Septic Tank alarm was going off. Called AAA Plumbing and they were here within 24 hours. Long story short, thanks to technician Brian, it was discovered that we have 2 Septic Tanks, not 1. The two other technicians, Ian and Chris had a really difficult time locating the second tank, which could not be located because the entry lid was 3ft under ground and 10 feet away from the larger Septic Tank which has an above ground entry lid.
After probing for many hours, they were able to locate it. They used a backhoe to expose the lid, they pumped it, replaced the lid back, filled in the other two holes where they searched, cleaned up and they were done! Minor damage done to Landscaping lighting but I expected far worse results because they were working around two ornamental trees, plants, Irrigation as well as low voltage wiring. Very professional group of guys.

W came and checked water pressure had a problem coming from Pressure valve to house checked it out and fixed problem was clogged from city working on sewer and they hit waterline and it causes dirt to block water coming to home. Absolutely ecstatic with the work Chris did. He was here in under 2 hours. Super nice very professional in explaining the problem. He pumped the septic to find out the real problem. Next we had Robert to come out to unclog the major pipe to the septic system. Both guys were awesome. Highly recommend AAA City plumbing. They were super fast and efficient. My tankless water heater broke this morning and I called AAA City Plumbing because they were in the neighboring town. They had a technician at my house in 30 minutes and had the problem diagnosed and an approval for warranty replacement in about an hour. The technician (Stephen Dierking) was fantastic and was very friendly and kind. It was very obvious that he loved his work and it was clear that he loved helping people. Having no hot water is never a good thing, but I did get to meet Stephen and that was a good thing.

Frankie and Ernest arrived on time and were very professional. They were able to determine that I had a leak in my septic pressure line. They located the leak (a failed joint) and had it replaced/fixed within 2 hours. They kept me informed throughout the process. The price was very fair. Should I have any septic problems in the future, I will definitely call AAA City Plumbing.

AAA City Plumbing was responsive and communicated with me every step of the process. They sent a text with a picture of who would be showing up to my house for the service. They were very flexible with my schedule. The technician showed up on time and called while they were on their way. They did the job, accurately, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them if I'm asked who a reputable plumbing company is.
