Sterling Lance Jr. came to the house an hour late. After looking at my current windows he said he would email me a estimate in a couple of days. On the third day I called. His response was I told you we don't make those windows I would need a couple of days. I responded I understood this and it was now day three. Before I could say more he chimed in, "I tell you what, you go with someone else. I don't need customers like you and hung up" I would not use this company if they gave me the windows.

Was visited by Sterling somebody in order to get an estimate for replacement windows. He said will have your estimate in two days. Day three husband calls to inquire about the estimate. The man says, " I told you it would be a couple of days." "I don't need to deal with customers like you." He hung up on my husband. I would not use this company if the damn windows were free. I wish I could give zero stars.

I especially appreciated the communication from Lance Sterling, Jr. With the pandemic so much has been delayed in anything related to home improvement. He kept me informed along the way, and was sensitive to my work schedule. His team did a great job with window installation. I purchased two storm doors for installation that proved to be a challenge with the handle and lock installation.

They stayed right on it, communicated with the manufacturer and resolved the issues. Their pricing and product are a good value. I would recommend them to anyone seeking window and storm door installation.

Sterling Window Systems replaced 25 windows in our home January 2015. Our experience from beginning to end went smoothly. We are extremely pleased with this company and our windows. Sterling Jr. was a pleasure to work with and was there to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Our windows came in when he said they would and were installed the following week.

The installers always maintained a clean work site, paid great attention to detail, and took pride in their work. Their integrity and work ethic was very impressive. The windows are great quality. They might be fine for a full service window install, but my experience ordering a custom window was painful. The staff was tremendously ignorant about their products, repeatedly rude to me over the phone and in person, and never returned any of my calls.
