Do Not Hire. We have been trying, for almost 2 years, to get New Image to honor their warranty with us, to no end. They have ignored numerous certified letters and emails. This company, in my personal opinion, may be guilty of consumer fraud. The owner, David Stewart, has used threats, profanity and work stoppages to try to intimidate us and to force us to accept substandard work.
Due to the owner's extremely abusive behavior and threats, we will not allow him, personally, back on our property. In short, we hired New Image to renovate our 40 by 20 dive pool, with pebble surface and add a raised concrete water feature. They, apparently, had unqualified people work on the feature, which resulted in severe cracks to our pool decking, tile, tile grout and the grout under the pool deck.
Some cracks are as large as half an inch. Our pool wall appears to have been impacted and the tile is bowed and cracking at the point at which they poorly demolished the portion of the existing deck and upon which they poured an extremely heavy solid cement raised feature. We have before and after photos, as well as photos taken over the past 1 year 9.5 months showing the progression of these cracks.
There are also the issues of the poorly installed lion head water fountain and streaky pebble surface, which was done by Sun Sparkle Pools, owner, Dunia Lopez. Ms Lopez at first agreed to take care of the issue, then reneged. She also became very nasty and argumentative claiming that the poor coverage of the pebble was due to us allowing dust to get into the pool.
Apparently this dust streaked and bleached the pool walls, streaks ran down the entirety of the walls and covered the steps, before the water was even in the pool, which the pool was still under construction. Not only do we have weekly professional pool service, we complained of these issues immediately after the pebble was done. Sun Sparkle is, in my opinion, refusing to honor their warranty.
By the way, the contractor filled the pool immediately after doing the pebble install, so I do not know where all of this supposed dust came from, nor do I know why the dust hasn't dissipated in the water. We hired a structural engineer, who clearly reported that these numerous stress cracks are caused by New Image's improper engineering of the solid concrete water feature and that the sheer weight of the concrete they placed on our pool deck, which, in the engineer's words caused sufficient deformations in the pool walls in this locale, due to the added weight of the new waterfall structure above.
One of the lion head water fountains spits wildly, which they tried to convince us is normal. Not only do they not honor their contract and warranty, they will ignore the client and, as in our case, even put a lien on your property, if you complain. Our final payment was not due for many months, until the project was completed. We complained that New Image covered newly excavated large holes, for a split drain, at the bottom of the 12 foot deep end with loose rocks and a cow patty of thin cement, they filed a lien against our home and threatened to force the sale of our home, if we didn't accept their work.
The water feature and pebble had yet to be installed and the final payment not yet due. They finally filled in all of the holes appropriately, after noting that the thin cow patty of cement had caved into the 18 inch hole they dug. This was a very long battle and we feel that the company took vengeance out on us for complaining. I could go on and on, but please reconsider if you are even thinking about hiring this shady company; Our pool deck, grout and tile continues to crack and the water feature wall appears to be bowing, just as our structural engineer's official written opinion states. We intend to take other action, before more damage is done to our pool deck and wall.
I, personally, feel that this company may be guilty of consumer fraud.

Recently had work done by the New Image Landscape and Pool team. I have nothing but great things to say. Nick came out and gave me a quote and provided my wife and I with 3D renderings of our new hardscape. This made the process so much easier because my wife could see exactly what our backyard was going to look like. We had multiple bids and New Image was very competitive. We popped by on a Saturday without an appointment, ran into the owner Dave in the parking lot and he opened their shop and was super patient while we navigated tile choices. We really like that it's a family run business, pricing is competitive and Kyle who conducted our initial bid has been responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this company for small or large pool/backyard remodels. I will share pics and update after our remodel in December!! We're excited!!

They're always on time, they take care of everything, and they've done a great job! They take credit cards, they automatically charge my card once a month at the beginning of the month, and come once a week without fail. They do a great job and make it easy and I don't even have to think about the yard or the payment.

This company is by far one of the best ones I've had who have worked on my houses. They got the job done sooner then they projected and it looks awesome. Are very reasonably priced and very kind. We talked with Nick and he is the one who got us set up and took very good care of us. Thanks guys you do amazing work.

New Image did several things at our new home. We are 110% happy with every one of these repairs/installations. The quality and service was wonderful, and we will definitely be using them in the future. it was nice to be able to use one company for so many different jobs. They were also extremely understanding when it took our escrow company forever to release payment to them.
Will definitely use them again! Here are the services we had done, all of which were 5 star rated:
1. Chipping out and completely refinishing our pool deck
2. Fixing the cracks in our pebble tex bond beam
3. Fixing several mechanical issues, including the spotlight some pool pump issues and a few of the valves
4. Installing an area of artificial turf
5. Removing a giant tree that was causing a huge mess in our backyard as well as on its way to ripping up the foundation under our house

We had New Image completely rip out old flagstone and add new travertine to our back patio and around our pool. It was a massive job! I had 4 other companies give me bids and New Image was not only the most enthusiastic but their price was just as good or better than anyone else's. Nick was awesome to work with and Kyle, Luis, Cruz, Alberto, Romero and Marianne were fantastic too.
