Vinton, Dasine and Ryan were timely, took the time to answer all my questions before, during and after zthe job. They got a big job done in a day and a half. Their management team rescheduled another job to move ours up a day per my urgent request. When the job proved to be larger than originally thought they close to price matched the first quote I got. I will use Queen City Plumbing again!

Paul was wonderful! He helped reconfigure the plumbing under my sink from a double basin to single basin, installed my new faucet and a new drain. He went above and beyond to streamline my plumbing even updating my dishwasher connection and gave me a lot more storage space under my kitchen sink. He called to see if he could come early which was fantastic and worked efficiently to get my new sink ready for use! I love working with Queen City Plumbing and highly recommend them!

We have been using Queen City Plumbing for many years now and I've always been very pleased. This past Sunday we had an emergency situation where my husband drove off with a garden hose accidentally attached to the his tire of his car and it ripped the spigot right out of the exterior wall to our house. Water was gushing out and pooling around the foundation of our house.

We tried, but out could not find the main shut off to our water. Queen City Plumbing was very quick to send someone out to assist us. Fernando from Queen City Plumbing immediately located the main shut off to our water at the street and resolved our broken spigot problem promptly. Fernando was extremely patient and professional. He carefully explained the details of the repair he was going to do and he took tons of pictures of the plumbing under our house.

He explained that we have access to view the photos anytime when we log into the Queen City Plumbing website customer portal. Not once did we feel Fernando was pressuring us into spending additional money or doing unnecessary plumbing repairs. He took the time to carefully explain the ins and outs of the plumbing of our 1951 ranch style house. He made helpful suggestions about improving the plumbing situation at our house such as replacing the now defunct main shut off valve inside our house and how we could resolve the slow to reaping hot water on the renovated "newer" part of the house.

At our request he prepared estimates for those repairs/upgrades. We would recommend, and have already done so on multiple occasions, referred friends and neighbors to Queen City Plumbing. I feel their honesty, professionalism and skills set them above other plumbing companies.

Fernando worked on many plumbing services that were required at my home. He is very professional and responsive to the repairs needed and upgrades that we wanted. Fernando is very experienced and knowledgeable about what was needed to be repaired and upgraded. In addition, he is courteous, respectful, and pleasant. I will definitely request Fernando on any future work needed at my home. I highly recommend you request Fernando for your repairs and upgrades.

We can't say enough good things about Fernando and Ryan who are installing a new shower system at our home. They are very professional, friendly and helpful in answering questions. We are very impressed with Queen City Plumbing and all of the staff. Staff were also super responsive to some rescheduling that we needed. We highly recommend this company. I had a really bad leak under my kitchen sink, so I called Queen City to come out and fix it. In walked Fernando and Ryan. I was impressed from the start. They entered the house with their mask on and took their shoes off. The sink was repaired in a timely manner and looked like new. But, the best part of my experience was the extras that was provided.

They checked the water pressure and temperature. Fernando adjusted both and explained what he was doing. He even answered a question I had before I had a chance to ask. Completely professional and personable. If I need plumbing services in the future, Queen City, along with Fernando and Ryan will be my choice.

Will definitely use Queen City Plumbing again in the future. Jeff came out to give me a quote for water heater replacement with recirculating pump. It was cheaper than my other 2 quotes for the same amount of work and he was very knowledgeable. I accepted their bid and within a day they had Fernando come out to replace it. He was done in about 6 hours, answered all my questions no sweat, and man does the unit look good. Everything is running great and no complaints. I highly recommend anyone in the market for plumbing to choose this outfit and will be recommending to my friends as well.

I had 2 companies turn down the job, and 1 come out to say that they could not turn off the water to the unit or building in order to replace the ancient Sloan Flushometer from wall to toilet. I then called Queen City Plumbing; Fernando came out on time, gave a reasonable estimate and found the correct water shutoff in the crawl space despite what the other company had said, and successfully replaced a mid-century flushometer completely with a new one with no issues. Very professional and reasonable. Would recommend.

Awesome experience with QC Plumbing thanks to the help of Fernando. He finished his prior job early and called to see if it was ok to head over to our place early. He was respectful of our home and to me and made sure to explain everything he was doing and provide options for service. He was knowledgeable and efficient and I would definitely call QC Plumbing for service again.

Fernando came to look at two toilets that needed attention. He took the time to go over the issues and give me every possible option for repairs or replacements. I appreciate his honesty, time, and professionalism. We have decided to have a replacement installed and have scheduled the appointment and requested Fernando to be our technician. Update: We had a new toilet installed by Fernando and we are very pleased.

I had never heard of Queen City Plumbing, but I desperately needed a plumber. I looked up Plumbers, Charlotte, NC, and a link led me to Justin. He called right away, and asked if I needed him to come out that evening. I said no, because I wanted to research his Company. Great reviews, and a high rating confirmed my decision to keep the scheduled appointment.

Timely, professional and affordable, Queen City Plumbing was very knowledgable and seemed to take great pride in their work. They made sure to go the extra mile by cleaning up after themselves and left my house better than they found it. I have now called Queen City on several occasions for multiple properties and their excellent customer service never disappoints.

Recently our home flooded from our upstairs washing machine. There was a huge amount of damage and we called Justin at Queen City Plumbing to help with the repairs. After he repaired the pipes upstairs he connected us with a restoration company to replace the dry wall and carpeting.

I am very pleased with my service. I had Travis come out and install a garbage disposal. He was on time, did a very good job. He was also very quiet to not wake the baby which is very nice. I would recommend them.

The best experience that I have ever had with a plumbing company. They were very straight forward with pricing and installation dates. They weren't like some of the other guys I have dealt with, where the price steadily went up as they got further into the project.

We had a water heater go out in our attic, it caused a lot of damage to our sheetrock and floors. We called several plumbers in the area but the team at Queen City Plumbing was very accommodating and helpful.

I called Queen City Plumbing when I realized I had a busted pipe in my house. I called in a panic and spoke to Mike on the phone, he calmed me down quickly because he said he was sending a plumber out to my house right away, they arrived quickly, fixed my leak at a reasonable price and even referred me to a restoration company that came out as well to dry up the water.

Justin replaced my water heater, garbage disposal and a few pipes that were missing under one of my sinks. I just bought this condo and that's the work that it needed and he handled it very professionally. The price was right on point and everything. Cleaned up behind himself, took his shoes off when he came in so that he didn't track any mud. This was a great transaction.

The Queen City Crew did an excellent job on replacing my water main. However, the contractor they hired left a mess in my yard and Queen City has refused make it good. We did experience a lot of rain during the the job and it made the problem even worse.

I had a horrible experience with another company and the same day I called Queen City. Jeremy, the operations manager booked me the very next morning and Justin and Jerry came out and got started immediately.

At midnight on a Thursday night, our water completely shut off. We live way out in the country and knew that no company would come out to repair our well at this time of night without charging us crazy amounts of money. My first thought was to call Queen City Plumbing because my mom has used them several times and they are always top of the line.

Justin came out to our house at 9pm at night. Our pipe busted in our backyard and he was out to help. His crew worked the entire next day to dig up the pipe and relocate it away from our pool project.
