I received impeccable service from the Westfall team which included Lenny, Robert and his roof installation crew and Becky through all phases of the project. My new roof is absolutely beautiful! The whole process was so efficiently run and they made it so easy. I highly recommend Westfall for any roofing project. There's no need to look elsewhere, they're the best!

Do Not Ignore or Dismiss Negative Reviews! Things are always satisfactory until a real test of Integrity arises. Contracted Westfall Roofing for residential re-roof for which work was performed near the first of March 2021. Wasn't until June of 2021 that we got our first heavy rainfall which exposed defective workmanship on flashing and waterproofing around a skylight.

Considerable water intrusion damaged large patches of drywall and ceiling texture around the 2 X 4 skylight, with water flowing down the vaulted ceiling to the ceiling/wall juncture and down the wall onto the front entry door frame and into the wooden doors. Westfall saw fit to only correct the flashing leak and patch the ceiling damage and refused to address all of the resulting damages caused by the water intrusion.

The water caused the doors to swell, warp and delaminate. I met Westfall's requests for estimate gathering, examining the full gammit of remedies I could think of from new door replacement to pricing out attempting to do some of the labor myself. Westfall did not respond to the information I provided and failed to respond to my numerous attempts to discuss.

They went silent and ignored a mediation I had set up and did not show. Think long and hard about the level of integrity you want in a roofing contractor when contemplating such a critical, expensive home repair. I wish that I had paid more attention to other's reported problems with this company, and had not been duped by their "cover you like family" slogan.

Very Happy with the new roof installation Westfall performed at my home. From the sales person (Eric), to the Supervisor (Simon) and the laborers who did the demo and installation. ALL were professionals and very courteous! I did have a lot of wood repair that stalled the job a bit but the guys knocked it out and were done in a timely manner. They did a good job protecting my landscaping and pool during the project and when they cleaned up, you could not tell they were there. Overall, very satisfied with Westfall roofing. My roof looks great and I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Westfall is top notch in terms of service and quality! From day one, the constant communication from them about the expectations of the project helped make this a stress free interaction. Not only were they the most professional group to work with, they were also the most cost effective and fair group to work with. They completed our roof from demo to install and cleanup within a day.

They even fixed an additional area of soffit on our roof that was not included in the service. I also am extremely impressed and grateful for Bonnie on the back end of the process. We spoke with six companies that provide roof installation and went with Westfall for a variety of reasons. First was the professionalism and expertise of our sales representative, Manny. He was responsive to all of our questions, and he explained clearly what the roof installation process would entail. The office staff, Becky and Melissa, were courteous and efficient.

The installation team was led by Sonny and they arrived on time, ready to work, and did so with pleasant attitudes and great work ethic. We are very pleased with the attention to detail and the finished product. Our roof looks fantastic and we feel confident that the quality of the job done will provide us many years of fine Florida living.

After researching roofing companies I chose Westfall roofers. My expectations were definitely meet with their competence, knowledge and friendliness. The office kept me up to date on the project as it was proceeding and every phone call and email was returned. When the City of Tampa inspector came out several days after the roof was completed he further confirmed my choice of Westfall roofing by saying that whenever he sees Westfall on his call sheet, he knows it will be a good installation with few if any minor problems. Thanks to the crews, supervisor on site Ricardo and Becky in the office. Jobs well done!

I contacted five accredited roofing companies in our area for bids. Westfall beat all four of the other roofing companies. Will was very thorough in explaining the whole roofing process when writing the bid. They use their own crew that showed up on time with matching shirts which added a professional touch. The on-site foreman, Hector, answered all my questions during the roofing process.

After the job, the clean up was very thorough. I could not find any debris or nails left on the ground after they left. This company is family owned and their work is first rate.

Dealing with Westfall Roofing was a fantastic experience from start to finish! K.T. estimated the replacement of our 25-year-old roof. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and thorough, and answered all of my questions. Everyone I dealt with at Westfall throughout the process made it very easy. It was a two-day job due to the fact that I had a lot of damaged wood.

The crew arrived on time both days and did an incredible job of removing the old shingles, 3 layers of tar paper, all the old, rotted decking and trim, and replacing with new plywood, fascia, trim and soffit where required. The new shingles went on very quickly and look amazing. Watching the crew work is truly a sight to behold! Very fast and efficient and obviously extremely skilled at their trade.

Project Manager Sonny kept me informed throughout the process and was very helpful, explaining what to expect at each step. Replacing a roof is a major investment and a little bit daunting, but everyone at Westfall made it as painless as possible. It is very obvious that they take great care and pride in what they do. The work was done well, the workers are punctual, and the customer service is friendly. My one gripe is that during inspection a secondary leak was missed in the same area as the first. The damage was not as apparent on the secondary leak, so I offer that as a possible excuse. After discovering that there was a secondary leak when I saw water coming in from my roof I contacted Westfall.

This was 6 days prior to my scheduled repair (December 22nd). I was hoping to avoid a second day of work and potentially higher price of repair. Unfortunately there was no follow up on that request until I brought it up to the gentleman who came to do the work. While that may have been due to the holiday, it would have been nice to get a call to try and either delay installation to have everything done, or agree in principle to have it fixed and bring the materials needed to complete the full job.

From what I can see the installer did a good job. He managed to pull up my existing tile roof without damaging any tiles. The office is courteous and helpful, and workers are punctual when they say they will be somewhere at a certain time. I just am just disappointed by the lack of follow up, and the missed secondary leak, so I won't give a perfect score.

I highly recommend Westfall Roofing for any of your roofing needs. They replaced our shingle roof here in Tampa and we love our new roof! The crew worked hard and did an excellent job and left our house 3 days later super tidy and clean. The whole process from proposal to completion couldn't have gone any smoother and their proposal was super competitive!

My experience with Westfall was wonderful. The company and its people were professional in every way, from start to finish. They massively staffed my project, completing a large and difficult installation in just one day! And they did the job right, showing pride in what they do. Weatfall did a great job from the initial estimate through the install. The sales rep. was very informative and did not use any hard sell tactics. I can't say the same for the other 2 companies we received estimates from. The job was performed efficiently and professionally. Westfall Roofing removed old roof and replaced with new on time as promised. The employees both on site and in office were professionals. Communication was the key. I highly recommend their services. Added bonus is their estimate was noticeably lower than competitors for same quality of product. When seeking bids, add them as one of your three to obtain an estimate.

I was very impressed with the fact that they were on the job site when they said they would be. Also I got an update from the job supervisor every day regarding the status of the project. They had a safety supervisor on the job site the very first day the crew was there to make sure the crew had what was needed to safely do the job, our roof was very steep which required the crew be secured to keep from slipping down the roof.

They did a good job of cleaning up the property each day and when the project was completed. In my opinion Westfall did an excellent job for our church. I would recommend them to others that need to replace a shingle roof and we will use them again when re-roofing is needed on our other buildings.

I need my whole roof shingles replaced it all started with a severe rain and wind storm that damage my shingle roof I got a quote from a company that was going around My subdivision and had done work for a few residents in the area the company was RRCA ROOFING I gave them a deposit of 5k to start they never started gave me the run around for a year had to pick different shingle colors 3 different times they said due to the pandemic after a year my patients were gone and I was feed up and I ask for my deposit and that I did not want to due business with them it took me several months but thank God I did get my deposit back it was the best thing that could have happened that's were Westfall Roofing the best roofing company around hands down came into the picture I had them come out KT came out inspected my roof sat sown with him and went over every step and answered all my questions when I tell you this company is top notch I couldn't praise them enough from the field adjuster KT to the owner and everyone in the office to the installer the most promptly professional roofing service they kept me in the loop for the entire process sending me pictures of the bad sections of plywood that had to be replaced due to waster damage to the water barrier to the shingle instalation they literally blanketed my entire property with tarps to catch any debris or nails that might had fallen on the tear out and installation process they started and finished my roof 90% the first day and completed the second day my house is 2400 sq ft not a small house at all very impressive.

Westfall Roofing was extremely professional, prompt and any questions that we had were answered with an accurate timely response. They also carry Owens Corning Shingles with beautiful choice colors for our roof which is hard to find in Florida. We had a complicated issue with our roof which had been replaced 5 years ago by a different roofing company. The shingles ended up being defective and in the Florida heat started leaking tar into the attic and down the exterior of the roof to the driveway and side yard. After filing a claim with the shingle company we chose Westfall Roofing for the replacement.

Due to the extensive damage, it was necessary to not just replace the shingles, but every bit of the decking. They did an excellent and efficient job. They were all very professional and polite. A special shout-out to K.T. and Sonny who managed the job. We would highly recommend Westfall for any of your roofing needs!

Great experience all and all. One glitch with the roofing crew using front grassy area for lunch and breaks, but as soon as it was communicated this was not desirable, the issue was handled. Roof looks great and the crew cleaned up exceptionally well. We are pleased with this service. Many thanks to Manny who was our first point of contact. Louis and Westfall Roofing we're excellent. Our initial salesperson Manny did a great job of going over the entire process, what materials were used and the method of installation of our new roof. Scheduling was easy and the roof install itself took just over half a day. They took one gutter down and properly reinstalled it which was nice. They cleaned up the area very thoroughly as well when they were done. Louis walked me through the final product and made sure I didn't have any concerns. Highly recommend.

With a home in Tampa needing roof repairs and a home in Sarasota that needs a metal roof replaced this company seemed a good fit. However, they don't appear to be interested in repairs. We had them out to inspect a damaged roof in Tampa and they were here for about five minutes and expressed no interest in even quoting repairs. I didn't follow up with having them quote the metal roof replacement. A different local company who isn't inconvenienced by a repair job will be getting that business for both properties.

If you are considering replacing your roof, DO NOT USE WESTFALL ROOFING. I cannot say this enough. If I could go back and use ANY other company in the Tampa Bay area, I would. We are not difficult people to work with, but when we pay a lot of money for a job we expect it to be done right. When we first got an estimate with Westfall they seemed professional and reasonable. Boy, did they fool us.

After completing the job, and not contacting us with any changes (or getting our permission for anything) during the job process they tried to charge us $4,000 more than our estimate. Then, we had to have them come out THREE additional times for water damage that showed up on our ceiling. Two supervisors came out and spent 3+ hours on our roof attempting to fix the issue.

After the latest storm, we had the largest water stain yet. We are selling our home and needed the issue to be addressed quickly. They claimed the newest water damage wasn't from the roof and after arguing with the owner's brother Paul for what felt like hours, he proceeded to say "you could just do what the people who lived here before did to you and just paint over it." GREAT advice.

I can see where your company stands when it comes to ethics. I received a call from Ryan on Friday afternoon after dealing with Paul saying that he and his father (the owner) would be coming out on Monday (today) to take a look at the issue themselves. He said Sherry would give me a call Monday morning to schedule a time. Well, it is 3:50 on Monday afternoon and I still have not heard from Ryan or Sherry.

This would have made the FIFTH time this company has been at our home, including the roof installation. Westfall Roofing has been the most unprofessional, irresponsible company I have ever worked with. Their rude employees combined with their sub-par work quality makes for a terrible experience. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

From quote to finished job.very professional, crew was excellent, clean up was superb! Attention to detail was above and beyond! Justin who is by the way a Military Veteran, was very professional during the first meeting and was able to give me a quote that same day. From the first day, no hard sells! Justin provided me with a professional online zoom meeting presentation where he showed me the process and was able to ask additional questions.

They were the best quote out of 5 roofing companies and also one of the best in terms of credentials, so it was a no brainer to hire Westfall Roofing. There were 4 workers on all 3 days and that included a lead person. They were on time every morning and worked late every day. I also loved that they use no subcontractors! Westfall Roofing takes no professional responsibility for safely handling the products they install. As you can see, the brand new roof is so poorly installed you can visibly see the defects. Chemical off gassing continues months after Westfall completed this roof. Continually Westfall Roofing maintains that the roof passed city inspection - be forewarned that city roof inspection is completed without ever entering a house. Inspectors will pass the roof and Westfall will not care that you cannot breath in the house afterward. Westfall will just have to live with themselves and the cancer that will likely result for future owners from their poor workmanship. HOPEFULLY YOU NEVER HIRE THIS UNFIT ROOFING CONTRACTOR. they will only do the bare minimum required.

Over the past 40 years I have had multiple home repair and home-improvement projects in my two homes I have never had an experience as good as Westfall roofing. From the initial quote through all the repairs and clean up everything went absolutely perfectly. I can strongly suggest them and have already done so to two other people

I want to thank God for Brian from Westfall Roofing who was instrumental in getting me an appointment for my leaky roof the next day after receiving my estimate. I found him to be professional, honest and very patient with me. Sometimes, being a woman I fear being taken advantage of by being charged a higher price as a female. I never felt that way with Brian or the company he represents.

Of course, I contacted several contractors for a quote and Westfall was in the ball park of the other contractors estimate. Knowing that I was presently in the midst of the rainy season, I asked how long would it take before my leaky roof could be repaired. He promised to get back with me right away with an answer concerning repairs on my roof. I expected to here from Brian in a few days to a week about my repairs.

I was excited to receive a call the same day saying that a contractor would be at my home the next morning. That was definitely the fastest Service that I ever received from any company in a long time. Sure enough, a Westfall Roofing contractor was on my roof early that morning repairing the leaks on roof at the precise time of my appointment. The contractor working on my roof was patient and took his time even during the rain.

When the rain came down harder he waited the rain out then continued the repairs. The debris was picked up and totally cleaned up from the grass and walk way. He took his time to make sure the work was done in a professional manner. I am completely satisfied and appreciate the quality of work that I received. Only got the inspection done. started off well, but got nothing but crickets the initial inspection was completed. The Westfall rep all of a sudden just stopped responding to my messages, didn't follow through on what we agreed on as far as getting an estimate. Needless to say, it left a bad taste in my mouth. We had to go with another contractor to do the job. So, one star just for coming out the first, only and the last time.

Very disappointed that I wasted my time setting up a time and showing Bruce my roofs I needed repaired/replaced. Was told I would get a written estimate within a short time. Nothing. And have tried reaching the company several times. Nothing. Why not a call or email yo say something? Must not want the business. So please don't give them any business.

Westfall Roofing is a wonderful company! Excellent customer service over the phone and the crew that work on my roof was thorough then followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was totally happy with their service. Westfall's costs are very competitive and overall I couldn't have found a more perfect company to tear down, rebuild, and and a new roof! Westfall Roofing was an absolute disappointment the reviews do not reflect the Integrity of the company. The workers left early and came late. They stepped on and destroyed several of my plants around my house they cut the wire for electricity in my master bedroom they took out the soffit around my house and had it thrown on the ground everywhere.

It took two weeks for them to complete the job. I had to call the owner of the company in order to get the workers on task. At the end of the job an individual came to my home and wanted to charge me an additional $5,000 because they removed the soffit from the roof and wanted me to pay for the labor to reinstall it. There was a leak in my roof which caused water to come into my home. Mildew formed on my carpet.

The company that was hired to clean my carpet failed to show up four times. Westfall Roofing is overpriced and has lazy employees. Their line of communication is totally unacceptable. Buyer beware. There are better companies with less complications that can do the job. Owens Corning has other certified companies in Tampa that can do the job.

I needed to adjust a pool solar heater panels on my tile roof that was too tight to prevent a leak under it due to the obstruction of flow of rainwater. Westfall roofing on 8/7 /18 sent (very fast) a rep that was not even interested to investigate the cause of the leak or to find a solution. He refused to go in the attic or on the roof to evaluate.

He come with only one goal: to sell me a new roof telling BS about the age of the tile roof of 23y is at the end when is in fact 40/50 years. Many houses in the neighborhood have similar roofs and none of them replaced tiles since they are half replacement age by manufacturer. Also he told me misleading info that the repair cannot be done because the new code of underlayment.

First no roof repair was needed-since the roof is in perfect condition(he ignored that fact) second is not true that a repair of an area of 1% of the roof surface needs to update the code for the full roof. Only if the repair is greater than 50% that rule apply. Other 2 roofers confirmed that, so Westfall is not to be trusted, they were very aggressive verbally with me to pass the fake sale pitch-they try to scam me into believing I need a new roof.

Unfortunately for them I am an architect so the scam did not worked this time but who knows how many people were scammed by them. They may do a good construction job, but the customer service ethics is deplorable. This is not a sustainable business model to get new customers. This is a common practice of this roofer reported here and hope will make them think again before scamming customers to buy a new roof when all they need is a repair.

I had a great experience with Westfall Roofing. My consultant KT Thompson has been in the business a long time, is actually a licensed insurance adjuster himself, and worked hard to get me the best possible price on a quality roof. He has a lot of experience working with insurance adjusters and can get them to follow through with covering roof damage.

The workers were pleasant and finished quickly and I'm happy to say they did a fine job cleaning up afterwards. Ask for KT, he really helped me understand he entire process (and is very easy on the eyes too)!

Westfall Roofing: Not Recommended. I hired Westfall Roofing to replace my roof. The roof was old but did not leak before replacement. After replacement it leaked due to improper roof install around the chimney, as confirmed by a qualified roofing contractor. The leaks caused extensive damage to drywall and ruined some artwork.

We called Westfall Roofing because we had a leak in a ceiling of a bedroom. Brian came out to check things out and informed us that our roof is in very good shape and the leak was from a gable vent that was just at the right angle for a recent wind-driven rain. He told us to keep an eye on it for the next couple of rains but felt this was just an unusual event.

Being senior citizens on a fixed income, this was the best news we could have gotten! It was so nice to find a company that was honest about our situation and didn't make up a story about us needing a major roof repair. When the time comes that we do need a roof, we will call Westfall. Thank you for being so ethical and not just another company trying to make a fast buck.

Westfall Roofing performed an exellent roof replacement on my house in Lutz. Crew was prompt, clean and polite. Hard workers! I love the way my roof looks!

If I could give no stars, I would. I have a metal roof that's leaking around the flashing on my chimney. After 5 calls badgering Westfall for my quote, Mike Alvarez finally came back with a $3000 estimate.

Great local business! I called 3 other companies before it dawned on me to check Yelp for a good local company. Westfall answered the phone which was shocking based on what I was experiencing. I was looking for minor repairs to the ridge vent to be done by a licensed contractor because we are selling the house. He asked very specific questions and was able to get someone to the house the very next day.

I was so impressed. The cost was very reasonable, work was solid and quick. Jasper Roofing refused to even come out because we weren't interested in replacing the whole roof and it wasn't "worth their time". Thank you, Westfall Roofing for making even small repairs feel important!

They take pictures of everything so it was a worry free experience. I received quotes from four other roofers and it honestly felt very transactional with the other companies. Ryan, Linda, and the entire crew at Westfall make you feel like family - and the crew worked on my roof and treated my house as if it were their own, paying attention to every detail.

I had Westfall replace an 18 year old roof on my home about 2 years ago. It is a family owned business and I dealt with Ryan and his Dad. Both were great to work with and very professional. There are no leaks, and all the shingles have stayed on through the tough Florida wind, sun and rain.

That guy was a complete waste of my time. Roofers it seems aren't a very professional lot. Yet they want to work with professional homeowners in the area's upscale communities. The mismatch becomes apparent rather quickly.
