Critical: Professionalism Van with plate number PKV 4280 decided that driving in the passing lane at the same speed as the slow lane on 275W near the Ohio/Kentucky border the entire time that it was 2 lanes was an acceptable thing to do. If they don't know how to drive correctly I doubt they can do their job correctly either

I turned to National Heating and Air Conditioning in desperation after another company installed an expensive, completely new system incorrectly. The system would become inoperable every few months, despite replacing a multitude of parts. National sent knowledgeable techs out who were willing to stick with it, and the company owner even came to oversee the issue.
They were able to solve the issues, and the system has thankfully been worry free since then, about 3 years ago. Since then we've had very good experiences with technicians who have come for routine maintenance and upkeep. The office staff is also always very friendly and helpful.

This was just our semi-annual preventative maintenance and it was done on schedule. Our technician was courteous, friendly and knowledgable. He wore fresh shoe covers into our house to protect our carpets and was wearing a face mask which my wife and I both appreciated. I have been dealing with the company for over 20 years and highly recommend their services.

Wow! This company is going to do amazing things! My husband and I recently had an evaluation of our home. We live in an eighteen year old house and have only been living here for 6 years. Since we first moved in, we noticed that the heating and cooling differs by 4-7 degrees between the upstairs and downstairs.

The National Heating & Air Team did a whole house energy audit for us, and found that our return air duct was pulling attic air into our home, causing our air conditioner to run constantly on hotter days. They also noticed that certain areas in our attic were not insulated properly, causing hot and cold spots in certain rooms.
