I chose Magnolia window and door company on a friend referral and what a great company. The owner personally came out to show me the different options available. I chose to replace all 16 windows in my home with their outstanding windows. The install crew were professional and on time and completed the entire job in 2 days.we are exceptionally pleased with our new windows as well as the great value for a top notch window. Great company!

The technicians we're on time and ready to work. They answered any and all my questions during and after the install. My windows look great and really add to the house, my husband and I are both pleased with the outcome. I got estimates from 4 companies prior to choosing Magnolia Windows. If you're looking for Windows with great craftsmanship that won't break the bank, you should definitely check them out. The owner, Mr King, was upfront and easy to work with without a long drawn out presentation. And the warranty is second to none.

In July 2018 Magnolia Windows replaced most of the windows on one side of our home. Three of the windows are very large custom picture windows. Everything went well (the workmanship was excellent, the installation crew was professional etc.). However, last November (2021) we noticed that one of the very large picture windows was discoloring. When we purchased the windows, we were told they carried a lifetime warranty.

I called Magnolia Windows and explained the issue. John King called me back promptly. After I sent him pictures, he assured me the window would be replaced. There was a reasonable delay, which John explained (to manufacture a replacement and, like everything, due to COVID) but a couple weeks ago, ahead of schedule, they came out and replaced the window. Again, the crew was professional and the workmanship was excellent. The bottom line: we are very pleased with the entire experience and recommend Magnolia Windows.

We had two sliding glass doors replaced. The replacement doors were reasonable priced and the instillation went smoothly. We will definitely use them again. Service: General door installation

We had new windows installed a few years ago by Magnolia Window and Door. We could not have been more pleased. John came out, explained their product and offered us a fair price. The installation process was very smooth and the windows have been great. We have had one seal break and they are immediately responsive in addressing the issue and getting it fixed at no cost to us. I recently purchased a home and wanted to replace my patio door. After reading all the positive reviews for Magnolia Window & Door Company, I decided to call to schedule an appointment for a quote. John King came to my home the same day. John could not have been more kind and professional. He was extremely thorough in explaining the products and warranty.

There was absolutely no pushy salesmanship. John went on to explain to me how other companies would try to get my business and even encouraged me to call other window companies. We are pleased to highly recommend Magnolia Window & Door Company in Knoxville, Tennessee. We love the fact that it's a locally-owned company, and John King, the owner, is fantastic. We had all 38 of the windows in our home (which we bought 2 years ago) replaced. There are many shapes and sizes, but they all fit perfectly. The installers were professional and friendly.

They worked efficiently, and they left things neat and tidy each day. They also made sure to take away all of the discarded windows, screens, and other installation debris, leaving our home and property spotless. We had the windows and sliding glass doors replaced in our house. Magnolia had the best products and price. John even suggested some ways to help us save money on our bay window. The install team was very. professional. They did a great job of removing and replacing tile around the kitchen and bathroom windows. They cleaned up everything inside and out.

The sliding glass doors are so easy to open and lock. Now I don't have to use a wooden stick in the sliding glass door to feel safe. The windows look amazing and have helped keep our upstairs cooler this summer. This is the best purchase we have made for our house.

John at Magnolia has been awesome to work with through this whole process. The windows we had installed were a gift from my husbands parents for Christmas. He handled everything from cordinating with them to. checking in with us so smoothly. He was flexible with us and our schedules as we just had a baby. Gary with the install has been just as wonderful.

I was able to text both these guys throughout the process whenever a question came up. They have no idea how helpful that was for me not having to be on the phone with a sleeping or crying baby. The windows look phenomenal and so clean cut. The design I picked out has blown my mind more than I ever could have imagined. Soooo happy with the decision we made going with Magnolia. We've used Magnolia Windows and Doors to replace virtually every window in our house and were very pleased with the quality AND value. So much so we used them again several years later to replace windows in a second house. We highly recommend this company.

My aunt decided she wanted siding and new windows put into her 45 year old home. We called around to get quotes from several companies in the area. When I called Magnolia Window and Door the woman that answered was very nice and stated she would give my information and number to the owner of the company for a call back.

Just had most of the windows in my house replaced by Magnolia. They did great work. The only issue that I had was that my inner window sills now slope inward toward the window. I guess it's tough getting new windows into old houses sometimes.
