Paris Heating & Cooling

Recently had an American Standard 60btu furnace installed. I researched equipment via Consumer Reports American Standard received high evaluation for both Predicted Reliability and Customer Satisfaction. Paris received equally high grades from BBB, A+ Rating. Ed, Service Manager walked me thru all my questions and concerns, insuring I completed understood his responses. Finally, Paris pricing was most favorable. installation was a breeze, installation crew was a pleasure to deal with. Happy and warm.

Paris Heating recently did a service call for my 8 year old furnace they installed. Ryan was fantastic came out on a Sat, got us up and running while waiting on a part. Communication was great and even followed up after he was done to make sure everything was working as expected. I cannot recommend them enough if you need service or a complete replacement. I've been a Paris Heating and Cooling customer for many years and wanted to take a minute to highly recommend them for any hearing and cooling need. I've been very happy with their products, sales and service every time. They have installed 2 furnaces, a Mitsubishi heat pump, and at least 2 hot water tanks. Their workmanship and product knowledge. is great, prices are very fair and they are very professional, clean and respectful.

We had an emergency call in to them for a carbon monoxide furnace issue which and they responded nearly immediately to. They diagnosed and corrected the problem the same day. Thanks Andy, Ryan, Ed and team for all you do.

I did my annual check on my furnace and found out it was time for a new one. Ryan from Paris Heating was very informative on why it was necessary, what the cost would be, and that there was a rebate I could get! Installation was scheduled and they showed up on time and got to work. About 4 hours later, they were done, had installed my wi-fi. thermostat that I had ordered, and they cleaned up after themselves.

This is the second house I've had Paris heating and cooling install new furnace and AC in, everyone from the Sales guy, office staff, and install guys have always been very helpful and professional. Great service and price. Called after hour line due to alot of water in basement because of hot water heater. Told me what to do to stop the water and installed first thing in morning when they could get a new one. Thank You Andy.

Our AC froze over and the company we usually use could not come out for a week and a half. Called Paris in the morning and a few hours later they were there. Ed checked out the situation and informed me that it needed to be replaced because of the age an unavailability of R22. Ed patiently answered my questions and went over the options. Ed made. some phone calls and we quickly had an install date. Furthermore, with some hot and humid days coming up, Paris loaned us a couple of portable air conditioners!

I had a few follow up questions that I texted Ed and he responded in a very timely manner. Install day came with little fanfare. The installers showed up on time, did the job, and left a clean work area. The AC was on before the afternoon heat kicked in. I don't recall the names of the installers, but they were polite and professional.

This is my first experience with Paris Heating and Cooling. They responded in a timely fashion to my call. Additionally, they were ahead of schedule for my appointment and the technician both called and texted. He communicated with me regarding what he was doing throughout the repair process. Overall, the technician was extremely professional and informative. I will definitely use Paris this fall for my yearly furnace maintenance. Thank you!

Ed and Anthony were right on time, early in fact, to install our furnace, water heater and air conditioner. They did an excellent job. The installation looks really good. They cleaned up everything. They answered all the questions we had and more. They were very patient with us because we are very particular. We would highly recommend them for service or installation. Our old furnace was failing. We called Paris Heating & Cooling and they came right over the same day to assess the issues we were having. They made an appointment to install a new furnace, thermostat and humidifier the next week. Rob and Anthony were right on time and did an excellent job installing the new equipment and removing the old. In 4 hours we had all the new equipment installed and the job was finished. Everything was cleaned up and running smooth. Kudos to the staff at Paris.

Dan and Anthony spent a day installing our new American Standard Furnace and Air Conditioning. They were very professional and very patient. My husband is elderly and Dan took his time to explain all the workings of the new system. Paris offers fair pricing on quality equipment. We also purchased their premium warranty which affords us 10 years of yearly checkups and coverage for all parts and labor. We are very pleased that we chose Paris and their experienced technicians!

In a quick summary I strongly recommend Paris Heating and Cooling. Knowledgeable, punctual and overall a great experience. The long story, I had a difficult overnight in which my furnace went out and issues were identified with some of the gas piping. Come morning called Paris and they sent Mike out in about an hour of my call. Mike was very supportive and knowledgeable and was great at walking me through everything.

Given the age of my furnace decided to move forward with replacing it. Seeing as I did not have heat Mike and Andy worked some magic to start the job just after lunch time the same day. Additional crew members arrived throughout the day as they finished other jobs to help out. Just an incredible team effort! Had a new furnace and the piping all fixed before dinnertime.

To cap it off Ed was wonderful in preparing all of the rebate paperwork so I effectively just had to send it in. Prior to calling Paris I was convinced it would be at least a couple days before I would have heat again and Paris got everything completed same day. My wife and I will definitely be using Paris in the future for all of our heating/cooling needs. Thank you Andy, Mike, Ed, Rob, Anthony and Dan for all the help!

Some of the best service we have ever received! Tony came today to replace our furnace, hot water heater, and did some piping work and connected our AC so it wouldn't leak anymore, the entire time we worked with this company they were prompt in responding, honest, and super efficient! It's always sad news when you have your furnace inspected only to find out that the unit needs replaced. I had scheduled the inspection because the unit had been shutting off by itself without explanation. Rob Diehl was knowledgeable and after some calculations gave me an estimate on the spot. They even waived the inspection fee since I had them put me on the schedule. Anthony and Dan came today and were kind and efficient.

They even took off one of my doors with no issue to get the furnace down the stairs (and put it back after). They were well aware of the RG&E rebate for this install and had already filled out the paperwork for me to file. They showed me the work they had to do and it seems that every single connection going into or out of that furnace had to be adapted for the this new one, but they did it without complaint. Thanks for the heat.

OMG! Cannot say enough. These guys rock! Last summer we paid Isaac heating and air conditioning to come out and after an hour they told us we needed a whole new unit. Said it was freezing up from how old it. is and it was not repairable. We decided to wait since it was the end of the summer. Called Paris Heating and Cooling this morning cause the issue is happening again and Mike Mantrow found a simple clog in the tubing. $139 fix instead of the $5K Isaac quoted! These guys are legit AMAZING!

I recently purchased a combination Hot Water Tank and Boiler System from a Highly recommended HVAC Company (Ryan). It was so bad working with them I needed to get a lawyer involved. With the unit only being a year old and nothing but problems I refused to contact the original installer when I had a pipe burst. I contacted Paris Heating and Cooling and I worked with best HVAC installer Ed Diamond.

He was at my house within an hour and was able to fix my pipe and informed me of several issues with the original install that was going to cause me major issues. He completely handle the situation by contacting and providing the manufactures information so I could have them inspect the unit. They came to my home and agreed with Ed's evaluation~ that I had several issues and needed several replacement parts.

During this process I was informed by the manufacture they would only pay for the replacement parts and I would have to pay the labor costs. Well Ed came to my home today and took care of all the issues and informed me when he was done that I would not have to pay for any labor costs because he and his company went to bat for me. I couldn't be happier with the service Paris provide and the AWESOME HVAC representative I had ED DIAMOND. Thank You!

Don't know where to start with the mess this company made our lives for a month. Very disorganized. The salesman Ed Diamond did the best he could to resolve the errors that happened but the owner-Andy Paris was very unprofessional and did not try to make things right and after tearing out our unity told us to go with someone else. I could not believe it. If we hadn't already paid them and have them complete half the job we would have gone elsewhere. Working with Paris was a nightmare. Avoid them at all costs!

I can't give enough thanks to the guys from Paris! Honest, dependable, clean, and meticulous workmanship are what they offer.
