Affordable Plumbing, Rooter and Water Heaters

We had a nasty plumbing emergency at our new rental home and called Zest immediately. Brandon showed up as fast as he could to help resolve our issue. While he was servicing our home, he educated us on what the cause might be, gave us recommendations on how to prevent the issue, and recommended other services that were relevant to the problem we incurred.

I will definitely use Zest again when I'm in need of a plumber. The response time was quick, the technician was professional, and the experience was as pleasant as it could be given the circumstances.

We recently added a new guest room to our home and decided after construction was completed that we wanted to also add a new sink. The problem was that we needed the drain and water lines to be ran to the room. We called Zest and our plumber, Paris, came to our home and did an outstanding job. Paris is very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to put a new drain at the location by connecting to the existing drain inside of the wall and he ran new water lines for the faucet. Paris did a great job of explaining exactly what he will be doing before he got started and cleaned up his work area prior to leaving. We are very pleased with the result and we now have a new sink in a room that previously did not have a sink. We are impressed with Zest!

Zest was amazing! I've had other companies in the valley come out to look at my sink replacement and all over quoted me and definitely didn't want to do the work. Tyler was very knowledgeable and educated me as well as did an amazing job replacing my faucet. It also cost me a fraction of what I was quoted from other companies. Highly recommend!

Good plumber. Technically very qualified. Only issue is their price. I think they started their prices high and then would come down if you questioned the price. I had another plumber complete additional work because the second plumber's price was more reasonable. As I said, Affordable/Zest are technically very good, I just question their pricing.

They get 5 stars on professionalism and knowledge They get 2 stars on value. The pricing is nothing less than shocking. I thought I was on candid camera when they showed me the pricing on the iPad. $2500 for new water heater, $310 for a plastic pan and $940 for a pressure valve. According to them it's very competitive with quality plumbers but in reality it's 2-3x.

Zest is an awesome plumbing company! The technician, Brandon arrived on time, introduced himself, and listened to our concerns only to find out that no repair was needed and it was our own misunderstanding of how the faucet works (we just moved into a new apartment). All that and there was no service charge for the visit. I'd recommend these guys any time of the day or night, again they are awesome!

Kitchen sink was completely clogged. Randolph showed up when he said he would and diligently worked to find the source of the clog and kept at it until he was able to get the clog broken up. We will absolutely use Zest again for plumbing needs. Fair pricing as well.

The main waterline to my house was leaking. Richard from Zest Plumbing had the pipe repaired and water turned back on three hours after my call to Zest. I was very happy and very impressed it was fixed so fast since I live out of town. Richard was very professional, cheerful, knowledgeable and polite. I will be asking for Richard next time I have a plumbing issue that needs professional service.

Kostas and Richard came out first thing in the morning to fix two leaking hot water heaters. They replaced the old tanks with gorgeous tankless heaters. The men were kind, courteous, and professional, and they did a fabulous job with our new install! When they cleaned up, there wasn't a single thing left behind. They are AWESOME! HIGHLY recommend ZEST PLUMBING. Will 100% use them again. Thank you, Don, for checking on the work at the end. Your guys are THE BEST!

We love Zest, formally known as affordable plumbing. They are a great group of people who operate like a family owned business. All the service techs are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. On one occasion, even the owner came out and got his hands dirty installing a gas line for us. It's great to see the owner is willing to get involved in doing the work to ensure such high quality.

Tyler showed up on time. He was courteous, quick and efficient in repairing the pipe leaking behind the hose bib. Affordable is now my new plumbing company of choice.

We had an issue with our leaking pressure reducer. Tyler fixed it, and added a connector so it will be cheaper in the future if the reducer goes out again. He was great. 5 stars recommended definitely.

I have used Affordable Plumbing in the past, and had a great experience, so I used them again without hesitation. This time, I had purchased a Bosch dishwasher from HomeDepot, and used a 3rd-party delivery and installation company, who delivered the dishwasher to my house but wouldn't even attempt to perform the installation. (That's another story.) So, I called Affordable Plumbing.

I was able to schedule an appointment right away. The technician called ahead of time when he was on his way, and arrived right on time. First he replaced a faulty valve, and even more of the plumbing under the kitchen sink, making it a much better set-up. Then, he installed the new dishwasher, including a custom wooden panel (matching the cabinets), which ended up being a bit tricky, but he was able to figure it out and make it work. Professional, friendly, highly skilled, and reasonably priced - what more could you want! I will use Affordable Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs, and I highly recommend.

Our water heater went out on a Friday and I called Affordable Plumbing to see what their schedule was. They were able to schedule a visit on Saturday between 12:30 and 2:30. Ben called that morning and said that he could make it out earlier and he did. His work and advice were professional and timely. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service this company provided and would not hesitate to use them again.

Affordable plumbing is the best. We are landlords and we just discovered this company recently. We have used them 3 times now and our experience has been great each time. The owner, Ron, has put together a company that is 100% focused on customer service and trust. Both of the technicians, Curtis and Ben, have been great. They are professional, courteous and capable.

The name is also very appropriate. Their charges are very reasonable and you know what you are going to pay, before they start the work. As landlords, we have been disappointed with many other plumbers. But Affordable Plumbing will continue to be our go to company for as long as we own rental properties. Do yourself a favor and call these guys next time you need a plumber.

The Benjamins (yes two of them) were wonderful. They worked diligently to produce a quality outcome. I have been looking for a reputable plumbing company for what seems like forever and I've finally found them! I was so impressed with their service. The owner Ron actually answered the phone when I called! Plus he was happy to provide me with an estimate over the phone. My plumber Curtis was prompt, professional, courteous and efficient. And yes it was affordable! They are now my go to for plumbing services!!

I don't generally do reviews, but I had to because Ben Thomas is simply great. As a engineer who has done a lot of contracting, I have worked with a lot of plumbers and plumbing companies. Hands down, Affordable Plumbing is the best in every regard. By the way, give Ben a raise, he is the only plumber I want working on my projects.

After I broke a pvc pipe that was connected to my main waterline, and trying to fix it myself - twice - Ben saved me! He installed a shut-off valve and fixed all the pvc connections in less than 30 minutes! I'm definitely using and referring Affordable Plumbing in the future.

The first time more work than was quoted (plumbing hidden in the walls) and the technician was more than happy to put in extra time to really address the problem. We were referred to Affordable Plumbing and could not be more pleased with their work. Curtis was more than professional and answered all our questions regarding issues with our water heater. Had an issue where the first repair company sent out by my home warranty company attempted to fix the problem but did not. The second time they assigned the repair to Affordable Plumbing. They contacted me and set up a time to do my repair. Ben Thomas arrived and quickly assessed the problem, got on the phone with the Home Warranty Company and got authorization to perform the repair, which he quickly took care of. I was very impressed with Affordable Plumbing and their employees. I highly recommend them for any plumbing problems.

I was extremely pleased with Affordable Plumbing. The technician explained available options for the problem both on a short and and long term basis. He provided prices and quickly completed the service I decided upon. Also, he said he smelled gas and checked for a gas leak which indeed existed. He recommended that I call Southwest Gas who send a technician to fix the leak.
