Magulick's Pool

I needed professional advice concerning my pool equipment and I was treated politely, professionally and was explained the issue at hand clearly. I will be going back for pool materials very soon. I highly recommend this company.

We love our pool and that part was done well. We had a long journey with personal issues with some of the staff. Pool 5 stars. Other issues 1 star. Therefore the average of stars.

We have only had good experiences with Magulick's. Every time we have called them to fix our heater or filter they come on time, give us honest answers and fix the problem for a fair price. Will call them again.

Great service and quick. brought my pool pump in about10:30 am, fixed and ready about noon. Steve was attentive, friendly, and thorough in understanding my problem.

Great job. My roof is like new! Very professional staff, job well done! They also came in right on time and took their time to make sure everything looked great.

We only shopped around with Magulick's so I can't speak to how they may perform if we had used them, but based on my experience I can assume it wouldn't have been good. It all comes down to ONE very important question. Can I see and have the contract you would expect me to sign BEFORE I buy the pool? Furthermore can I "walk out the door" with it before signing?

In truth this is one of several flags, but I truly can't imagine spending $10 of thousands of dollars without being able to review, contemplate and even perhaps have a lawyer review the agreement. I was accused of "potentially working for a competitor" and advised that I could "speak to an attorney before coming to sign the agreement." Do your due diligence.

I wish I could give them 0 Stars. I never dealt with such bad costumer service, with unreliable people and with a company that doesn't own any of their mistakes. Always have an excuse for everything. I wish I would have the patience to write everything that happened in the last 7 months of this nightmare pool building project but I know nobody wants to read a book. DON'T hire them to do any jobs for you, they lie on time frames to get your business.

When we realized that after months of waiting for them to start digging the pool we told them we wanted to go with a different company, keep in mind they hadn't started the job yet, Lou the construction manager told us we are welcome to do so but they will be keeping our 10% deposit. Every mAjor step were delayed, not because of Mother Nature but because of their mistakes, to them though they did not make mistakes, there were always excuses, no apologies, just excuses.

Hard to reach, unreliable, rude, mostly unprofessional, those are the best words to describe this company. Time frame and cost were a lie as well as it cost us quite a few more thousands that what they quoted us. They still need to fix some half done job they did and then they will be out of our lives forever. Stay clear.

Weekly maintenance is good but we had bad remodel experience. After the initial contact, it was impossible to speak or text Robert. He actually told me not to contact him, but to always go thru office email. That would be ok if they responded, but they don't.

I would like to update my review. Margolick stood by their products and replaced the Coping. It took a long time because it was the pandemic but they are stood by their work. So take back that 1 star and give them a 6. They did it pleasantly and thoroughly.kudos to Doug and all the workers.

I almost ran over by one of their drivers just now and then proceeded to give me the middle finger so inappropriate and unprofessional.

I cannot say how great Magulick's Pool Company is. We did extensive research prior to hiring them. They came highly recommended and now I know why. From the initial meeting to the final installation process we could not be more pleased. They did a complete deck and pool restoration for us. Rob, Dina, and Clebson (construction manager) went above beyond.

If I could give them more than five stars I would. They were prompt, efficient, and made sure eveything was done to our satifisfaction and more. Everytime we had a question they answered our calls and email without delay. You won't regret hiring them!

It started off well (seems to a theme here) with the owner coming out and giving me a cell number and telling me that what separates him from the others is theyre a small family run company and they will communicate and be responsive. I bought that and signed a contract with them to build my pool. It went downhill from there. He never answers his phone or texts, over half of the staff quit, they were many months behind, ordered incorrect product, blamed everybody else on the planet, and still didn't install features that I requested.

But the worst is after the pool was completed they will not back up their work at all. I have elected to cut them off as I would rather pay somebody else to fix the parts that are falling off months after completion, fix the automation that was not installed correctly, and anything else that happens instead of hoping they're going to answer a phone call, return an email, or figure out how to text.

Great job start to finish. The few problems that came up during the remodel were handled quickly. We used them 3 years ago when selling our old house and we like the results then and now.

Service is amazing. July 5th our pool pump died. called them at 9AM. by 11AM (on a holiday weekend) their technician (Adrian) came -- their records indicated he had serviced our pool before and knew the system -- within 30 minutes we had a new pump and were operational again. A flawless and quick repair.

We had a complete restoration; plumbing, pool surface, tile, 3,000 foot of travertine and all new Pentair pumps heaters and filters. Not the cheapest but If you are looking for a job well done, call these guys. You have to be patient and be a bit of a job manager yourself because they are so busy and are sometimes over extended but if you want a great pool they really know how to do it! ps When you need something done just call Dina!

Terrible company to do business with. Their project managers do not pay attention or follow the scope of work agreed too. They will not show back up to repair issues and will argue with you over their own mistakes. I used Magulik's pools based on a recommendation and I wish I hadn't. They are rude, unprofessional and unresponsive. I am currently looking for another company to repair the issues they left. Their office has told me multiple times someone will be out to repair the sinking issues, but no one shows up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Magulicks Pool Co is by far the best company. Honest, dependable and quality work. You get what you pay for in this industry and they are a cut above the rest! Dina, Rob and Ron thanks again for making my old pool look new again!

I had a crack in my pool with a significant leak. This being new to me, I ended up getting quotes from 18 vendors. As one could imagine, the quotes were ll over the map. When Magulick's left from evaluating our situation, my wife and I turned to each other and said, "this is the company we're using". They weren't the least expensive but they were by far the most professional of the bunch. We couldn't be happier with the results.

I called the receptionist for an appointment to have my pool evaluated. She said someone would return my call to set up the appt. The next day a person representing the company came without an appointment. He told me that my pool did not need immediate work. Two days later I lost 7 inches of water because he turned a valve the wrong way. He neglected to see that my filter case was leaking and my cleanout was cracked. Then I got a bill for "pool system and equipment tutorial". That was not the reason for the visit. Exceptionally unprofessional.

I just remodeled my entire back yard. The pool renovation was handle professionally and in perfect timing. The travertine was installed perfectly and the results are amazing. I have know this company for several years. Never been disappointed. Customer support espectacular. Some Companies were able to do it for less money but quality and warranty for me was very important.

I called this company for a pool quote. At first it was handled very professionally, I was able to make an appointment immediately, that very phone call! Then someone came out and looked at my survey and yard, etc. sadly, I never received a quote or any information after that. I guess I won't be hiring them to build my pool.

My wife and I just became pool people with no knowledge. Yes we have a service (not the pool store) and when they changed the green water to clear, we felt we were done- not yet. Then came the itching and constant chlorine tablets the pool service would deposit in the filter well. After they convinced me to sweep the pool three times a week, beyond what they did on Tuesdays, I thought I was done. Again, not yet.

The water turned green again.again more chlorine shock treatment. I finally pulled into the 4600 NW 2nd avenue store and told my story. The Pool Store listened and asked me to bring back a pool water sample. I did, and in a matter of 10 mins these guys not only told me what was wrong with the water; but they explained how to fix it. Believe me, I asked for "see-spot-run" instructions.

In three easy steps, and less than 24 hours, my pool water was as clear as any pool on TV! No more itching! Yes these guys were great and their help was outstanding. Anyone wanting to cut through the chemistry lesson and jargon a pool service will give and get to CLEAN CLEAR water at little expense- the pool store is the ticket. Can't say enough good things about their services and advice. Thank you!
