I had another company do the flat roof on the front of my house. It leaked almost immediately. I had that company come back three times, still leaking just the same. Juan, from Avatar Roofing came over and looked at the work that had been done and saw at once the mistakes that had been made. He took pictures so that he could show me and explain to me the problem and the solution. Wonderful work! Avatar brings you peace of mind. Because of that, I had avatar do the shingles part of my house as well. Looks gorgeous!

Found Juan and his team at Avatar on Google when I was looking to get my roof inspected after a major storm in Tampa. The next day they came out and gave a pretty decent quote and we were able to make a deal to get the project started about a week later! Overall, pretty good company. Would recommend if you are needing an inspection or repair.

I waited a couple months and a couple good storms to write this review, the roof not only looks great and cosmetically perfect, , but also passed the test of the last couple good hard rains we had a little while ago here in Tampa Bay, Juan, (the owner), and his staff were very courteous and knowledgeable, they have done the roof in a good number of houses in the subdivision we live in, they take care of everything from start to finish including the permits, good competitive prices, and way cheaper than big retailer stores with the same products they offer, no left over roof nails scattered on the driveway, ( a huge issue with other companies), they even go to the adjacent neighbor yards to pick up the ocasional debris after the job is done. I will definitely recommend Avatar Roofing to everyone I know. Thank you Avatar Roofing.

I had them out to do an estimate on a roof repair. They came out, looked at it, said they would be back the next day with another person to complete the estimate and never returned. I called the office and was told they felt the repair would not be doable due to the condition of the roof. I asked them to complete an estimate for a roof replacement. They said they would and I never heard from them again. Awful company that does not communicate with their clients. Apparently they have too much business already.

I had a new roof installed by Avatar Roofing last week. Their prices were very competitive with the other quotes I received. The entire procedure went very smooth. Their communication was excellent, from the office staff to the owner of Avatar Roofing and crew. Although I had wood replacement, the pictures that were sent to me were detailed enough and showed where the wood was replaced. The crew finished my roof in 2 days and I couldn't be more pleased with their cleanup!
