Hydronics floor heating install and repair. We had 2 employees out for a quote and 2 employees out for install. Our 2009 system was failing at multiple spots. All of the employees were knowledgeable and able to communicate well regarding our complicated system. The work was well done and cleaned up. We just finished the install and have several items to have fixed. 1.

A slow leak in one of the many new soldered joints. 2. A question about the level and type of antifreeze in our system 3. Finding out about the paperwork for an RG&E rebate. I imagine all the items will be addressed in the near future. The service was prompt and easy to schedule. They were not able to give me any break down of the service though. Both the quote and the invoice only has one amount for the entire job.

I think the service was over priced. I looked up the cost online of most the parts used and was not able to get near the $9K job. Given the complexity of our system and previous unsatisfactory service from another major vendor I decided to pay the price.

I just needed routine maintenance, but they came right out the next day. Great communication - sent a text when Joe was on his way. Joe was efficient and helpful explanations of what he was doing. Highly recommend. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Our furnace & hot water heater both quit right around Christmas. We received an estimate for replacement of both appliances and had them installed two days later. We are grateful for the responsiveness of your company and are very happy with the results. However, one of the technicians put the wrong location of the humidifier adjuster that made me not seeing it or hard time reaching the automatic control adjuster

I called another company very well known company in town for an emergency service and was told that the next availibility was is 2 days. I called high performance and had a tech at my house is an hour. High performance will now be my first call from now on!

I had called another local company around June 1st and was told they could not make it out until mid to late August! I then call High Performance Heating and Cooling who was here a week later! We have 2 Mr. Slim Mitsubishi wall units. They were knowledgeable, kind and timely. They did a great job for a great price, we will be using them going forward, I highly recommend!

First time they came and it was reasonable and we felt worth the money. However this time they came and hooked up a hose, drained our tank, filled it with OUR WATER thar we pay for thought when we asked the lady we talked to said "fresh water" making it sound like they brought something special, bled the lines (which is turning another knob) and. charged us $492!

My husband watched the whole thing and realized he can do that from now on. We would be fine if they just charged the service fee and $80/hour. But seriously? Almost $500 for something that I could look up on YouTube and do myself? Come on. That's a rip off! We will be finding someone else.

Pretty upset at why it cost $492.00 to have someone run water through my system for an hour and bleed it. I could understand paying someone $80 an hour to hook up the hose and turn the knobs, but this is. ridiculous! Yes, I did pay an additional $89.00 for the service call. Next time I'll do it myself. I'll also be looking for a new service provider.

I called for a consultation regarding this old base model Goodman furnace. Joe Z. was the service tech who came out. We got a lot of quality advice and other info. about HVAC ideas. There was never any up selling or pressure. Very good over all.

Awesome Service! Joe M. and Phil cleaned my ducts yesterday. Not only were they really thorough and helpful, but they were also very kind and I felt very comfortable having them in my home and around my children as the process took most of the day. We just bought the house and there were a few minor hiccups with getting everything up and running, they just fixed the problems as they arose, (like repairing a bad section duct), and kept moving on.

I also had to replace my thermostat, and they recommended an awesome one and then installed that as well, which typically isn't part of the duct cleaning. And when all was said and done, it was the flat rate that was agreed upon before they began. They were very knowledgeable about HVAC and we will definitely come back to them next year when we have our air conditioning installed.

Had a problem with AC. Two of your servicemen came out, looked at it, took off a new part another company installed, told me it was the wrong one for unit. Put something that looked generic left it hanging, did not secure it.

High Performance Heating and Cooling Rochester NY came out the very same day I called them, awesome response time. (The technician), did a great job and was very patient in explaining the job that he was going to do. He provided the service and cleaned up completely.

Two weeks to go, but nooo. Furnace has to die in April. Based on the reviews and ratings, I called High Performance for their expertise, on a Saturday. Wait time was just 90 minutes. They arrived on time and went right to work.

Their technicians arrived quickly and we're friendly and efficient and had my hot water back within several hours of calling.

Recently bought a home and needed to get the furnace checked and cleaned. I found the technician, (name removed), to be cordial, thorough, punctual and professional. He removed shoes to come into main area of house to access the thermostat, explained to me how to work the humidifier and reported on the condition, age and other things related to the furnace.
