We shopped for quotes to have 13 windows replaced and one sliding glass door installed. Their quote was considerably cheaper than the other quote we received, but nothing was sacrificed. All the details of the products were explained to us at their store/showroom. They were so professional and friendly! And the installers were great! They were so kind and cleaned up their mess at the end of each day. It's been about 2 months and our windows and slider look and work great!

Everything was great from the sales person that came out to give me a quote, to the ladies in the office helping to answer my questions and to the two installers that worked efficiently and professionally. I now have 7 windows in my home that work properly, provide good sound resistance, and look very nice. I especially appreciated the office staff that worked with my schedule since I work from home and scheduled my install in advance to allow me to adjust my work. The two installers showed up at about 830 am and were done by 12pm. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for window replacements. Very affordable too.

I am so completely delighted with my new windows from Window Works. They operate like a dream, move with the touch of a finger, and have made such a fantastic improvement in the looks of my little house. From the first telephone call, to the visit from the sales representative, to the arrival and departure of the amazing installation team, I have been totally and completely satisfied.

My wife and I, are very pleased with our new windows. It started with Chris coming to our house for a quote on new windows. He was very knowledgeable and good at recommending the right type of widows for our house, especially for our newly remodeled enclosed porch. Chris wasn't pushy like the other companies that came out.and he gave us a good price.

The windows came in within the time frame we where told. Wendy called us when they came in and shortly there after the windows where put in. The installers Allen and Michael where very efficient and knowledgeable. They answered any questions we had and cleaned up there mess when finished.

We were extremely pleased with our experience with Window Works. There was no pressure during the estimate process. My wife and I went to the showroom to look at a sliding door the day after our estimate and everyone we met there was very nice and answered all of our questions. The install took two days and the guys that were here were great! They showed up on time, were great at answering questions and just explaining things.

They respected our home and cleaned up everything as if they were never here and did a very professional job. Overall the whole process, from estimate to install, felt like we were dealing with longtime friends. I will be contacting them with any future work. We would highly recommend this company. From the beginning, making phone contact, to having a representative come out and measure window replacements, going over all options, to install, very impressed with every step. We had 9 windows completely replaced and didn't have to do anything afterwards except hang curtains back up.

We are new to TN, and bought a house that was in desperate need of new windows. We picked Window Works because of their high reviews and the fact that they are local, and the windows are made in the US. Chris came out and gave us our bid. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. At one point, we had a slight "hiccup" and the owner, Wendy, immediately called and resolved the issue with us.

We were very impressed with the way she handled the situation. Allan and Michael installed our windows and they did a great job. In fact, the new windows were put in way better than the original windows in the house! Allan and Michael were very professional and friendly as well and were respectful to me as the homeowner. They took time to show me how to operate my new windows and they cleaned up their "mess" when they were finished.

We are VERY happy with our windows! I have always wanted "double hung" windows - I feel like a queen! They are easy to clean, and I love that they can be left open at night because of the safety clips. I can't say enough "good things" about Window Works and our new windows!

We had to replace all the windows in our house and we looked around at several businesses that offered their services. We met with Jodie at our home and decided to purchase from Window Works. She told us it would take a couple of months maybe up to three months but that she also said the windows might come earlier. Indeed it was 10 weeks but the day after the windows arrived at the office they had two highly skilled and professional installers at our house. They were on time and finished in one day. We highly recommend doing business with window works.

Jodi my sales rep despite being busy took good care of me, arranging things, communication, details. Now Steve and David who did the install, well these guys are the A Team. We had our windows installed yesterday by Dave and Steve. They did an excellent job. All around from Chris to his whole staff this company is highly recommended!

We just had 22 windows installed. Our sales rep was not high pressure or your typical window sales guy, which is one of the main reasons we chose them. Our installers, Alan and Michael (I think), were outstanding. They were respectful to our home and family, cleaned up everything, and they paid attention to details. I'm confident they did it right and didn't skimp on anything where I know they could have (replaced rotting wood, rather than covering it up). They look fantastic!

Excellent service! Email for estimates returned in very timely manner. Chris, who did estimate, showed up when I was told he would almost to the minute. Angie was very pleasant and professional with the arrangements of the estimate and installation appointment. The guys that installed, Allan, Joe and mike were knowledgeable and skilled at the trade. The replacement windows your company installed for us are very good quality, your lifetime warranty coverage is also great and the price was right. The installation crew, David Clapp and David Kitts did an excellent job of installing and sealing all the windows. We were very pleased with their work. My dad needed some replacement windows for his place. A certain someone in the family who shall remain nameless kicked a soccer ball into one of the windows, breaking the storm glass and thus moving up the timeline for replacing the windows. We phoned two companies-Champion and Window World-to receive quotes, in addition to looking online for companies and prices.

Window works replaced 11 windows at our home today! The final product was beautiful and the installers, Allan and Mikey were very nice and did a terrific job! I would highly recommend Window Works and would request Allan and Mikey again!
