Leak Detection

We use electronic leak detection for locating leaks on underground water lines. Water leaks can result in mold, water damage, structural damage and odors. High utility bills are usually a good indication that you might have an underground leak.
Drain Cleaning
Report
Drains tend to clog overtime. Usually the problem areas are bathroom drains and kitchen sinks. Because of the elements such as soap scum, grease etc. It's inevitable that it will happen, but to help prevent drain clogs it is important to have your drains cleaned every so often. Otherwise, build up can occur and will eventually cause a blockage.

The guys that came over did a great job. They knew what they were doing and finished in a timely manner. The best part of the experience was speaking to Bernadette (Bernie). She is absolutely wonderful. She is so nice and helpful and goes out of her way to help you. I will always use Brock Plumbing because I like speaking to someone who cares and who is extremely pleasant and very smart.

Set up time for estimate. Instead received price from installer over the phone. Way above other companies. Owner later called but could not match over the phone. Do not believe prices for water heaters posted on their web site. All other companies came out, saw project and gave estimate.

Mel scheduled me for Saturday with two days notice, showed up when he said he would, solved my water heater problem, explained everything going on, and charged a reasonable price. Friendly to boot. On my list to call next time.

Scandalous liars, typical BS plumbers. Advertising on website claims $99 for main line line out with free camera inspection. I called on Monday and although my main line is clear, the still quoted $150 to put a camera down it and tell me what the problem was. Should have been my first clue they are not trustworthy. Like an idiot I scheduled it for today, Saturday, 10am to noon. Mel called at 10:45 to say he was running late, would be here at 1pm.

He just showed up with another guy who looked, smelled and grunted like an ape. They had nothing other than one set of small pliers and one pair of black rubber gloves. Didn't wipe their feet or show any respect whatsoever. I took them to the back bathroom to show them where the access was as I explained what's been going on. All I got was blank looks.

Again I explained only to be told they didn't even bring the camera, it was "back at the shop". I was then told it would be $300 for them to get it, come back and do what was originally asked. I informed Mel that their website says $99, I was quoted $150 (VERY clear) on what I needed, why $300? He obviously didn't want to do it, I doubt he even has a camera.

He just walked out, offered no solution or apology. Basically he said FU. Waste of time, hack plumber, rude and a liar. STAY AWAY at all costs. You have been warned. I can only imagine what he would do if actually hired!

I had a leaking P- TRAP that was cut too short from a bad installation. Travis put in a new P- TRAP and drain pipe. He tightened everything and then tested for leaks. I was very happy with the work performed.

About two months ago, We were doing a remodel and have not liked the plumber our client hired for the project. A good plumber is a necessity for house flippers. Heard of Brock thru a retired contractor that enjoys mentoring me thru all the craziness of remodels.

It's a family owned business. His price was very fair and the service was good and prompt. Actually showed up on time and he was in and out. He fixed the stopper on the bathtub and the fireplace. I will use him again and I passed his card onto the property manager.
