First of all nothing spruces up a landscape more than its assets: trees. This lush and leafy vegetation transforms an ordinary looking space into a bonafide outdoor destination. Luckily, Arizona has a wide range of trees that can flourish in desert landscaping. Additionally to keep trees at your commercial location in tip-top form, they should be trimmed from time to time.

ABC Scapes is contracted by our HOA for landscaping services. I have bushes totally blocking my 1st floor windows that haven't been trimmed in months. ABC employee shows up with a hand pruner to trim a 8 X 10 bush. I sent them photos of the bush so they should have known what equipment to bring. Employee leaves and never comes back. I have left 4 messages and can not get a return call. Terrible customer service. I wish our condos would use another landscaper.

I had landscaping done with ABC Scapes. First of all they said the gravel would be delivered by some company, and they said the guys will put the gravel in the backyard, so the guy gets here, and he says oh no I can't do that, he said I have to put them here in the street! I told the manager at ABC Scapes I wanted it in the backyard, so that didn't happen.
So I had the guy who does their weed spraying come out, so he did the job, but I recently called ABC Scapes, to have him come out again to spray the weeds. Well they took a message, then they took more messages, the guy NEVER called back! I called the manager Ryan, and left a message, with him about it, he did not call back. I called the office several times, and kept getting a recording, that did not let me even leave a message!
I mean really? TERRIBLE customer service! Why would they have a guy who does the spraying work for them, since he won't even return any phone calls. I guess they don't need the work! I called another company to come do the job, they were very efficient. I would not recommend ABC Scapes to anyone! If they cannot even return any of your phone calls, that is not a dependable company!
I am glad I found a dependable company, I will never use ABC Scapes again! It's funny I had this review on their website, and the only reviews they show are the good ones! I guess they did not like mine, so it does not show on there, since it was not a good review for them, pretty strange!

Driver of on of their trucks backed into the front of my car. Then drove away. I had to chase them down. Then the driver lied about backing into my car. And the owner of the business just said " you guys sort it out. ". GREAT BUSINESS PRACTICE! Arturo is the driver. Lies lies lies. I suppose if you are not worried about integrity then they might be a good option for you

Thank you so much for your donation of your time, expertise, materials and labor to help with the irrigation and sod at the varsity baseball field at Millennium High School! Our goal is to have a leading baseball program in the West Valley at MHS and a high quality field is an important step towards that goal. Your donation and generosity is very much appreciated.

Ryan and his crew did a beautiful job saving a large acacia tree, removing large eucalyptus trees without leaving a trace, trimming huge palo verdes which had been untouched for years and transforming our over an acre lot. In the Fall Ryan will return to design the gardens. We could not be more pleased.

They initially had some issues with consistency of service and quality but then they got a new supervisor and things got much better. In fact, I would hire that supervisor if he had his own crew. Then, without warning they stop service without notice. Multiple calls to find out what was going on and no response. The staff seems to want to do well and tried to help. The owner. Not so much. Buyer beware.

In all fairness, I can only comment on their monthly maintenance services as they did not do our landscaping. That being said, I would definitely recommend ABC for maintenance if you like making lists. Lists of all the things they fuck up-please excuse my language, but there is no other way to describe it. We called ABC based on a "To Fix It" referral.
Little did I know that really means, once they are involved, you'll need "to fix it". They were very quick to come out for the initial meeting. Downhill from there. It took 10 days to get the estimate for monthly service. First service went okay-or so we thought. We didn't have any big complaints other than it looked like a blind man with a weed wacker "shaped" our Lady Banks roses. Also, a few things were missed entirely. However, within a week the entire left side of a vine that arched over our front windows died due to improper trimming.
I e-mailed our contact with a photo and advised him of the situation. No response, but he did send the crew back out to remove the debris. An apology might have been nice. Mistakes happen right? Second month no issues other than we notice every time our verbena bloom, they hack them down to the stem. What did the plant ever do to them? Third month was the final straw. Yes, I had more straws than I should have. Here's where the list grows: break off cactus arm and leave it there for customer to pick up, jump off wall (while taking the weed wacker to the roses) onto the agave plant beneath, trample ice plants while making feeble attempt to "trim" palo verde tree which is nowhere near the ice plants.
I should also point out our service was to include quarterly tree trimming. When very little was trimmed, I questioned the crew and was told they "usually don't trim trees, DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE TO TRIM TREES higher than the ladder would reach." $135 per month plus "fuel surcharge." A second star because they did a nice job of cleaning up the debris.
They also ensure someone on the crew speaks English. But I think I would have been better off learning Spanish. We'll see if we fare any better with Nevarez Landscaping.
