to the job! "Too complicated " which is complete nonsense since they were the original installers of this equipment 11 years ago. What kind of a so-called plumber declines a job? Besides the plumbing is completely standard.

I have the home warranty through Pride and their customer service is the best. If we have a problem with an appliance they are super quick to get someone out to fix it or take it with them to fix at the shop. Very happy with this service.

I usually don't like to review but the public needs to know about this scam. This company fails to install properly the ac 2 years ago in my house. After repeatedly issues with the ac and of course charging every time to diagnose and repair one technician finally states the issue was a miss alignment of the whole ac unit which caused the water accumulates and not drain properly, plus mold forming and extreme humidity.

One supervisor shows like 6 months ago and "adjusted" the ac unit just with the chains that holds the ac. Now I have been contacting this company since last week and no one from the customer services nor supervisor or person in charge have the decency of contact me. It is a shame because I paid insurance to have peace of mind with this issues and this company fails to provide the services they charge for.

I have my garage humid, the ac with issues and full of water, electricity bill increased. Not a good place to trust or make business with. Not reliable, not professionals, not customer services and they do not care about their clients. Find another company to fix your ac. 1 week Update. The Ac is broken again!after a "supervisor" fix it les than a week ago.

Again same disrespectful behavior of saying they will call and never happened. After calling again and again and ask for help( my wife is pregnant and we have another baby ) they state one person will be there tomorrow morning. I have "insurance" with this company. Make your own conclusions. Total regret now. Still wishing for some positive things to say but did not happened. 3 Months update.

Long story short, and guess.the AC stop working again. I just call to customer service and in a mean way they states somebody is going to call me, and next Monday some body will pass by my house to see what is going on. This company is so disrespectful in all possible ways. Please learn from others and stay away from this liars. If you want serious services don't come here. 0 starts not possible.

Service maybe good but they live in the 90s I contacted them to replace a hot water heater, I was referred to them by a family member. I'm not in the US and I need work to be done to my condo. It was easier to send by email all my information and pictures because my info is in french. So I ask her, just for an estimate for a hot water, with my pictures can you give me an average price, "-No sir, someone needs to go see and take measurements." OK, I can live with it but for the email "-sorry sir, we can't receive email, it needs to be done by phone." OK then, put JF, "-Sorry we can't use just this" then I gave her my full name, and info and she wanted me to spell it out because she can't understand, it's french. THAT'S WHY I SUGGESTED THE EMAIL! You need to move your business to the 21st century!

Esteban was a great guy, In person service was great. However it seems none of the listed phone numbers can not get you to someone to speak too, actually I spoke with someone quite quickly on the customer service line, however instead of trying to help she just hung up because she couldn't find my "existing contract" I informed her I did in fact have someone come out and do major repairs on my A/C and how I couldn't get through to anyone now that it has stopped working completely. Definitely sub par customer service people working the phonelines. 3 phone numbers on the card, called multiple times different days and never a call back

This place is great. They came out fast and repaired our air conditioning and they were affordable. The technician was a real nice guy who actually knew what he was doing and did a real nice job. I will use this company again based on my experience with the service they provided to us.

I wanted to commend one of their service men. Thankfully in spite of the terrible weather and pouring rain, Ray did not stop and finished the job in the worst of working conditions. I am so glad that he didn't just tell me that the part needed to be ordered.

We gad a leak under our kitchen sink and Dale fixed it on 2/29/2016. It was tricky, because the leak was in the back of the garbage disposer, and not visible. He figured the whole thing out and replaced it.

Had an appointment for appliances and A/C repairs on 12/14/15. The appliance service person for Pride never responded for the service call. The morning of 12/14/15 at 8:30 A.M., I contacted Pride customer service to obtain a service time.
