Mike is amazing! I am a new pool owner and he had patience to walk me thru the process of how to maintain and run my pool. Always available if I have questions and I have needed his help me with water levels and timer and no questions asked he offered to come to my house and help show me what to do. Highly recommend them. Love my pool! Mike is great to work with!

We built a pool for our new house and after many ( maybe 20) quotes and reviews, we chose fountain blue as the best choice for us. Johanna was very professional, knowledgeable and very responsive! Made the experience smooth and easy, answered our many questions and still continues to offer support whenever we have questions, even now that the pool is completed and perfectly done!

We know we can count on Joanna! She helped us select colors that matched to what we wanted, the right size for our yard and the right depth so we could have more shallow space to play and the right depth for diving. She help us decide and understand what everything was so we could make the right selection! Specifically, i was unsure as to how many lights i wanted and she made it easy for me to decide and i am sooooo happy I went with 3 lights for our pool as she suggested!

It looks amazing. She still continues to offer support, great service that is hard to find now days! Thank you fountain blue and Joanna for an amazing experience! The kids love it and the dogs too. Rouille family.

Where do I start? Joanna was amazing! From our first moments with her we knew that she was someone we could trust 100%. She was always straight forward and made sure we had everything we had always wished for in a pool AND we came in under budget which is unheard of in this current market. Joanna is knowledgeable, caring, responsive, and just a beautiful person inside and out. She makes you feel like family. There is no other pool contractor to consider besides Fountain Blue Pools. Period. We couldn't be happier!

Highly recommend Joanna Potter as the designer. She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to her craft. We had a hard time getting pool companies to answer the phone until I got a hold of Joanna. She answered right away, explained everything carefully, helped us come up with a design we loved, worked around our budget and designed a beautiful pool for us.

She was very patient and always answered our questions, even stepped in when issues came up. Yes there were some issues along the way but they did deliver an amazing pool to us within the timeframe they promised and in the end that's what really matters.

Met with a salesperson after I had personally designed and drawn plans for a pool. This person told me I would have a quote within 2 weeks. A month went by and I never received the quote. I was able to get a hold of the salesperson and I was told I would get the quote soon. Now, 7 weeks later, I still don't have a quote or any response from the company.

If this is the treatment you get just to get a quote, I don't even want to know what it's like to work with this company. I understand everyone is busy, but I would appreciate honesty over just being ignored.

This is perhaps the worst builder out there. My pool was built by this company, the pool cracked, they have not repaired the damage and it has been 2 years. Further, 11 out of the 12 Pentair lights have now stop working and they are supposed to be under warranty. They will not cover it because they said it was due to chemical damage. They came to test the water at the same time the pool was being cleaned and chemicals were added to the pool. Further, they charged me for the inspection of the lights for the warranty as a service call. Horrible, horrible, horrible. spent a 100 grand on a pool that has issues. Do not use them!

I have never left a bad review for a company. However, I believe our experience with this company needs to be shared so that people will take this feedback into consideration when making the important decision of what company to choose for their pool construction. Initially we had a great experience with Robinn, our consultant. She took time to sit with us and really listen to what we wanted.

She got back to us quickly with plans and a quote. We felt so comfortable with her, so we decided to choose Fountain Blue to build our pool. We were pleasantly surprised how quickly our permit was issued and then the building began. The dig went well, but that is where the positive experience ended. They came to install our deck, but ran out of tile.

No one communicated this with us. After a week of seeing no progress we had to reach out. They informed us new tile had been ordered. Two weeks later, a pallet of tile was left on our front yard. No communication about when they were coming to install. After we reached out again, they scheduled someone to come out. Turns out they ordered the wrong tile!

So once again we are waiting on new tile to be delivered. Another week goes by. More tile gets delivered. It's the right tile, but again they didn't order enough! So we wait some more for the rest to be delivered. Then, the plaster job was rushed (they were working in the dark in the evening) and it looks awful. Very spotty and uneven. They informed us they would do a treatment to help. However, they haven't been able to do this because the pump they installed has broken not once, but twice!

We have been waiting nearly 2 weeks now for a new pump. While our pool was "finished" and deemed ready to swim the week after Thanksgiving we haven't been able to use it because of all of these issues. My husband and I are both public school educators and saved for years to make this happen for our three kids. To say we are upset and disappointed is an understatement. Unfortunately, we do NOT recommend this company at all.

Summary: Would absolutely recommend for construction. Not so much for pool service. Bidding: Fountain Blue provided a detailed line-item quote. This was important to me. Many companies hide what you're getting behind a package price with vague details about materials and equipment. It was all spelled out. Design: We used Joanna and she's the best!

I had a unique design in mind and she understood that I knew that I wanted. Other companies kept trying to show me "their" vision of my pool. Permitting: Went as smooth as could be expected. With a large company like FB, they have a system worked out. Construction: I would say par for the course as far as a large company is concerned. The construction itself was on-time and accurate.

Their tile crew is phenomenal. There are a few things that could be improved upon such as cleanliness of the jobsite during the process and protecting the property from collateral damage. FB did clean up at the end of the process, but it there was a lot of scrap construction materials on my property during the process. Punchlist: Here is my big area for improvement.

The easy stuff was taken care of quickly after pool fill. But I had an ongoing saga of fixing one of the coping tiles after the pool was 99.9% complete. They fixed it, but I spent way too much time going back and forth to get someone to come out and finish the job. Automation: Gioserr was great! He explained everything in detail and discussed options.

Very knowledgeable. Initial Pool Service: I'm taking care of my pool myself as I had planned to all along. I wouldn't use FB for service unless I could pick my tech. The older Hispanic gentleman (Mario maybe?) was great. The other tech didn't ever spend more than five minutes putting chemicals in the pool. I'd get a report stating all of the things that were done to the pool. Except they weren't.

Staff and all workers are very professional and able to resolve any situation. The work was done before it was planned. The quality is great. Recommend to see Joanna Potter if you want to do any project. The maximum. Services: General construction, Cleaning

So far our experience with fountain blue has been great. The sales person/designer, Joanna, has been beyond responsive to us. She's been patient and courteous, often providing us information that would help us in not just our pool build process, but in our relocation down to Florida. We hope that this experience continues during the construction phase.

I find it insufficient how much we would like to express our family's gratitude to the team at Fountain Blue Pools. After many doubts about this new project of building a pool, Fountain Blue made sure we feel comfortable and safe with every step that we advanced. The whole team was very professional and patient in meeting all our demands, starting with Robbin who is amazing, always ready to help and answer all of our questions, Dianne, Mildred, Jim the supervisor whom is always very early at the job site, Jennifer and I'm sure I will be forgetting some of them, a work team very focused on customer service.

All of the sub-contractors were very professional and most of all the record time completing the job. I can't say that everything was perfect and without any kind of problem, but the value is in the way that each problem was solved and taken care of by the staff, there were not that many and usually out of the company control but we are very impressed how they were handled.

To each and every one of you who participated in this project, thank you very much from all our family members, and to you who read this comment, do not think twice, if you want a pool where you do not have headaches, worries and want to feel confident that a job is getting done by excellent professionals that make sure your dream pool come true, I am more than convinced by our personal experience that Fountain Blue Pools is your best option, ask for Robbin to design and let the dream begin.! Leslie pool referred Fountain Blue pools if I needed repairs. The heat sensor on my Jandy JXI heater stopped working and I contacted Fountain Blue. The technician was to call me 30 minutes prior to arriving. That did not happen and I was never notified that he was came. He DID NOT ADDRESS MY HEATER ISSUE. I received an email about a check valve that I'm capable of replacing.

I'm left with a heater that is still not working and I can't get anyone from Fountain Blue pools on the phone. Disappointed! It's a mistake to use this company. Poor communication. Poor service. Poor outcome.

I signed a contract with Fountain Blue Pools in September, we were swimming in April. Only very minor bumps along the way. All of the subcontractors seemed to be the best at their trade and were scheduled in fine unison to complete the job. I've used the pool just about every day and love it. Joanna was our sales representative and I would recommend her 100%. She loves her job and it shows.

High Quality, easy to work with contractor, excellent. We shopped around for a new pool in February 2020. We had several pool companies come give us their pitch. Joanna with FBP was the most honest, most knowledgeable, and delivered all the cost involved with our project. If you're building a pool. do your research (their is so much on the internet); then ask the sales person questions. and see who is honest and knowledgeable.

That's why we went with FBP. Joanna knew the answers, was honest and up front with all cost (nothing was hidden). But most importantly. she designed a great looking pool that had what we wanted, and within our budget. Now for the construction. EXCELLENT! Leilany, our construction coordinator was the best person to work with. If you decide to go with FBP. ask for her to be your coordinator.

Please keep in mind the time period. our pool was constructed in the peak of the pandemic. it was started on April 14th, and completed May 28th! As a DIYer. I like to oversee everything. The crew's were always welcoming and ready to explain the construction at hand. Leilany was always available to keep us posted on next steps and inspections scheduled.

We got off to a rough start when my account was transitioned from Paradise Pool. I appreciate that Fountain Blue was quick to make up for the poor service I received at the beginning and Enrique is great and is always willing to answer any question or check on any issue I think I may have.

You company has always done a wonderful job. The service is outstanding. We have never had an issue and would highly recommend your services.

When was the last time you accepted a pricing proposal only to have it revised downwards after the job was done?

From beginning to end, our experience with Fountain Blue Pools was fantastic. We have a 28-year old pool which was badly in need of resurfacing and it's now like brand new--and even prettier! The fiberglass surface we had was removed very professionally in one day.

You have a very professional and courteous staff. Your service rates at the top of all of our providers. I only wish that you had a 6 month or online payment so I didn't have to write checks every month.

FBP has top notch courteous and efficient employees and the office staff have always resolved any problem I have had without a dispute.

I highly recommended this company! We are long term customers from cleaning services to recently remodeling our pool. This company does an outstanding job. We are thrilled with how it turned out! Their customer service has been impeccable along the way.

I think the communication needs to be improved. Had an issue with the skimmer and I tried to tell them it was not correct and the tile guys said that is how we do it that they were raisong the skimmer. What the did was only raise the opening. When Jake saw it he said it is wrong.

It is all about your pool guy, and the past two that we have had are excellent. We could not have asked for anyone better. In 8 years we have had 2 pool guys and incredible service.

No respect for worker its a place were gossip between co-worker is common. Also do not pay full amount until job is done or you will loose money.
