Brian Loften called me and assessed the problem. He was very detailed and explained the mechanics of a salt pool system and how the salt cell can deplete depending on usage. I called Jandy to find out what part needed to be replaced and Brian picked it up. I wanted to make sure I wasn't getting a discontinued product.
