They were able to get someone out within a few hours. I previously checked five other places who all said they were booked several days out already. They communicated by text letting me when they were on the way. Frank got here we'll within the estimated time. He was not only very professional, but took the time to help me understand the maintenance needed for my A/C! Frank was courteous, friendly, and patient with my questions. HIGHLY recommended. Will definitely be calling them again for any HVAC needs!

Our original system installed by the builder was undersized and inefficient. Econowest relocated the exterior units and matched their size to the home along with the necessary upgrades needed to increase the airflow for the larger units. The installation crew was knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous throughout the process. We were informed when they would arrive each day, and the guys worked overtime to stay on schedule. From the estimate to the final job walk, this company and its employees were professional and, more importantly, truly seemed to have our best interests in mind.

I called this company and they arranged someone to come the next day. Reuben came to my house after much frustration with trying to light what I was sure was a defective brand new water heater. After trying to light it for two weeks, and talking back-and-forth with the manufacturer, he not only discovered it wasn't defective but actually showed me what I was doing wrong in trying to ignite the propane. He did way more for me than diagnose the problem and went out of his way to give me hot water. If I need a plumber, this is the company I will call upon. Much thanks.

I contacted this company for preventative maintenance of my HVAC system. Monique greated me and helped me get my recurring services in place. She provided me with a reasonable rate and got me scheduled for the soonest opening. She got it all confirmed, sent me receipts right away and sent me reminders of my upcoming services. Then I had their technician, Leo, come to my home yesterday for basic maintenance/cleaning of my HVAC system.

My husband and I are very fortunate to have been referred to Econo West H&A, when our HVAC unit took a dump on our tenants. It was time to replace it after TLC since '97. At the time it stopped running we were stationed on the east coast and Dan at EWH&A came to our rescue same day at the property in the high desert of CA. He installed a newer and. much more efficient unit and did the cleanest job ever.and the system has been running like a charm.

In my experience, Econo West is a well-run company, with highly competent, friendly and reliable employees. When our furnace igniter failed, we got same-day service. Technician Geoff had the part on his truck. Two days later we had another failure from an unrelated cause. Geoff responded within two hours of my call, diagnosed and fixed the problem at no additional cost. Outstanding!

I had some trouble with my AC but Econo West was quick to come out and fix it, also told us about a service they provide installing new filters quarterly, which is so convenient for me, being a single woman and all it's so nice to know that is one less thing I have to worry about.
