Goodman's Landscape Maintenance

I had a lawn drainage issue that was causing flooding into my Arizona room which had not been raised off of the slab. David came out and gave me a quote for the service and walked me through everything he wanted to have done. While his quote was higher than some others I spoke with, I went with Goodman's because David was so thorough and helpful. On the day of the project, he met with me again with his crew so I was reassured that we all knew what the plan was and what work was going to be done.

I thought his crew was thorough and hardworking and they got done in under the estimated time. Then, when the project was done David checked in to make sure everything had been completed to my satisfaction and to see if I had any questions. Sometimes you have to be willing to pay for the extra customer service and care to detail that a company shows it will put into a large, expensive project.

I have to wait for the next monsoon to see any results, but I am sure if there is an issue that David will have his crew out to help fix anything. I'm so happy I went with Goodman's.

We interviewed several companies and decided to hire David Goodman and his team. They were professional, on time, friendly and did what we asked them to complete. We had a large project with regrading/leveling our entire backyard that they executed with the most knowledge, expertise, and skills. We also had sod installed/irrigation system. The finished product looks beautiful! Made a huge difference.

It was all done professionally with clean lines, which most companies lack. Reliability and experience is critical in this business. They understood what we needed done and I thank them for that. They do great work, yard looks amazing year round since having monthly landscaping service.

A dangerous driver on the road. This driver not only was incredibly aggressive inside a residential neighborhood with a posted speed of 30 mph, he flat out attempted to run another vehicle off the road. He then continued to drive very aggressive and erratic, following me, and even to the point of driving on the wrong side of the road to attempt to run me off the road to avoid a head on collision.

He then blocked me, a single female, in to talk condescendingly as if he had done nothing wrong. Once he realized that everything was being recorded, he tried to quickly dismiss and get out of there. There is something uniquely disturbing about someone, who is apparently the owner, who feels it's perfectly acceptable to drive at another vehicle head on without attempt to stop.

I'm glad he showed his true colors, as ironically enough, was looking for a local landscaper but now know to beware of this gentleman and company that's oddly only 4 blocks from my residence.

The price was affordable until they wanted $80 per service instead of $55. The Service itself was not good. The maintenance was not satisfactory.

Very poor driving skills. Driver Ran 2 red lights coming WB on cactus under the over pass. Doesn't use turn signals and nearly side swiped me. Talking on the phone seemed to be the cause if it. Very unsafe when your in a COMPANY VEHICLE. Sadly my grandparents have used their services but not anymore after I witnessed this belligerent driver on the road.very unsafe.

Initial request was placed by my husband in regards to a water hammer noise we were having with our back yard irrigation system. When the technician arrived I again went over the issues we were having. Turns out the water hammer issue was not addressed and he replaced everything else but the valve for the hammer noise. We had to have another service call.

We disputed the second $75 service call fee (which we thought was fair) and were paying for the valve replacement and the rest of the invoice. The customer service agent would not back down. Also please note the agent also wanted us to pay our bill before even receiving an invoice. When getting service from this company ensure your request is in writing. We do not recommend nor will we ever use this company again.

Expect good communication from this company. They make doing business with them very easy. Service: Lawn mowing / maintenance

In regards to the review saying one their drivers hit a car in the Frys parking lot and left the scene, I am the owner of the car which was hit. However, the owner of Goodman's was very cooperative in paying me for all the damages to my car and paid me quickly, within just a couple days. He seemed very honest and was only interested in making things right by me, which he certainly did. That's the type of honesty and integrity that I would look for when doing business with someone.

Goodman's Landscape Maintenance did a complete overhaul of our backyard (and front yard) after an auto crashed into our backyard, literally destroying our backyard. David and his team were professional, efficient, and did excellent work. I was extremely pleased with the outcome, our house looks absolutely amazing! During the project, we had to go out of town and our neighbors commented how professional the crew was.

They were all of in uniform, supervisors were on site giving direction to the crew to ensure the job was done to our specifications. Our neighbor was also impressed with how hard they worked throughout the whole day, even when we weren't there to supervise. Our neighbors were so impressed they are going to be contacting Goodman's for some work they need to do as well.

I highly recommend Goodman's to anyone that wants their job done right, done on time, and done in a very high quality manner. Their follow-through on every aspect has been nothing short of amazing! In this era with a lack of customer service everywhere I go and difficulty finding good contractors, you can rely on Goodman's to exceed your expectations in every way!

The aesthetically designed garden area of our house looks very live and pleasing. This is the dream design we wanted from a long time. All credits for this great work goes to this top-notched landscaping company. They kept our desired features on mind while working on our garden.

Wow, what a difference in my front yard now! My front yard needed a complete make-over because everything from the lighting to the old weed barrier was falling apart. I found Goodman's through Dex and read these other reviews and they were right! I just got my front yard redone with nice rocks, boulders, lighting and an automatic irrigation system.

Goodman's goes above and beyond the Other guys. The crew and supervisor really seem to pay attention to the little things - like actually showing up and doing the full job! I have had other guys try and maintain my front and back yard, but with all of the grass (a lot) and trees/bushes, in my opinion, everything never really looked perfect and I felt like they cut some corners.

Goodman's has done both landscaping and concrete work for us, as well as regular maintenance. Their staff is always very professional; they listen to the customer, and have great attention to detail. Reasonable prices, and worked with us when the nursery provided a couple of not-so-great plants. Would highly recommend.

As a business owner myself, I can't say enough about the professionalism of Goodman's crew and the great work they do. We have a very large project of over 1.2 acres of pure DIRT surrounding our custom home.

I live over on the north east side of Phoenix north of the 101 loop and all of our neighbor's yards have been nicer than ours, until now! My husband and I finally decided to get our front yard redone because it was starting to literally fall apart. Our neighbors went from being embarrassed to being jealous of our front yard.

We called to get an estimate and they never showed up. They didn't even call to let us know. When you have 2 young kids and set an appointment, you end up working around that appointment.

HUGE kudos to your maintenance supervisor Bill - he came out for a simple tree trimming / oleander pruning quote but then showed me how to use a watering system I was unfamiliar with and identified all the plants I've inherited that I don't know how to care for.

We needed work on a sprinkler system that was malfunctioning. I called and found the customer service person was very kind and even stated that she thought they had the two best sprinkler repair system techs in the entire valley.
