Lawn / Turf Care

All landscapes require some degree of care during the year. Healthy turf requires an aeration program along with regular fertilization. Keep grass height at proper mowing height for seasonal turf. Allow the clippings to fall, if possible.

We did our due diligence and got several estimates for a residential project that was a bit delicate because it required being sensitive to the neighbors' desires as well as our own. Xeriscape Unlimited's design was the most imaginative of all of the bids, and also the least expensive. The work started and finished on time. All of the members of the crew were polite, friendly, and efficient.

The end result was great. Then the owner actually told us to be sure to monitor everything and remember the warranty period! We worked with Bird Hall (yes, that's actually his name) throughout the entire process. He was terrific -- knowledgeable, professional, with a good vision for our project and desire to make it turn out beautifully at a fair price. We would use them again without hesitation.

When the real estate crash of the 1980s came, the Resolution Trust organization took over, selling parcels of the development to individual developers.
