The electrician himself was kind enough, but we were charged twice for something that never was fixed. We asked them to come out and fix was original was worked on by them, and then charged us again and it still isn't working. I wish someone would have warned me before spending that amount of money with no result.

Unbelievable service! I called on the Wednesday before thanksgiving and they were booked a couple days out. The woman on the phone called back within an hour saying a technician had finished a job early and was willing to come out to my place that same afternoon to get the job done. Cant say enough about how easy and efficient this process was. Oakley will always be my first call for electrical needs in the future!

Let me tell you RIGHT NOW if I could give 10 Stars I would. I have nothing bad to say. The price was reasonable, and fair. Professionalism, and friendliness were great. The job itself is done exactly to my specs, and even a little beyond. This was a fairly large job, and there were some difficulties due to where they had to wire. They still held firm to their quote.
They showed up on time, and left before I expected. After this experience I honestly cannot imagine going anywhere else. They also helped my mother with a project and she was happy as well. I highly recommend this electrician. Check here first!

Robert, the electrician that showed for Oakley electric was absolutely amazing. He is the personification of customer service. He showed up on time, was friendly and polite, offered advice on not just the project we had brought him over for but also answered questions about projects we have not yet started. He offered discounts where he could, offering us multiple options to fix our current issues.
I would HIGHLY recommend him to not just family and friends but anyone who asks. I will be using Oakley electric and more specifically Robert on all further electric projects or problems in my house.

Great service and a nice clean Ceiling Fan install completed by Steven the electrician. He had to climb into the attic and set up a new power supply and cut a hole in the ceiling to install a new fan box and ceiling fan. He was very thorough and clean. Great personality and very skilled at his trade. I have confidence in Oakley electric and will be hiring them again soon for another job.

We were quoted 250$-300$ to install an outlet in our finished crawlspace; for a sump-pump and dehumidifier. The total was 420$. The technician took two full hours @ 125$ first half hour and 105/hr after, to install said outlet(s) (The main foreman said he's seen guys do an entire crawlspace span in that time). The installation was literally on the other side of the wall from our main electric panel.
The technician also reportedly used 140$ worth of materials to go 3 feet. We were charged for a new circuit breaker when in actuality, they used an existing one (it's ancient). He simply scratched out where it was labeled "Spare" and wrote in "Sub Pump". The technician had a miscommunication with the general contractor, and installed more outlets than needed. (total of 6 ports, only needed 2).
They are refusing to accept any responsibility, after the GC foreman explained to me that he specifically requested 2 outlets in two separate discussions. Oakley is also overcharging for state mandated permits. They are the same price for everyone (much like a stamp). We were also given two different numbers for a minor label permit ($50 & $90). After talking with the GC's foreman, I attempted to call Oakley back- sent straight to voicemail after 2 rings. Have yet to receive a callback. Will NOT use again. NOT RECOMMENDED. BUYER BEWARE.

Our service technician Robert was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the price I paid was even less than they quoted. We had a particularly vexing problem and he was able to figure it out, get it fixed for us, and explain to me in layman's terms what he did so I actually felt more educated about how my house functions.
