Scottsdale Plumbing sold the referral to a scammer who referred us to other scammers and made our pipe sewage leak even more of a nightmare. We were not told by this business that they would not even send one of their employees out. The scammers were telling us that we needed to replace our pipes going to the line for 15K. Fortunately, we were able to find a reputable plumbing business who told us that our pipes were fine.

I actually did not use them as they no showed me. This company was recommended through home advisor. Talked to them on Tuesday for a Friday (today) service, was supposed to show between 1 and 2. At 2:48 I was told they were 5 minutes away. Around 3:40 I called and was hung up on. Then I got a text stating to text and never received a response. When you call it goes to voice-mail which is full. Very bad customer service.would not recommend this company for anything

Excellent install from Technician Nick who did a stellar job replacing an old water heater. Easy to work with and made sure install was done correctly. Replaced some sketchy venting I had from old unit. Very happy with my new 50 gallon Bradford White water heater. Great job Nick. Would call on this company again. Thank you Scottsdale Plumbing.

I have had the best customer service from them. They went out of their way to get the part I needed to replace a faulty pressure regulator valve. They also helped me troubleshoot hot water issues I was having with my newly purchased home.

I requested a service call on a Wednesday and was scheduled for a plumber to come to my location at 8 AM the next morning by a friendly employee in the Scheduling Department. Plumber Nick arrived minutes before the scheduled visit and was able to assess the situation and give a quote for the approximate number of hours that it would take to complete the project.

He completed the project within the estimated time and did everything satisfactorily. Nick has good communication skills and should be considered a highly valuable employee. The project was to replace a Febco Pressure Vacuum Breaker (PCB) on my irrigation system. My concern that may help other customers was that I was charged $148.15 for the PCB. Sprinkler World sells the exact same unit for $70. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FUTURE CUSTOMER: Get a written quote with approximate charges for parts and if the $25 TRIP CHARGE can be waived if job is started immediately.

Yet another disappointment by Scottsdale Plumbing. They hire anyone to work for them and have inexperienced plumbers. DO NOT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOME! My uncle had work done by them yesterday and left him without hot water after charging him over $500 to replace parts that were UNDER WARRANTY and it's been 38 degrees the past several nights they've been without hot water!

Here is the invoice to prove it (2 elements, 2 thermostats). They installed the water heater in April 2018 so it was less than a year old with a 6 year warranty and it went out last Saturday. Today is Wednesday! The tech, Mario, admitted to not knowing anything about electrical, but proceeded to replace every part on the water heater anyways. We called another plumber out and within 10 minutes he had the problem diagnosed and fixed, making hot water.

The tech failed to open the other junction box in the wall, leading to find the fried wire exposed in plain view after he opened it and looked in there with his flashlight. Stripped 2 wires with a new wire nut the water heater was on and making hot water. $75 service call was all he paid and that was all to get the problem fixed. The tech spent a lot of time on the phone with American Water Heater Tank company phone operator reading a screen telling him to replace parts left and right when there was not sufficient power going to the water heater in the first place.

There is no way the tech could have possibly figured out what was wrong with it by just replacing everything. What a nightmare to be dealing with. I hope they see this and conduct the proper training their techs need. Stop taking peoples money and ripping everyone off! Why would you leave a house knowing they haven't had hot water in days and take OVER $500 with you?!

Poor business ethics as no one else cared to help this individual that came out yesterday. Where is the supervisor? Who trained him? Who let him out into the field not trained or qualified on how to do his job? I had to take time out of my day to go help him out with this issue as the electrician was going to be yet another charge and another day away. How frustrating. Do yourself a favor and call another plumber in the area.

Brandon provided an exceptional service for us March 19, 2019. Scottsdale Plumbing has an exceptional plumber with Brandon. Our washing machine drain stopped up late March 18, and Scottsdale Plumbing sent Brandon early the next morning to fix our problem. He did by using 3 different sizes of mechanized snakes until he was able to reach the problem. tree roots in drain, some 60 feet in. It was really tough pulling out snake as it had grabbed the roots. A job well done by Brandon and Scottsdale Plumbing.

I was cutting through drywall when I accidentally nicked a copper water line. Water was spraying everywhere! So I grabbed some duct tape (obviously) and shut the water lines off. I called the first company that pulled up when I googled emergency plumbing and within 20 min Isaac was at my house fixing my water line. It took all of 10 min tops for him to fix the leak.

Steve inside the store is an amazing guy! Great customer service and is friendly. The showroom inside the store is gorgeous! Helped me with all my parts and always seemed glad to help. I was referred by another business I use and I am glad! This will be the only place I ever go again for any household pluming need fix it myself or call for a repairman! It is hard to rely on any local worker when it is a matter of your house. But I would like to recommend Sunburst Plumbing to everyone if they are in need of a plumber. They are really reliable.

I can't express how impressed I actually was with the plumber from this company as an individual. It surely is a delight to meet somebody in this industry with such interpersonal skills and top skills in the trade, since so many lack the basic courtesies these days and offer shoddy workmanship. I felt completely comfy having your plumber in my house, which isn't something I feel about the trades people always.

Scottsdale plumbing rescued us today from a kitchen sink emergency. They were promptly out here and finished the job so quickly. We were so impressed with the professionalism of Brad and the price of the job. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them! Thank you for the great service!

Forest rocks and rolls, called me minutes after I phoned saying I was not an emergency and was told to expect a call the next day. He gave me a realistic quote based on my telephone, no knowledge information, was so right on the quote, and told us to bag and hold damaged stuff and make an insurance claim ( I really didn't think of that)! Go Scottsdale Plumbing! I am recommending to everyone who asks! This is the plumber to call when your close friend/family member can no longer do it!

12. I thought our plumbing problems would be expensive and complicated to fix, but the plumber spotted the issues quickly, fixed them fast. It works again! He covered the shoes every time he entered inside, explained everything to me thoroughly and got along with our annoying dog, who I love a lot. I will use this company again if needing a plumber ever!

I was having trouble with upstairs bathroom constantly running. I was getting really worried because I hate paying really high water bills. I decided to give Scottsdale Plumbing a call and they really took care of me. Not only did they Identify the problem with my plumbing upstairs. They recommended we swap out our old 70's toliets for some newer Water saving designs.

These guys really know what they are doing! As a DIY kinda guy, finding places that will take the time to show you some of the finer points, REALLY makes the DIFFERENCE!
