We had to put a new roof on a home purchased in the fall and also repair some damage on the house we sold. For the repair they gave us great options to fix the damage and got us on the schedule promptly when we made a decision. For the roof replacement our sales consultant Jason was very professional and responsive through the entire process. The crew showed up on time and kept everything tidy throughout their work. We're very happy with the end result and would absolutely recommend ARSMI to anyone in the Tampa area looking for a total roof replacement or repair.

Jason and the team were very professional, arrived on time and finished my roof in a timely fashion. They cleaned up my yard afterward of debris like they were never even there! Jason took care of the big things and the little things which was very much appreciated. A roof is a big decision to make and he made the decision and process much easier by keeping me updated every step of the way! Great experience all around and glad to finally have a new roof!

I have used American roofing twice now on two different properties, and had the same level of service both times. They keep the property clean, during the roof replacement and after they have finished they do an outstanding job of cleaning and picking up any debris and nails. This company has a wonderful team of people who helped me through the entire process of re-roofing my home. There was always a real person to answer my calls to the business phone and the people who actually worked on the roof were on time every day and did a fantastic job of cleaning up all debris each day before they left. If I had any questions, there was not only a supervisor on site, but a representative/manager whose mobile phone I was also given should I need to ask any questions.

I had a very old roof from 1987 which was in terrible shape and I knew, before the workers started, that there would need to be ruined materials replaced which were hidden beneath my outer layer of metal roof. There was so much rust and many rotted beams! Whenever there was an adjustment to be made, the team supervisor would take pictures of the problem and I would then be fully briefed by one of the business managers. Thus, there were no surprises at the end of the project. I am so happy with my new roof! No leaks and it looks GREAT! I highly recommend American Roofing & Sheet Metal.

Michelle's service was excellent. I requested bids from multiple companies to replace my shingle roof. We were in need of a quick turn around due to homeowners insurance. I was originally quoted "4 weeks out" from payment of the deposit, however, the job was completed in less than 2 weeks.
