I'm giving Texas Quality Plumbing a 5/5 stars even though my experience wasn't perfect. I brought them in after another Plumbing service said they cleared the line but didn't and refused to stand behind their work. TQP sent a guy out who couldn't clear the clog and felt it was in the city's line. The City said it wasn't in their line and TQP sent someone back out for another evaluation when I called back.
He discounted the running of a jetter to break through the blockage due to the initial misdiagnosis. They got the line cleared AND cleaned up the area which was greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend their service, it means a lot to me when someone is helpful, stands behind their work and is cordial if there are issues.

Texas Quality Plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty. They have competent workers but cannot communicate with each other or the client. I have issues with my sink filling up, slow drain, and backing up into the dishwasher. "new" garbage disposal later, as the picture indicates, the problem remains! I had to inform the technician to "run the snake" and clear the line. On a separate note, even though it took about a month, I will say they did a great job with replacing my toilet. So I think it's a hit and miss with them.

Came out in Nov 2021 through Home Serve, did not identify leak, even though we called bc there was a water mark after they installed a new aater heater. Called back out in Jan 2022 and admitted the leak was very small and barely visible, ceiling is now falling in! They are stating it is not covered under Home Serve insurance so to change the T where the leak is, it will be $500 and the ceiling is my problem. Unacceptable in my opinion. Not satisfied with them nor Home Serve.

They're extremely polite, reliable, and they provide quality customer service. I know I never have to worry about them being here and doing a good job. Plumbing is never really cheap, but I feel like I'm getting high quality work, and they are always friendly and professional. I will call on them every time I need plumbing. After my water heater went out, I called my warranty and they arranged a service call with Texas Quality Plumbing. Had a technician in my house within 3 days and a replacement water heater within 2 days. I can't say how grateful I am! With the cold weather approaching, no more cold showers. Technicians were very professional and quick. The whole process was extremely fast from start to finish and very convenient. Definitely making Texas Quality Plumbing my service provider from now on.

Texas Quality Plumbing was amazing, from the team that answered the phones to the team dispatched to the house! Chris arrived at our house about an hour after we first called and immediately began searching for the leak. Once located he showed pictures of the problem and explained how it would be fixed. At the end of the repair, he and his team came in with a treat box for our dogs and a bag of goodies for us!! Amazing experience and would definitely recommend them! Great job!!!

My pipe burst this morning as a result of the freeze in Houston last night. We had to turn the main water line off. I called Texas Quality this morning and they had someone out this afternoon to replace the burst pipe... The tech was Mario and he was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I now have water!!!
