Such a responsive company! We have an older home and several things have gone wrong with our HVAC. My neighbor gave me Climate Tech's info and I have never looked back. So happy to have them partner with me on our HVAC issues.

Great customer service- reasonable prices- tech was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I feel good knowing that I have good HVAC company that I can depend on for maintenance and in case of urgent service work. I did some research before I decided on Climate Tech. I actually called several times with questions and never was treated more professionally than with Julie. I would recommend this company to my my neighbors and friends.

Out of several companies that we called out for service, they were the only ones that came out the same day, even in the rain. All others told us they couldn't come out until at least 3 days later. Chris came out, was really nice and explained what he was doing. We quickly got a quote and Chris came back out the next day to replace the part that needed replacement. They provide great service (Angela and Chris) and are affordable.

I have tried several bad HVAC guys. We have been using Climate Tech for five years now and they have replaced both our upstairs and downstairs unit. The first time we had them out, they realized that one of our units had a few months' worth of warranty and saved us some money. They also were the only company to do the math on our house and realize we didn't have enough duct work for our unit. They give great service at good prices. There are some really bad actors in this field and Raymond and his crew have earned my trust.

I called yesterday and was able to get a service scheduled the very next morning (today). He arrived in the time window and I received a text message when he was 30 minutes out letting me know he was on the way. Andrew, the tech assigned to my job, was friendly, but more importantly, he was knowledgeable and very thorough. He asked me some questions, listened to my concerns, and then explained what he was doing in a way I could understand.

He checked every single thing and even changed out my air filters for me. I've had some really bad experiences with AC/HVAC companies and this was really refreshing. Their prices are reasonable and the service is the best I've experienced.

This is one of the best HVAC or heating and air conditioning company's I have ever used. Called in the middle of the day and got same day service in about 1 1/2 hours time. Great service and great workers. A must use company for any HVAC work. Will use every time I have a A/C issues. Thanks again!

First and last time I will be calling these folks. Had an appointment between 2 and 4. Called to find out where tech was at 430. They proceeded to tell me the tech was at the Job before mine. Said they would call the tech and abruptly hung up on me. I call back again at 445 and they tell me that he has to install a part and then he would be on his way from Garland.

During rush hour it would take an hour to get from Garland to north Plano, but when I told them 6:00pm would not work for me (I must have been on speaker phone) some other person chimed in and said it wouldn't take him that long. Maybe they have those new flying cars? Anyways, I called back to talk to a manager and was hung up on. There are too many other companies in the area to have to put up with poor customer service. To make matters worse (for them) this could have been an easy sale. I just needed a price on a 2.5 ton Trane unit. I already know mine is bad! Find someone else.

I am a Realtor and come across a lot of service contractors (HVAC to Roofers). Climate Tech just installed a new A/C and furnace in my personal home in Plano. The installers were the most professional technicians I have ever seen.

Had new central air system installed. All my questions were answered and the operation of the new system was very detailed. Service after the sale was as good as my initial phone call. My experience with Climate Tech was a very pleasant one. I would recommend them to anyone who wants professional AC service.

My air conditioner recently started blowing hot air. While trying to decide which AC company to call, I noticed an AC tech working on another unit in our condo complex. I asked him for his business card. Instead he offered to take a quick look at my system. Doug made a quick diagnosis and suggested I make an appt for the next day. Doug returned the next day and fixed the problem in a short period of time.

The lady who answers the phone and make appointments is very pleasant and professional. Doug was super. This company is in my home repair contacts list for AC maintenance and I will recommend to anyone.

You know how rare it is to find someone who shoots straight with you and gives you their best advice on what REALLY needs to be fixed and what you can hold of on? I finally found an HVAC company that will do that. Raymond was also really professional, clean cut, and efficient. I love the feeling when you hear -- "This is the part of the project you need to replace to get your system running again, this other part I would recommend because you'll just be calling us back in the next 6 months, and these parts you could replace but on a budget I'd wait on those." I will never go with anyone else.

Their quote was slightly higher, but then when I don't worry that I wasted a bunch of money replacing a bunch of parts I didn't need -- it balances out. I figure I saved at least $500.

My family has been struggling to care for an ill family member, and when our air conditioner went out it today we were desperate for a solution. Raymond far exceeded our expectations, showing up the same afternoon and fixing the problem faster than I imagined was possible.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. They put in a system 2 years ago under insurance. They told me the work they did not meet, code so they tried to sell me a new system for 3k for the outside, and additional cost for redoing the work they did on the inside.

Then they proposed totally redoing the outside, total rework, but we told them to only do the fan.

So they still charged for a total redo of the old system irregardless of doing a fraction of the work. Additionally the property inspection report said the unit was damaged on the outside, and the insurance instructed them to repair or replace but they did nothing. I have never dealt with such trailer trash in my life. AND THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE UNDER WARRANTY Go elsewhere these people are dishonest.

They did not give us a quote nor did they get approval for the work but they charged us like this kind of dishonestly is okay. Been the worst experience of my life, I am sorry the insurance company brought, them into my life. Also the original call was for warranty work, and they did not honor the warranty. The only approval they had was to do warranty work, but that did not stop them from sending us a bill for $532 for a fan, that they admitted cost $58.

This was a 900% mark up. They said this was for service, but oh no, there was an additional bill for service. Unbelievably, bad Raymond and Julie the owners are not to be trusted. They marked up fees are way above market, and the work they admitted they had done did not even meet code! ZERO STARS

Very capable company. They were able to make a service call the same afternoon my A/C went out (which was a 100 degree day). I opted to have the entire A/C and furnace system replaced since the A/C system was -14 years old and starting to give me periodic trouble.

They listened to my problem with my system and worked up a plan to maximize my new system.

I opted to have the entire A/C and furnace system replaced since the A/C system was ~14 years old and starting to give me periodic trouble. The furnace was 25 years old and needed to be upgraded. I was quoted a competitive price for a new Trane A/C & Furnace system and they had it installed and running the next day. There were no surprises at the end of the installation and all work was completed in a professional manner. I plan to use Climate Tech again in the future.
