GIS Services
Report
GIS information allows the Community Manager and Board to have accurate, targeted information to help determine what the current landscape needs are and what their needs will be in the future. Mapping also provides a clear report of what assets the Community currently has and can be an instrumental tool to communicate with homeowners the landscaping needs of the community.

Louisville Ky branch. Poplar level rd. Bright view is a terrible place to work, they do not care about their employees. IN FACT THEIR HIGHER UPS (ahem CHRIS AND EDDIE) ride around in their trucks WITH BEER. Bobby, the head boss, likes to offer his crew leaders money in lieu of working the lowest paid employees. What I mean by that is he offered to. pay a crew leader $$ to not work his guys, boss taking money from lowest paid employees. Idk about you guys but if I was low on the totem pole this would piss me off.
They also knowingly sent my husband and his crew out on a truck that had bald tires and the tire kept coming off, they sent him out this way for months. One day he almost wrecked.

Brightview Puerto Rico has caused thousands of dollars worth of irreparable damage to our complex by destroying our grass so short it killed it. Now we have dead, patchy, and weed filled areas where we use to have beautifully manicured grass. The roots have died loosening the soil which has caused erosion, and sink holes. In less than two years, they've destroyed 20 years of landscaping and level terrain. I would avoid them at all costs.

I don't even use this company. What I do want to address is the drivers. I had one pull out in front of my while going 40mph. I had to slam on my brakes and swerve off the road. How they didn't see me in broad daylight in a large White minivan, I'll never know. I had four of my kids with me. That kind of driving should not represent a company.

Quite possibly the WORST landscaping company we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have left our neighborhood looking absolutely terrible, after having "worked" with them for a year (and I use. the term work lightly, as what they actually provided was a sad, sad joke). They came in with what sounded like cohesive, reliable plans to maintain and even better our neighborhood and they have absolutely ruined it.
It's going to take so, so much work to get us back to where we were. And it's not just the landscaping that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. One of my first encounters with the project manager on-site included him ranting about how I should keep my kid from the ills of.

Totally a sham. We had high hopes for this company to turn things around for us. They wowed us with a magical presentation. Instead.things got much, much worse. It's like they just gave up. We were forced to hire a new company and are praying the damages/neglect done by Brightview won't cost us a fortune. I won't even post pictures. It's too embarrassing. Just imagine Jumanji.

Referred to this owner by a personal friend (of his). Since he was local born and raised, I thought this would be a wonderful service provider to speak to. Spoke with a reasonable turn around time (he called back), pleasant enough. Owner informed me he would "have someone go by" and "get back to me". The next day, there was no follow up. I called him and he said "are you a Realtor?
I don't work for Realtors". Now, rather than say, "I have a fee, this is what it is" (to which we would have ABSOLUTELY agreed to), 24 hours after our initial conversation, he left me high and dry.on a time sensitive information quest. Will be calling Traverso next.
