Nathan's Heating & Air Conditioning

I have used multiple HVAC companies in the Fayetteville/Raeford area over the last 6 years and Nathan's has hands down been the best. I had the privilege of having Tray as our technician at two different residence within a 72 hour period. He was 100% professional and an expert at his trade. He thoroughly talked me through everything that was wrong, what he did to fix it and what to keep an eye on in the future. This was one of the few times where I didn't feel like I was getting hustled by an HVAC company. Thanks again to Tray at Nathan's Heating and Air.

I contracted with Nathan's for bi-annual inspections of my HVAC system for two reasons; (1) Positive word of mouth and (2) Their annual inspection package cost beat the competition hands down. The gentleman Nathan's sent out to inspect my system (Tray) was top of the line. He was on time, diligent, thorough in his inspection and gave me a detailed report. Easily a 5 star rating from this satisfied home owner.

They diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts right away and we are set to install when the parts arrive. Its not their fault the distributor/manufacturer is behind 1 month in parts.

Quick service friendly technician and knowledgeable professionals staff at more than fair prices because we woke up to a freezing cold house last weekend when it was 24° outside and they got here quickly and fixed the problem and we had heat again in about two hours after we call them fantastic company so glad we call them first a day now they are the only ones that we will call

Absolutely love these guys. Had an issue with my AC upstairs. Within an hour of calling Dave and Jay were at my house and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Our AC went out and I have a home warranty so I thought we were good to go. They dispatched a tech (from another company). He came out and found a few things wrong. On to repair. step one, remove refrigerant. Supposed to only get 6lbs but was 12lbs. Tech called home warranty company and my claim was denied immediately. I don't know who put 12lbs in it, it's always been professionally serviced.

So now after the service call fee I'm on my own to repair the system. Same tech said it would be 2500-3000 to repair a 20yr old system. It's hot out and we need AC ASAP so I called a few others for quotes. Nathans came out, understood our pain thus far, offered to install a few window AC units in the meantime, and 3 days later we were in AC. With a brand new, slightly larger unit that will run for years with no issues. So thankful Nathan's came to the rescue.

The staff at Nathan's are some of the best at what they do and they work with you to get the right diagnosis and work to repair or replace anything necessary to keep you comfortable in your castle. They have come out to two homes that I've owned and the service was exceptional each time and when they found that my system was completely busted they didn't sugarcoat it and try to pump refrigerant into a broken unit and say "all is well".

They told me straight up the unit will need to be replaced and when the time came they gave great prices for units that they know will do the job right. I've heard horror stories about companies that "fixed" things when in fact they just put a bandaid on it and wait for you to call back and give them more money.just like some auto mechanics. Not here with Nathan's and I'll continue to refer them to anyone in need because of my experiences.

Fast service and very reasonable price. I had almost the exact same leak about 3 years ago and paid another HVAC company over twice as much of what Nathan's Heating and Air charge.

The free consultation did a great job looking all over our house to inspect the nearly 50 year old duck work and 20 year old unit! The work was done in two days and my house feels great! City inspector came out also which helped to insure us things were done right. Thank you Nathan's for your excellent service!

I think I got everyone beat, I was charged $14,000 for having my a/c replaced. I know, I know what your thinking, I most likely had duct work installed and other work, nope. The unit was in the garage and outside unit in the backyard. It was probably the easiest work ever, no crawling in attics, under home etc. It sucks when your a private in the military and you dont know much about a/c systems and except to get a fair deal.

I was told that looking around it would be the same price. I ended up using what I could save during my deployment to pay it off. I would recommend to always, always get different quotes before you make a decision on a purchase like this.

Nathan's H & A/C has great service. If there is a problem, Nathan's will take the time to figure it out and fix it. They guarantee their service and will bend over backwards to get the job done right. Honesty, fairness and professionalism are their middle name!

My gas-pack's warranty just ended & it started having all kinds of problems. The guys from Nathan's had to come out 3 times in 3 months for 3 different problems. On the last visit, they did not charge me for the call & suggested I put in a new system rather than dumping more money into the one I have. They gave me different estimates for different replacement systems.

Cheers and a shout-out to Nathan's Heating and Air Conditioning. I called and asked when they could go to my daughter's and fix the air conditioning. They said they could be there the next morning. Well, I got a phone call, and they could do the repair sooner. I met the repairman, and he looked at the unit, got some parts and was done in a matter of minutes.

Shortly after my daughter moved into her new house the AC went out. We called Nathan's and they responded very quickly. They fixed the AC and has not had a problem since. Job well done!

Very professional folks and know their stuff. Always prompt and ready to do work. I got sick of paying $4000+ for installation of $1600 heat pumps systems in my rental properties. When I asked why they charged so much to install $1600 worth of equipment/materials and a days work for 2 to 3 technicians.

Nathan's performed an HVAC inspection on a home I was considering buying. The technician was thorough and helpful. They also gave me a quote on repair work and/or replacing a unit. The home sale did not go through so I do not know the quality of their work.
