This basement window can be made to fit the short height requirement found in many basement window openings. When closed and locked, it forms a tight seal to resist water penetration.

Garden
Report
A garden window projects out from the wall of the house. It has four window units. The two ventilating side units are trapezoidal casement units that open outwards with a crank. The center unit and the roof are picture windows. The insulated glazed roof is designed to to be weather tight and leak proof.
Double-hung
Report
The double-hung window style has two sashes that operate vertically for ventilation from either the top or bottom of the window unit. Both sashes may tilt in for safe and easy cleaning from inside the home. Balancers counter the weight of the sashes to provide easy operation and to allow the sashes to remain open in any position.
Bow & Bay Windows
Report
A bow window unit also projects outward from the wall of the house. The bow may contain from three to six window units which will all be equal in size. Although each window is straight the bow unit will form a curve. Ventilating casement units are typically selected, sometimes along with non-operating picture window units.
