Code Engineered Systems replaced my roof and did a fantastic job. I received three estimates which were all about the same price so I went with the company that I felt most comfortable with based on their presentations. No high pressure sales tactics, Isaac answered all of my questions and was very polite and patient. The roof was installed just a few days after the contract was signed.

The communication was excellent throughout the process. The installation was flawless and completed in one day. They cleaned up every piece of debris that was on the ground. If you need a roof give them a call you will not be sorry.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the roofing job and the materials used. I looked your business up online and saw that you were GAF certified/users and have a A+ rating with the local BBB here in Pensacola. Those two things really made me use your business and as I had already been getting quotes from other BBB rated roofers. I was more concerned with quality then pricing even through pricing does have a major roll in it.

My previous roof had leaked before, on more then one occasion, and with the hurricane we had just went through I was in great need. Your business came throuhg in a timely manner, actually it was FAST considering the over taxed roofing demands in the area at that time. These guys are without question the best service company we have ever used in over 40 years of home ownership. These guys were recommended from a friend who used their service. Several of Our neighbors even commented how good these guys were. On time, and the double crew was unbelievable to watch their magic. It was like a Swiss watch, seeing how true professionals remove and install a 54 square roof with GAF shingles in one day, and it was spotless when they packed up.

Isaac, Kurt and the entire crew from Code Engineered Systems exceeded our expectations. They were able to start a week earlier than scheduled and did a phenomenal job. We had quite a bit of plywood and fascia to replace which was done at extremely reasonable cost. The property was left cleaner than when the job started. There were a few small things that needed to be addressed after the install was complete. Those were taken care of quickly.

I've had roof jobs done in the past but your company was the best. Not only was it done on the day I was promised but the work was completed on time. I was told the job would be done in one day and it was. And no need for follow up. There were no problems. I was also impressed with the crew that did my work. They kept me informed of all work as it was being done and their attention to detail was second to none.

Finally I want to stress their attention to clean-up after the job was done. I was anticipating some trash/materials left behind but there was none. I was also impressed with not one (1) roofing nail left behind in my grass or flower beds. Job well done! Thanks.

Very Fast and the roof looked amazing. They put on many layers and made sure the roof was durable and weather-resistant. They even provided a 10-year labor warranty and a 50-year roof warranty! They did a fantastic job on my townhome. They are very professional and they know what they're doing. It really doesn't cost you anymore to get people that know what they're doing and it'll probably cost you a lot less in the long run. They added a couple of inches to the end of the unit's roof so that if I later decide to replace the wood panels with brick it will be ready for it. I highly recommend them!

My Mom was very happy with the job that was done by the crew from Code Engineered Systems. It was not a big job her house is pretty small, but it needed a new shingle roof. They were efficient and quiet - she was nervous about garbage being left in her yard but they cleaned everything up.

I was very pleased with the new roof they put on my townhouse. They were extremely professional and timely and communications were great. They even did a little bit of woodwork which extended the roof just enough to brick the side should I decide to do so later. I did a lot of calling around and got a lot of quotes and their prices were the best of the ones I trusted to do the job.

A few were a little lower but I never make important decisions like this based strictly on the lowest price and the 2 that were lower I wouldn't even consider just based on my experience and judgement after 68 years of living experience tackling projects like this. I highly recommend them and they will be the company I'll be using from here on. It's getting harder and harder to find an honest company anymore and when you do find one you had better keep them!
