Definitely Call All About The Pipes Plumbing! Mary is the nicest and most honest person. She was able to determine the problem with my sewerage instantly. She told me right away that she was going to work on my issue to get my pump repaired. She found my motor and schedule same day service. I highly Recommend this company. I am so grateful for this expertise and honesty Mary and her team is who you want to call for a trusted inspection and Job.

Sunday evening realized kitchen and bar sinks were having major draining issues. Submitted request via email. They called me first thing Monday morning and juggled their schedule to accommodate us. The tech, Dustin was great as was his colleague that also was there. Both followed Covid procedures. The owner was extremely helpful on the phone to help us too. Had a follow up visit the next morning and all went smoothly. Very dependable, prompt and quick to help us when we were having plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company. Good people.

I was doing a small kitchen Reno and needed help moving a sink drain so I got multiple quotes from local plumbers and Dustin with all about the pipes was definitely the most knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. His quote was very fair for the work requested. Dustin also came the day of the work to make sure everything went smoothly. I have already scheduled to use them again!

Dustin came as scheduled. which beats the competition already! Took a look at issues in our half bath and kitchen sink. He told me how long it would take and the cost. I called, All About the Pipes a couple of days ago, and spoke with Mary about a possible leak in my bathroom behind the wall of my shower. Mary, diagnosed the issue over the phone and said not to worry, that it was the hot water pipe contracting and not a leak. I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. We had 3 drains that were slow to drain. I had tried all I knew to attempt to clear them. Called All About the Pipes and Mike came the next day. Very knowledgeable and professional. He explained all the steps he took to clear the issue. We have an older house with older plumbing so he finally was able to determine that the single blockage was affecting the two sink drains and the shower drain as well.

By accessing the problem by way of the vent in the attic he cleared the obstruction with the result that all the drains are clear and emptying quickly and as they should. Mike was efficient and thorough, and I couldn't be more pleased with the work he did. Great job!

I have dealt with many contractors that have performed maintenance and repairs on my home. Many are good, some are average and a few have not done well at all. We had a issue with our toilet that we wee having a difficult time resolving. We contacted All About the Pipes and they were exceptionally helpful, advising us on how to DIY the problem more efficiently. We also had to cancel and reschedule twice due to our work schedules and they were very accommodating and flexible. All About the Pipes clearly cares about what they do and their ultimate goal is to help the customer above all else. My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary.

She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely.

He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless.

As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. They were also lower cost than two other estimates, so I chose them. The staff was very helpful and professional and patiently answered my many questions. Very pleased with them and highly recommend them.

We had a copper pipe major leak on Christmas day. Called AATP early the next morning and got a friendly receptionist who was able to quote me an approximate price to fix (ended up being -10% below quoted (They also provide an additional $15 discount if you're on Angie's list, which unfortunately I'm not).
