5 star experience with Acme Roofing. Our roof sprung a leak and we were given the not great news that we needed a whole new roof. The bearer of the bad tiddings suggested we go with Acme and we're glad we did. Check your expectations on when they can get to you. It takes a while right now. The good news is Acme was very up front with us about this from the beginning.

In terms of pricing, they say, they are not going to be the cheapest and they are not going to be the most expensive. The bid was very fair and we moved forward. It was 2 months from bid to completed roof. That is just how long it takes at the moment, for pretty much every quality roofing company. Once they did get to us, it was quick. Finished roof in two days. They did 3 buildings for our project. They cruised. Highly recommend you consider including them as an option when you are shopping bids.

Benji from Acme responded in a timely manner for a leak in our roof. The roof is 21 years old and he repaired the leak quickly, took pictures of the repair and the state of the roof. The roof is very steep and we can't climb up there. Benji explained everything about the repair and pointed out the deficiencies of our roof. He was very polite and personable.

ACME Roofing in Tacoma provided service that far exceeded our expectations. The pricing was great and their workmanship was impeccable. They completed everything in a timeframe that surpassed our expectations. They left my yard cleaner than when they arrived and even cleaned out out gutters. Everyone was professional and courteous from the office staff, sales person, supervisor and crew.

Great company to have as a part of our community! I had some water coming through the ceiling after just a few days of moving into a new home, which of course sent me into a panic! Tim at ACME Roofing answered the phone right away and got Benji out quickly to check it out. Arrived early & super friendly! Following recent heavy rains, we had a leak around a very large skylight above our kitchen hardwood floors. Benjie quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and proceeded to remove concrete roof tiles in order to stop water backup caused by leaf/debris obstruction. He was knowledgeable and efficient and charged us a very fair price. I would definitely recommend ACME roofing if you want quality work at a reasonable price.

Acme was recommended by a friend and they were wonderful! I was out of town when I set up the appointment and they delivered everything they quoted. Highly recommend Acme for a roof!

They weren't the cheapest but the bid was very competitive. They showed up when they said they would, and they got the roof done in less than a day. We had a leak in the old roof and they put a tarp up for us at no extra charge. They also did some other minor work at no extra charge. The roof looks great. It's still new but no leaks yet. They didn't use any sketchy sales tactics. The amount on the final bill was the same as the bid. I highly recommend and would use them again.

I took a lot of time and spent a lot of energy figuring out who to hire to re-roof my house. I got bids from four different companies and did a lot of online research. Not only did Acme give me the best bid but they were hands down the easiest to deal with. From the initial meeting with Jay to the final cleanup with Tim everyone was friendly, respectful, prompt, and there was great communication throughout. Also, there was no high pressure sales pitch like I got with a few other companies. A new roof is a big investment and I'm really happy I found Acme because they made me feel comfortable about the whole process.

Great attention to detail and quality of construction! Both Jay, Tim, and their team were a pleasure to work with and their initial estimate was competitive. They finished in the time frame that was discussed and left the worksite cleaner than when they arrived. I would highly recommend them to anyone else that is in the market for a new roof.

After a ton of winter rain, we luckily had sun this week and the ACME team came and re-roofed our home. They are the best! They are very professional, have competitive pricing, and are very focused on getting the job done in the best way possible. Called this company BECAUSE of the ratings on Yelp. I spoke to someone on Thursday April 5th and asked if they could give us a bid to remove skylights and repair our roof. The gentleman I spoke to took my name and number and said someone would call me back. I called today Monday April 9th and again spoke to a man who said " yes he remembered me calling and his guys were out in the field and they would be giving me a call shortly to come to the house." He also again verified my phone number. The company is now closed and never received a call. Very poor customer service too bad we did not get a chance to give a review.

Tim Hagen came to our house to diagnose a roof problem, Tim had great customer service and was able to help us out, I highly recommend Acme Roofing.

I used Acme Roofing for a new roof and was very pleased with their service. So, my family was quick to call them again to fix a leak in a Rental house that we own. Again, they were very quick to respond within one day and try to fix the problem.we were all very happy with their service. We paid over $500 thinking it was fixed but realized within 2 weeks that whatever they did did not fix the problem.

Now I have called and called, left messages and even talked to 2 different people who said they would get back to me (1 person chose to tell me they were too busy!). I am now editing my review because they finally got back to me saying they had several people who had been on vacation (I don't know why the person I talked to didn't tell me that in the first place).but I got a response the day after I posted this review and they came out and worked on the leak again no charge so YAY!

They have redeemed themselves in my book and I would use them again.hopefully next time they go on vacation they will write a script for the person who answers the phone. hopefully the leak is now fixed and we won't need a new roof for a bit!

Didn't really need a roof just yet, but the one I had made my house look old and ugly. They came out and gave me some great ideas on what would look the best and give me the best quality for the price range I was looking for. They came out and completed my job in just one day and they did an excellent job.

Monday January 9, 2017 Jay Clement of Acme Roofing thoroughly explained all options to replace our roof. I compared Acme's bids against 3 others. Not the lowest but definitely the best in quality for the money. Thursday January 26, 2017 Acme showed up 8am and delivered. New roof by nightfall including cleanup! Professionals.

After spending many years in the construction business, doing my due diligence of checking Acme Roofings credit, completed jobs and with the states Labor and Industries Dept. (all checked out) I hired Acme to a tear off and reroof my home. They did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would and for the agreed price (no extra charges).

I have been calling them for three weeks and they tell me i'm on the list to be seen (for my leak), but there are lots of leaky roofs they're attending too. They always tell me they are 3-4 days out, but they'll call me to schedule an appointment and they never call.

I am beyond pleased with the roofing service I received from Acme Roofing. I have been pricing roofing companies for about year with prices up to 13,000.00 for a 1100 square foot home. I was referred to ACME Roofing by a coworker.

I recently had a new roof installed by Acme Roofing and was very pleased with the work performed. The roof installed was very difficult with a number of dormers, valleys and crickets but Acme completed the work without any issues.

Acme just did my roof this summer. Their crew spent one week completing my house and two garages. The labor was extensive as I had a concrete tile roof which made removing it very difficult. The finished job looks great and I couldn't be happier.

ACME Roofing was excellent! Crew was professional, on time & it took 1 day and a few hours the next day only because they ran out of the material. Instead of putting an metal strip in the valley they did a "shingle weave"! They also replaced all the vents and found one that was not connected and went the extra mile to pull the plywood & connect the vent! They painted the flashing around the chimney.
